Rosarie:Yea, no recent picture of the baby as at the time of the report. |
Babacele:The hole is too small, not wide enough. Check the second picture with hand, that will tell the size of the hole. |

The boy's distraught mother, Vicky, waits anxiously for an update at the scene on Tuesday afternoon. Family members console each other on Tuesday as the rescue team worked round the clock to find the child. More than 100 firefighters and emergency workers in southern Spain are searching for the two-year-old round the clock. Engineer Angel Garcia, in charge of the rescue operation, talks to the press about the building of a vertical tunnel to reach toddler Julen Rosello.

Jose Rosello, father of Julen who fell down a well, cries as rescue efforts continue to find the boy in Totalan. Officials show an excavation map during efforts to find a boy who fell down a well in Totalan, Spain on Jan. 17. People hold messages of support as rescue workers continue efforts to find Julen Rosello. Julen had been on a walk with his family in the countryside when he vanished down the hole, which his father says was not properly covered

Drilling work at the area where Julen, fell into a deep well six days ago close to the private estate, in Totalan, southern Spain. Rescuers frantic efforts to reach a two-year-old boy who fell into a deep well have been hampered by difficult terrain. A special capsule capable of supporting the weight of two people and oxygen equipment has been created so Julen can be brought out alive if he survives what is set to be at least seven days underground. Rescuers hope to find him at a depth of 236 feet, where a soil blockage has hampered efforts to save him, and are holding out belief that he may be stuck in a separate hole underneath. One of the drilling machines, described as the most powerful in Spain, was taken off a job on a motorway near Madrid so it could be used in the rescue operation. Stage three of the operation will involve mine rescue experts flown in from northern Spain earlier this week digging out a 13-foot-long horizontal tunnel by hand from the point the drills reach to the 10-inch-wide borehole Julen is in.

Heavy machinery arrives to the place where rescue teams are working around the clock to find two-year-old Julen, who has been trapped inside a well since last Sunday. Heavy trucks today brought drilling equipment and giant pipes to the scene in Malaga, southern Spain.

Rescuers searching for a toddler trapped for a week in a well in southern Spain began drilling a tunnel on Saturday, in the latest bid to reach the boy as part of a massive operation to find him. Julen Rosello fell down a very narrow shaft more than 100 metres (330 feet) deep last Sunday while playing as his parents had lunch nearby in the town of Totalan near Malaga. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6612645/Rescuers-not-contact-two-year-old-Spanish-boy-trapped-WEEK.html

Police are today investigating the Duke of Edinburgh's role in a horror car smash involving a baby and its mother as it was revealed the Queen's husband was able to walk over and ask them later: 'Is everyone else alright?'. Experts have suggested he could be prosecuted or be forced to hand back his driving licence, as a row rages over whether he is too old to be on the roads. Why weren't royal protection officers in the car? Palace faces questions over why Prince Philip was on his own at time of crash as Princess Diana's ex-bodyguard claims Duke 'would often take off without security'. Philip is believed to have just left Sandringham, circled red, and was turning on to the A149 at this junction when he collided with a Kia and his car cartwheeled on to the other side of the road, circled blue

alexistaiwo:Think the sand is rare, only available underwater. My brother, 10years ago went to River Niger/Benue to get a particular stone that has layers for his project(Geology, EKSU). He paid the locals to get it in the river. |
The boats all lined up and ready to go home after a successful day at work on the Wouri River in Cameroon, central Africa. The work is often dangerous and there is at least one casualty a year on the river as divers often misjudge the location of the hull of the boat and become injured.
|
'Some divers drown when they misjudge the location of the hull of the boat and get knocked out when they surface and bang their heads. 'At night this is particularly dangerous because no one can see them in the dark and they can get washed away by the tides. 'Other divers suffer from bleeding from the ears and noses and eyes due to the depths they are working at and sand often ingresses through those cavities.'

Very very dangerous job. Artisanal miners in Cameroon who dive to the bottom of the Wouri River to collect sand to transport up river for use in construction. Wouri is a river stream, where the miners work in southwestern Cameroon whose estuary on the Atlantic Ocean is the site of Douala, the country’s major industrial centre and port. The canoes are often filled full of sand by the end of the day and the divers often have to scoop water out of the large canoes. The whole group of divers (pictured below) get to work on the canoes which they will jump off of to retrieve the sand from the depths of the river.
|
These miners work by collecting huge quantities of wet sand at the bottom of the Wouri River each time they dive to the bottom. The miners usually wear swimming trunks and gloves for the job in the Wouri River. One of the workers is pictured unloading sand.

These incredible photographs show the the sculpted physique of workers who do one of the most dangerous jobs on earth. The buff divers plunge deep into a fast-flowing river to scoop up sand from the bottom 20 feet below. The muscular African tribesmen regularly risk their lives diving to the river bed to collect sand for the building industry. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6602363/Cameroons-muscle-bound-miners-Photos-incredible-sculpted-physique-workers.html
