CR7, hate him or love him is a legend.

He doesn't deserve this.

Ten Hag could have handled this matter nicely.

There is still two substitution to be made, he could have done that.

From turning a serial winner to a part bit player to benching him.

If Ten Hag didn't want him, he should have let him go.

What's the point of all this........to humiliate CR7 or what?

Politics / Re: Can Peter Obi Get 25% Of The Votes In The South West And North In 2023? by ezenwaforj: 7:54am On Aug 13, 2022
Nvestor02:
The presidential ambition of the former governor of Anambra is one of the most talked about in the country. Many people have already been mobilizing for him ahead of the coming election, especially the youths.

However, according to the Nigerian constitution, the election cannot be won with the vote of a single region at all. A person must have 25% of the vote in at least 24 states out of the 36 that we have.

This shows that at least Peter Obi will need to get a huge vote in the North and the South West before his ambition to be president can come to pass.

However, this question is: Can Peter Obi get 25% of the votes in the South West and North?

To begin with, both the South West and the North are home to the presidential candidates of the two major parties, the APC and the PDP, and as a result, this region may not be fertile for Peter Obi.

Apart from that, the party of Peter Obi's Labour Party is almost a new face to many people, and it would be hard for the party to gather large percent of votes in these two regions where both APC and PDP have members in almost all households that exist there.

The last election in Osun and Ekiti shows that the Labour Party has no strong stand in the South West because even with the presence of Peter Obi in Osun state to campaign for the governorship candidate of the state, Lasun Yusuf, the Labour Party still comes far behind both APC and PDP, who have multiple thousand votes.

Because of the fact that the Labour Party of Peter Obi has a low presence in both regions and because they are mostly unknown to the elderly and middle-aged people who mostly vote during elections, we can stand by the conclusion that Peter Obi may not be able to see 25% of the votes in both regions.

You are really not in touch with realities on ground

AGBADO EATERS SPOTTED
Religion / Re: One Question You Must Ask Yourself Before You Eat The Forbidden Fruit by ezenwaforj: 10:37am On Aug 07, 2022
[sup][/sup]
jesusjnr2020:
One Question You Must Ask Yourself Before You Eat The Forbidden Fruit

"After eating the forbidden fruit, what next?"

Because it's usually regret that follows, hence that's one question we must ask ourselves beforehand, when the urge to eat it becomes so strong as though we won't survive or would die if we didn't eat it.

What next, after we've eaten of it?

What next, after we finally got a taste of that which we so desperately craved?

Would it be worth the trouble?

Would the hype or craving prior to eating it meet up with what follows?

The most deceptive about forbidden fruits is that beforehand it makes people feel like it's the solution to their problems in life, so once they got a taste of it, all their problems would be solved. So they'd damn all the consequences, however only to end up bitterly disappointed afterwards, when their eyes suddenly become opened to the realization that the forbidden fruit wasn't what it appeared to be.

That's how Adam and Eve got us to this miserable point we found ourselves. Of all the fruits in the garden of Eden which God had given them freedom to eat, it was the one which God commanded them not to touch that they thought they couldn't survive without.

But guess what? They finally tasted of that fruit they desperately desired, but after that, what next?

Regrets, regrets, and more regrets as their eyes became open to realize the craving wasn't worth it.

The woman who thought it would solve her problems, was now filled with regret knowing she had been deceived by the lying serpent. Genesis 3:13

The man who was so proud of the woman after God gave her to him, that he called her "the bone of my bones" and "flesh of my flesh" now saw her as the enemy and a stranger, calling her "the woman you gave me." Genesis 2:23, 3:12.

The forbidden fruit at the time meant just one thing to Adam and Eve. It was the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil which God had commanded not to eat of after He made them in the beginning.

Today it means a lot things, but it was from that one thing in the beginning, even the forbidden fruit that Adam and Eve ate that all of them emerged. The forbidden fruit was the seed they sowed into their lives in the beginning which brought about that harvest of forbidden fruits we have today.

So was it worth eating the fruit?

All the consequences, the sufferings, the regrets, the pain, the poverty, the enmity, the complications, the famines, the disasters, the diseases, the deaths, etc?

The next time we find ourselves in a situation where it appears as though we cannot survive without eating the forbidden fruit, let's ask ourselves the question, after we've done that, what next?

Although yours may not have the kind of widespread and devastating impact the sin of Adam and Eve had on humanity, there are still damning consequences for any and every forbidden fruit that is eaten, so it's important that before we make those defining decisions we ask ourselves such a question, so we don't do things in a brief moment that would make us live in regret for the rest of our lives.

God bless.

There are actions with costly consquences
Thank you brother

I'm actually not a Yoruba but I've lived in Yoruba land, Lagos precisely for long

Any Yoruba, Hausa or fulani man and woman campaigning for Obi should have a rethink and retrace their step back. Though this isn't supposed to be so but you see those IGBOS have turned this election to tribalistic one. They have even turn it to religious one

I will support and vote for Tinubu. He has more achievements, antecedents and legacies to point at as a governor and when he left government than EVERY other contestants

Tinubu is very much accommodating and tolerance than other contestants. IGBOS are taking political position in Lagos. IGBOS are civil servants in Lagos and other South western states. IGBOS are doing businesses freely in Lagos and other south western region

Please go to any eastern state to see if you'd see any Yoruba or Hausa man as ordinary councillor. It is a TABOO to the Igbo

To them their igbo president in form of Obi is the best after bread and butter while others are nothing to write home about. Support Tinubu or Atiku and watch them curse, bash or threaten you. They accused you of being paid for supporting Tinubu or Atiku while them are doing it freely. They always insult the Fulani and Hausas and call them all sorts of names. They even call them cow, almajiri etc. They insult the Yorubas calling them fulani slaves. They condemned Nigeria as a country. Claiming Nigeria is a ZOO

ACHIEVEMENT- I WILL VOTE TINUBU
TOLERANCE & ACCOMMODATING- I WILL VOTE TINUBU

For the northerners who reside in the north you can ask any of your family or friends living in Lagos and other South western states they will tell you how Yoruba are so friendly, loving and accommodating. Go to the state headquarter at Alausa ikeja you'll see igbos holding top position without any discrimination

Go to east and see how all positions are occupied completely by all igbos.

An average IGBOS are resentful, spiteful, hateful, bittered et al. They literally see themselves better, superior and more sophisticated than other tribes.

PLEASE verify this my claim if you aren't aware of it and make a decision on who to campaign and vote for

I leave you to your conscience

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) may soon invite erstwhile governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, over the $115 million allegedly received from former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, by Fidelity Bank. But the anti-graft commission is reportedly seeking clarifications from his successor, Governor Willy Obiano. Sources at the EFCC noted that during the build-up to the 2015 presidential election, Alison-Madueke invited Nnamdi Okonkwo, Managing Director, Fidelity Bnk, to help her handle some cash, which would be disbursed to electoral officials and groups. It was learnt that Okonkwo recently arrested by EFCC told his interrogators that he was under instructions from Obi, believed to be one of the owners of the bank, to go to Alison-Madueke’s residence in Abuja for a “financial transaction that could benefit the bank.”
