ReesheesuKnack: Update She has reached an agreement with her employer on when to resume (peaceably if I may add). Employer even agreed to assign her shifts when her husband is home and off work because of the child (no crazy childcare costs). Thank you everyone for your input. 6 Likes |

Hello Elders, please I need your input in this. Someone I know was on student dependent visa and was working as a support worker. Along the line she got pregnant and went on maternity leave but was not entitled to statutory maternity pay so she got maternity allowance. She has verbally told employer she would stay up to 9 months for her maternity leave. During her leave her visa was about to expire when she approached her employer for the possibility of a sponsorship. Employer agreed and gave her a cos which she has applied for the visa. Employer is now insisting she resumes immediately, meanwhile she is still trying to arrange childcare and all before the previously agreed time (9 months). Nb employer is threatening to cancel Cos and withdraw sponsorship. Please how should she approach this? |

Hello, I am about to file in a visit visa application for my mother. She would stay with us for 5 months, my husband and I would sponsor everything. Question is.. hope the duration of 5 months is not too much? She is a petty trader, should I file her as unemployed, since itās just small fruit selling that she does. Anyone with similar experience? |

Few weeks into it, I decided that the suffer don too much and leave the jobā¦I also informed the company. In fact they blocked my line (because I was calling to follow up) so I can only reach their voicemail Please who do I report this to? I need to get my payment cos my naija self is thinking I should go and shout in their office (oshodi style) Please I need advise cos when I remember the suffer wey I suffer trek from bus stop to client house still Dey pain me 2 Likes |

yolkman20: My suggestion is to keep searching on Zoopla and Rightmove etc. call instead of sending emails. One by one, then follow up. I was frustrated when I was searching for mine, so I brought out a book and was calling everything and anything within my budget and wrote down all my interaction with them. Until one clicked 4 Likes |
