The donor is not your husband as he just got the funds from his family, he is part of your application. The VO will still be interested in the source of the funds moved to your husband's account.

Hmmm....I will still advise she submits a gift deed. I am sure she posted this because the fund does not belong to her husband and it was a gift. I have read cases where the PA still submitted a gift deed because the fund was gotten from in-laws. I think it’s important a gift deed is submitted if the fund was a gift. Always remember no two applications are the same so do what will make you sleep well at night and it’s the prerogative of a case officer to request for additional documents.

Not true, VO will never request for her husband's account statement. Just ask your husband to do a gift deed for the money, you don't have to notarize it since money came from your husband's account

Exactly!. Please even if the money has been in your account for a year sef the case officer can still ask for evidence that the money is yours. So if the money was gifted to you a year or less before ITA just jejely submit a gift deed because the fund is still a gift. The CO might need more answers if your annual income stated on your reference letter for any number of years doesn’t add up and also if you have been unemployed for the last one year or more(my theory).

Print your account statement showing when you initially transferred the money to your friend or contact an immigration lawyer if you don’t have such proof.

Who said if money is more than 6months in your account it still won't be needing a gift deed or explanation of source? You have to provide the bank statements they asked for and explain everything to them hoping they understand. Plus, if you invested it, add/show proof of the investment to them too. Show them the outflow from your account to the friend's account who now invested it for you. Good luck.

POF should remain in one's account till you get PPR to prevent any stories. except you invest, in which case you will have to show proof of investment, eg Treasury bill certificate, raise CSE after and show proof of investment. Leave nothing to chance. If you breathe differently from when you received AOR, you have to raise CSE.

The point most people have been trying to pass across is that ETX service is horrible. I used them when I wanted to get my Transcript from my school and ended up waiting for more than 4 months before a friend had to help me out. I would never advise my enemy to use them. WES should never have signed an agreement with them. First it was WAEC and now ETX!
However, I think people should just use them in sending their transcript to WES electronically and not to process the transcript from school. Please get your transcripts from the school yourself.

NB: They are good at answering phone calls and replying emails but they NEVER get the job done.

What I said was a lot of people who complained of ext-ng services didn't go about it the right way as there are two different options and specific procedures from what I learnt in that post that explicitly shows how to go about it and avoid errors. So why you making an issue out of it? It's a thing of choice not compulsory .the video is only a guide which has helped many and there is even a disclaimer there.

Although my writing was initially 6.5 but I applied for a remark and it came back 2days ago with an increase from 6.5 to 7.5.

Wednesday's skipped draw really hit me in the chest . ECA came in on the 6th (after 4 months) and I dove into the pool on the 7th. All supporting docs were already merged and waiting to be uploaded. Walahi I was so excited, I don't think I slept properly in the week leading up to the expected draw. I just went through the motions at work on Thursday and Friday (good thing we're writing exams... There's nothing worse than a dejected Maths teacher!). I just kept thinking "If COVID-19 leads to a change in EE, shey CRS of 481 go just waste niyen??"

Ermm...I don’t think he/she was complaining. I also felt that same way when I had to wait for almost 2 months to get ITA when i finally passed IELTS after multiple attempts . Biko we all have different race to run, let the person vent. You don’t know how long he/she has been on this journey. It is sha not your rant ,lolz.

Ermm...I think people are advised not to remark Listening and Reading. You can try your luck if you have the cash, though I wouldn’t advise anyone to remark those two components.

Note: I think one or two persons have posted their testimonials about getting an upgrade in one or both components
