How much?

I have come to learn that if you hear that victims have been released by kidnappers and you didn't see any immediate arrest with the kidnap to signify a burst in the kidnappers operation, just know that ransom was paid.

...so how much?

Happening now at APC Secretariat!

About 200 INEC adhoc staff are gathered at this moment (1.30pm 11.10.2016) at the APC’s state Secretariat at Airport Road in Benin city.

The INEC adhoc staff have claimed that one Mr Ralph refused to pay them what was promised since.

The question on everyone’s lips is why APC Secretariat instead of INEC office?

The police and security agencies are invited to intervene now.

First of all,let us compile the names of all the members of the state house of assembly. Everybody should ensure that none of them get reelected in 2019
Both the APC and the PDP assembly members. They are the most docile and incompetent house since the history of legislation.

Secondly, ndi IMO should work assiduously into voting massively against the candidates of Rochas and APC in all the elections.

Who is talking about Buhari here? Why are you guys always in the forefront of defending corruption?

Did Stella Odua Steal Under Buhari also?
Isn't it hypocrisy that you keep referring to Stella as corrupt for approving the purchase of two bullet proof cars at the cost of N250m almost 4 years ago but very silent on the cutting of grass by a northerner at N270m (20million more) a few days ago.
You are a hypocrite of the highest order.

Of course we know that, sir. We know that the rumour was the handiwork of the APC who wish you are theirs so that they can list your achievements as part of theirs, seeing that they don't have any good news for the people from the federal to the states they govern.

Meanwhile,APC like Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy. And across the nation, they are doing just that very fast.

Why have the Igbos taken it upon themselves to be trumpet and defenders of anybody accused of corruption in this country?

From Bayelsa State to Gombe State, they rise in unison in defending corrupt people....

What have they gained from supporting and defending corrupt people?

Who did this to my people!

I have read your posts and I have come to the conclusion that you must be a poor person.
Your level of tribal bigotry can only be seen in very poor people cos most rich guys don't really give a hoot about tribe in their dealings but results. Tribalism is often a manifestation of physical lack which forces the victim to blame others for his condition. And by that, one can safely see that you must be very poor fella.

May God have mercy on your soul.

They shouldn't boycott. That won't get to this govt.
The judiciary should just ...........against all APC cases around the nation, starting with Edo state election, from tribunal to supreme court.
That will be better.
Infact I suggest that the case of buhari's certificate should be revisited and given accelerated hearing. We all know that Buhari is not qualified by law to sit for office of the president, is it because Nigerians kept quiet.

Don't you get it? Are u naturally slow or just blinded by preconceived bigotry.
Let me put in simpler English for your comprehension. And this time, read slowly.
Igbos were not particularly favoured by gej in anyway.
Gej was objective means that he ran on equality and equity. The north wanted him out urgently because the 6 years saw things being shared equally with no lopsided advantage to them as they were used to.
But igbos went with gej over Buhari because it's better to have an objective and fair ruler who treats all equally than a tribal biggot as Nigerians have seen today.

PoliticsRe: I Pray God To Give Me Courage To Be Fair To All Nigerians – Buhari by eyeview:
This clearly shows that its not in his nature to be fair once tribe or religion is involved.

This man is naturally an unrepentant tribal bigot who has never hidden it. I can forgive those youths who have no knowledge of history who went to vote fir this incompetent bigot but i strongly blame those who knew his antecedents in 1983-85 and still went ahead to vote him. I still remember how my parents were dancing when he was overthrown as well as my teachers.

People have asked me severally what Gej did for igbos that made us support him so passionately, since he did nothing for the south east region. And I made them understand that Igbo's support for Jonathan wasn't because he did anything for Igbos, far from it. Rather he was a disappointment to us. There were candidates whom the apc or even the pdp would have thrown up from other tribes and igbos would have voted against Jonathan but we supported him because we compared him with what APC had to offer(Buhari) and knew that gej was a more detribalised leader,a Democrat, a humane ruler and a more objective man who isn't influenced by tribal of religious bigotry.
Today, that which igbos saw sitting down is what the rest of the nation had to get to this point to see. Imagine a president praying that God should give him the courage to be fair to people on issues of religious, tribal and cultural differences.

