Romance / Re: 11 Things You'll Only Understand If You're An Introvert Dating An Extrovert by EzePromoe: 4:38am On May 19, 2016
Introverts are not boring only that they need a lot of space before they can think. A male extrovert - female introvert pair is always a good match, but a female extrovert - male introvert is a NO No. Extrovert - Extrovert will settle all their differences in night clubs but Introvert - Introvert hmmm, Just like Heaven but you will call it "super boring "

OBAGADAFFI:

Register under another Diocese?
You must be joking.

This is Not a Pentecostal church were anything goes.
You can start your Church under new names, but not as Anglican.
Who told you it isn't possible? Afterall, the Church of Nigeria has broken away from the Church of England but they still retained the name "Anglican". But no need for the argument anymore, we've moved back into the church, and a programme was held there yesterday.

PastorAji:
My Brother in the Lord,

I really appreciate you coming out to clear some bit of the air about what happened

BUT

1. No Church Leader will ever (I repeat) will ever allow a church to go ROGUE against the laid down traditions.

2. I might not know how it is been practiced in The Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) but from my Roman Catholic Background, any church they feel that it is growing more balls than even the Deanery, will be "clipped". In other words, you do according to the laid down doctrines of the church. (I remember vividly Rev. Fr. E. A. Owoeye he prays like the Charismatics but was sabotaged by other Priests) Even in Winners where I am presently, you will be given "love letter" acting beyond what the laid down procedures and rules

3. Some people in your church would have capitalized on the free goodwill the Church had been enjoying and turned themselves to POWER BROKERS (I suggest you please contact Dr. Francis Akin Bola - John for his movie "POWER BROKERS IN THE CHURCH" and watch) or rather click on this Youtube link

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCf77AfLqqk
The church didn't go against any rule but your view is a good one.

There are always many sides to a story, in truth St Matthews was a role model for many others in the Anglican Community in the Niger Delta. Their music and children ministry were quite vibrant but in the end so many things fell apart according to some people. They can hand over those buildings to WIKE so that he can turn it into a secondary school to retain the name and memory of St Matthews.
St. Matthew is still very vibrant as before. Nobody can stop the church. Closing the church was a big flaw on the side of the diocese. We have another church building known as Gloryland, where we can easily move to and register under the Diocese of Okrika or we simply run as an independent church. So closing the church changes nothing.

Noneroone:
hmm...so you are part of the confusion.

Did i just hear you call Venerable, an 'agent' of the diocese? Nobody fights and wins the church.

In this case, the battle is between the church and the diocese. What else do you call someone who tries to upset the basis on which the church was built to do the bidding of a few diocesan cabals? There are many things done at the back stage that I'm not going to reveal because it's not suitable for public consumption. Nobody but the devil is fighting the church.
Religion / Re: Police Seals Anglican Church In Port Harcourt (Photos) by EzePromoe: 7:50am On May 16, 2016
I can't believe it that my church is on the news for the first time but for the wrong reasons. Let me give you a snippet of what the controversy is all about. St. Matthew's is a self sustaining church which has over the years been the backbone of Anglican revival. Those of you who know the Anglican Church very well will understand some certain restrictions that was placed on some fire-brand Christian activities which was considered unAnglican. St Matthew played a huge role in turning things around and today, St. Matthew stands out in the diocese. One of the aim of the church is rural evangelism as well as Anglican revival. We've planted churches in many communities all around SS and SE part of the country. Now comes in the diocese under the Bishop, thinking that we're taking things to the extreme, or rather that St. Matthew is beginning to act as an independent church because (according to them), we're working against the Anglican doctrines going into mission and promoting the church without involving the diocese, while this has been our tradition for 28 years of our existence. Then they removed the rector and brought in this Venerable Adubasim who has been working as an agent of the diocese, upsetting the tradition on which the church was built which is evangelism. That's one thing we would never accept, hence we continued our missions with or without his authorization or that of the diocese, and that is the reason for this brouhaha. The story of the Archdeacon being harassed is so untrue.

As for the contest, only the organizers know when it will start.

That is my problem.
When DSS operatives was killed in Ikorodu by vandals, the Yoruba NEVER used it to paint Ikorodu or Lagos as unsafe. but when pipeline goes off in a fraction of Warri, the ENTIRE ND is projected as unsafe.

is that fair?
Not fair. PH City is as safe as Lagos and Abuja. Violence happens everywhere but the media escalate the pains and outrages. That is why the Niger Delta should create as many media outfits as feasible to always preach our rich and inviting business clime and tell them that what happens in Warri doesn't affect the residents of other states and vice versa. Calabar in the Niger Delta is the safest city in the country.

So we should not report pipeline vandalism or the threats to blow up Lagos?

Until you guys produce Tompolo, there will be confidence in the rule of law and security in the ND region.

No, it's not what he meant. The media sometimes exaggerate bad news to attract viewers and readers all to the detriment of the Niger Delta but we're calling on eminent Niger Deltans all around the globe to invest in Niger Delta.

You should know the more you keep quoting the whole comment with the tag list (USED BY EZEPROMOE TO FALSELY ACCUSE MÍMZY), the more you would further spam other people's mentions.

At no point did you ask Ezepromoe to stop tagging you when he was falsely accusing MÎMZY for more than 42 HOURS 'cause you thought ruining her reputation would favor your cause. Now that Mimzy's been vindicated, you suddenly do not want to be tagged.

Preach the MÎMZY gospel.

Vote MÎMZY as Miss Nairaland 2016.
On the contrary, the tag list came from someone from your campaign team. That is what I used to call people to see how your team mates were insulting me because of my humble observation. Please stop overflogging this issue, Mimzy doesn't deserve this thing you're doing to her. I had a suspicion and she clarified it, so why cry over spilled milk. I know you're ready to argue but please not me. There are 1.5 million NLders waiting to argue with you. Please suit yourself.
