In some cases, there could be number/ or numbers - In case of Quads or Chips i.e NNLL or LLNN or NNNN, NNNNNNN etc - if good pattern.

In some cases, there could be hyphens- if all the extensions are completely taken or when it is the same in dictionary or say generic in nature. But I don't like hyphens, no matter the situations.

Yes .com only if non of the extensions is taken. As a startup; it is better to stick to .com

I will rather say good CPC, depending on what you term as high CPC in some cases it could be from $2 and above; if you are taken CPC of about $2, then the search volume should be very high of say 5000 and above and should be vice versa. If the CPC is very high of say about $10 and above, you can decide to take the domain that has a low search volume of say 2000 in my opinion.

EMD - Yes I hope you understand the term EMD and keywords

In addition - AGE is very important if it is not a new domain. But however, I have seen many domain registered in a day and sold high on the following day. However, age is like in the case of physical land as old as it is the greater the appreciation of the land so is domain name.

Another value is - Shortness - the length, it better to have it as short much as you could

Hi guys. Just to update you all of the new discovery i saw. Now you can get real value for your cash without selling cheap to exchangers.
Currently paypal fund are sold to business people at 330 per $,
skrill at 335 to 340 per $
Neteller at 335 to 340 per $ etc.

But exchanges will buy them very low from you guys, funny i am also a part time exchanger and would also buy very low from you lol.
But now you can get real value for your dollar using this proccess i discover. I was able to let few people know but know i want to make it general and i want you to share it to all domainers in 9ja.

First paypal is a big issue to many of us because of their restriction (we can not receive fund) which has made many of us frustrated and relying to paypal exchangers who buy our fund so cheap .
I met one who quoted around 240 per $ for my paypal fund infact assuming i have a gun na to just shot eh head better (am joking oh).

Now straight to the point: i negotiated and concluded a deal with an buyer for my domain, i decided to use bido.com for the transaction buyer paid via paypal and i transfer the domain to him finalise the transaction and was about to request withdrawal to my paypal (yes i have my own paypal ). Only to see skrill as a withdrawer payment too. Well i decided to test it, i rush immediately open a skrill account and proceed the withdrawer via skrill after two days i got a notification from skrill that the cool dollar has arrive .

Guess what? I sold the skrill the next day directly to the business people (importers & exporters) lol . I got the real value for my fund sold it very high.

Now you can get the real value of your fund. Do not sale to an exchanger again. Get the real value for your dollar.

Please I am not any boss. We are all learning, we have all passed through these trial and errors but there are so many blogs and forums where you can learn domaining now, unlike then when we hardly know of any blog for domaining.

In addition to what Chibenze have said. I wish to add these few analyses: automobile insurance is good as a keyword it has 135,000 according to google adword.

But High competition value meaning; a difficult condition for you to rank the keyword. It has CPC $62.11- very good in that aspect. But another problem with the full keyword which is your domain "Michigan automobile insurance" is that it has only 1000 search volume and high CPC $28.73 it could have been a good one but the search and the competition are poor. And the worst value there is the length 27 letters.

Look! The main objectives of domainers are buy or reg as much as possible a short domain and make sure they are the type oyinbo people can buy or establish there biz upon. If it is keyword, make sure they are the type that has at least - in my opinion has about 5000 search monthly volume and good CPC of say $5 and low competition.

Though if Google could buy 26 letters - abc to Z .com, well you may keep the domain and park it if you think you can rank the keyword.

Note, that any site not rank can not be a good investment. Even after you rank it. another problem is that there are very few people of about 1000 people looking for something to click or buy on such a domain name.

Now! You can pass the judgement by yourself and hold it, if you think you can hold it or drop it before it is too late.

In my opinion, if they are the type you want to flip should have at least 6 end buyers.

That condition dynadot is telling you is not appropriate and very wrong by nominet rule behind .co.uk domains. All you need to do now, is you will need to send to them a scanned copy of one of the following for prove of address and also to submit the same document at nominet : your National ID card, your utility bill or your travelling passport to show your name and address.

You can login to nominet online service with the email address which you have registered the domain.

I bought an expired domain from expireddomains and the cpc was 10.98 I quickly snapped it after researching the backlinks and possible end users. But unfortunately after registering that name I headed to estibot to check more infos, only to see both broad and exact match CPCs as 0.00 I was confused so I just inserted my keyword alone and included .com on estibot it brought 13.98 as the CPC.

Although the domain as been parked on bodis and my keyword ads are placed on the domain, my question is if I get a click will I stil be payed for that keyword or I wont be payed at all?.

You will be given certain percentage of the clicks when ads are clicked on your parked domains. Mind you, you do not always need to believe in estibot stats; but you can just use them to just have an idea of what are likely to have.

Google Adword's keyword planner is more better and so also you do not depends on only one tool, you have to use at least two and compare your stats

monthly search 210 high competition, $32 cpc.
I used Google adword for the stat.

Icould have love Electronicssupplies .com but the plural form behind the electronics is another thing in my opinion. Electronicsupply.com is better. You can see how the pronounceation is soo smoth and that is what makes it better.
Also UKEnergysupply.co.uk or .com

However, that is not to say you can not sell them, I only see those my samples as more premium and all are in my own opinion.

Well! my advise to you is to get the actual knowledge first; keep reading and reading every where that has to do with domain business and it will get to the time when you are ripe enough, the profits will start coming.

Domaining is like every other business that requires studies, but many thought it is a get reach quick business which is not so, as it takes procedure to make money via domaining biz. just keep it up and buy good domains and then you will see that people will start coming for your properties.

Well from my amateur's desk here, you can call end buyers at any time, but it is not good to call them in the night. You will need to study their time line before the call.

Just this morning I found on my email, a message that says “Your buyer is waiting for your response” I am curious about this message, because I have sold the domain EUFox.com and have also pushed it to the new buyer on namepros.com for just $18; yes just for eighteen dollars. Why $18 dollars? Of course, any domain placed on auction that have received at least a bid cannot be reversed except, if you are ready to lose your account in which could be disastrous for any domain owners who are still interested in the business.


More so, this is a different scenario for I have even pushed the domain to the new owner; before the coming

Just to encourage someone.
I have finally sold the domain to the company on thursday. I tried a new strategy to reach out to just 2 people and one of them contacted me to finalize the transaction.
I sold CarSound.org for $1000 after listing on market places for over 3 months with no single bid talkless of offer.
Attached is the screenshot the company sent to me and how i got the funds through an exchanger at 290/$ .