God,please forgive your people's foolishness and deliver them from the product of their folly. Please don't wait for 2019 to do it for they have compromised the electoral process. Amen.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Didn’t Treat The Igbo Well – Ekwueme by eyeview: 10:24am On Oct 08, 2016
I want Nigerians to know this. We did not support Jonathan because he did anything in or for Igbo's. Far from it,rather he was a disappointment. But we supported him because we compared him with what APC threw forward in the person of Buhari and knew that jonathan was more of a detribalised man and a domcrat and we thus backed GEJ.
Today, going by the brazen and clear nepotism in buhari,we have been proved right. That which we saw from a distance has become clear to the rest of Nigeria.
And one thing about igbos is that once they stand for you, they will stand all thru with you. They never backstab

Chris Ngige of the PDP was removed by the courts and replaced by Peter Obi of the APGA as the rightful winner. This happened despite Chris Ngige being a sitting governor of PDP under a Federally controlled PDP government.
Today, with the APC government hounding andbabducting judges who ruled against their interest,do you think that above scenario can happen under this APC?
Do you think Pastor Ize Iyamu of Edo state has a chance of winning his mandate in today's APC led Nigeria?

Very interesting.

The DSS will not move against these Judge's,if there are no proof of them collecting bribes.

These are Judges, and not ordinary Nigerians. So for the Security men to publicly move against them this way, would show they have gathered tangible evidences.

The Judiciary is the most protected Arm of any Government, and I hope to God the DSS are sure of what they are doing.

If these Judges have been compromised, then the National Judicial Council should not only Debar them, but they should be jailed for a long time for bringing the legal system to a disrepute.

I stand with the fight against corrupt Judges.
Do u see how stupid you are? You have sat in your house and concluded that it must be because of bribe. And you drew the rest of your conclusion from your mere assumptions.
And if you are not stunted in wisdom, you would have deciphered that its not the DSS that investigate bribery allegations.

Forces Avenue is a government reserved area for government officials. The judge's house is 500 metres from the government house and those area is highly monitored security wise. Intelligence officers moves around the vicinity to ensure optimum surveillance so saying Wike is lying is inconsiderate and myopic and you should understand the governor is the number one security officer of the state.

If you think a governor doesn't have Intel in the police high rankings or the DSS or the Army think again. Wike might not be working with the Ogas of the security agencies in his state due to their sympathy to their Abuja employer, Wike sure have people working under these people that gives him first hand classified informations.

His actions shows he's a governor not sleeping in his responsibility

Politics270million Used To Clear Grass At The IDP Camp By Lawal: Reps Probes Allegations by eyeview(op): 10:28pm On Oct 06, 2016
House of Representatives committee investigating alleged diversion of funds and materials meant for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPS), especially the alleged use of N270m just to clear grass by the office of the Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF) said it was being frustrated by the refusal of the SGF, Mr Babachir Lawal to appear before it.

Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr Babachir Lawal, to honour summon to him to appear and clarify some issues on the allegation.

The Committee on IDPs and the North-East Initiatives, mandated by the house to investigate the allegation had invited Lawal to explain how his office spent about N12 billion allocated for the IDPs’ challenges.

The committee is also investigating the expenditure of N270 million by the Presidential Initiative on the North-East (PINE) “on just clearing of grass’’. Also being probed by house committee is the purported allocation of N188.69 million for Nigerian refugees living in Minawao, Republic of Cameroon‎.

Expressing disappointment with the attitude of the SGF towards the committee, Chairman of the committee, Rep. Sani Zorro, said “The SGF who was slated to have appeared hasn’t showed up.” “He did not write to intimate us on why his office would not come to explain why issues of internally displaced persons‎ have remained un-encouraging, in spite of the billions of naira claimed to have been spent.

“The PINE officials said he’s at the villa.

“But, as the secretary to the government under whose office the rehabilitation of the North-East was placed, we had expected him to come to throw light on the financial expenses made by his office.

“We also expected him to explain the implementation framework being used to spend money.

“We have been inundated by reports of diversion of materials and funds meant for the rehabilitation of the IDPs, and the North-East and the scandal had led to international embarrassment for the country.

“Given the issues of credibility and integrity raised against the agency in charge of the North-East Initiative (PiNE) which falls under the SGF office, we had expected him to respect the invitation.”

However, testifying before the committee members, Executive Secretary in charge of the Presidential Initiative, Mr Umar Gulani, said that N270 million was awarded as contract. He said the contract was for the removal of 250 kilometres of “invasive plant species along river channels and simplified village irrigation scheme (phase II) in Komadugu Basin in Yobe’’.

In reaction, Zorro expressed dissatisfaction with the explanation, saying, “we are of the opinion that the expenditure of the magnitude you have made‎ is not justified.

“It’s not acceptable that you would spend such a huge amount of money on the clearing of weeds while 2.5 million internally displaced victims of terror go hungry. “They have no shelter and medical care.”

The committee, therefore, demanded further details from PINE, to be submitted to it without delay.
