PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Replies Northern Youth by EzeUche(m): 8:47pm On Jun 07, 2017
There is a difference between IPOB and MASSOB.
PoliticsRe: Take Quit Notice Serious, MASSOB Warns Igbo by EzeUche(m): 8:45pm On Jun 07, 2017
HopeAtHand:
Igbos are really trying. I've been to the North severally. The people and the environment is just so uninviting, yet in nooks and crannies, you'll still find Igbos.

Whatever happened to any IGBO living in the North at this point in Nigeria, the person can only blame him/herself.

When the Northerners completely deserted Rivers state a month to the 2015 general elections, I observed and concluded at that point that Nigeria isn't and never will be a country. It is just one huge British deceit or better, a geographical expression.
The Igbos in the North are very stubborn.

An Igbo man in Kano will send his wife and children to the East and will stay in Kano to open up his shop the next day.

No offense man but as much as i admit the fact that there are igbos who have made a name as well as fortune for themselves in other regions, bitter truth is that majority of igbos in the sw(cant speak for north) are into petty trading. For most its the feel good of telling people back home that they are in Lagos or Ibadan not necessarily to "explore untapped markets".That to me is running away from home.Competition is even more stiff in the sw. Many small businesses springing up hourly yet they thrive so i dont exactly understand ur comment about competition in the se. Again no offense its just the reality.
Have you ever lived in the East? Our markets are thriving in Aba, Onitsha, Nnewi and Port Harcourt. Competition is fiercer here than in any other region.

Lagos is attractive to Igbo because of the size of the population. But if those "petty traders" are closed from that market, they will go to other places.

That is why we are found in every nook and cranny in the world.

Am not an igbo man but every igbo that values his or her life should start preparing to return home asap. This northerners are animals that kill even without provocation.Appreciate the notice they've given you and return home before its too late.Human lives mean nothing to those idiots in d north and with their brother at the top they will cause mayhem and get away with it.Be wise!
Btw why do igbos seem to be running away from the east?Hope you all know when biafra is actualized you all will eventually be sent out of other regions. What is chasing u away from home?
Igbos are not running away from the East. Competition is just fierce in the East

Igbos like to explore untapped markets. So if the rest of Nigeria is closed to us, you will find more Igbos going abroad to tap into different markets

hypocrisy! are igbos the owners of the oil? don't you depend on the oil too? what are you without the oil? if the FG should decide to stop allocating oil money to you will you be able to survive it? NO. you will start crying about marginalization. no wonder you are doing everything to drag the ss to your biafra because without the oil you are nothing.
There is more oil in Igboland than the entire North.

It shows that IPOB is going the correct route.

More grease to their elbow.
PoliticsRe: The North Is Playing Into Igbo Trap, They Will Lose More If The Igbos Leave. by EzeUche(m): 5:08pm On Jun 07, 2017
We have done this before and we can do it again.

Igbos are Westernized and believe in Western values, which can allow us to succeed in our own.

The North does not have this ability. Just look at the Northeast relying on Niger Delta oil to rebuild.
PoliticsRe: Atiku Abubakar Reacts To Ultimatum To Igbos By Northern Youths by EzeUche(m): 4:58pm On Jun 07, 2017
What was the counter response from the south-East?

That we will not be intimidated by anyone? It is the truth, Igbos will not be intimidated.

The Internet and tribal fights in Nairaland make it seem worse for you guys. There are still Nigerians sympathetic to your cause. That's just fact. And the fact remains as long as Southerners and the Middle Belt region often forgetten do not unite then greedy Northerners will continue to have tgeir way as they do.
If someone like myself whose Mum is from the region (Ibibio), just think of full blooded Igbo must be going through.

We can only take so much disrespect when at the end of the day, we are trying to free ourselves of this bondage and to be left alone to live freely in peace.
PoliticsRe: Middle Belts Shades Arewa North And Sides The South East Igbo by EzeUche(m): 4:38pm On Jun 07, 2017
What do the mods have to say about an office press release?

Or will they delete this, since the Middle Belt is telling the Core North to include them in this wahala?

This mentality and lack of unity in the South is precisely why Igbos got the short end of the stick after the Biafra war. And why in the long run the South is unabke to acheive the goal of restructuring.
Manyy in the South South say they do not want the assistance of my people so why should I give a daaammnnn.

After all the bending over we have done for them, they will still say curses on the Igbo who have not done anything to them.

We are growing tired being everyone punching bag.
PoliticsRe: El-Rufai Orders Arrest Of Northern Youths That Declared War On Igbos by EzeUche(m): 4:26pm On Jun 07, 2017
afroniger:
Both Igbos and Hausas should call their youths to order. The igbo elders should have called Kanu to order when he first started his own incitement. Now the Hauses are also towing Kanu's line. Hope those hausas that may be arrested as a fallout of this latest episode too won't become popular like Kanu became after his own arrest. Both Eastern and Northern elders have failed in guiding their youths.
Will you keep quiet!

A call for a peaceful referendum in the East is not the same as what the Northern youth have done.

Let the Ibibio be. Enough of this Unity begging.

Let them speak for themselves.
No one is unity begging. I am half Ibibio and it is my mother tongue.

I suspect you are an Igbo from Enugu or Anambra who doesn't have good relations with other non Igbo groups but when in Abia are neighbors and have them in our bloodlines.

Plain silly...and to think the Niger-Delta people are laughing at the Igbos due to the ultimatum is freaking stupidity grin
I don't think it is Niger Delta that is laughing. It is "We the SS" Yoruba.

pazienza:
What do you mean by if they don't speak up?

They have always been speaking and the voice is clearly Igbophobic, one Nigerian and Anti Biafra.

The problem is that our people had either decided to to listen to their voice or had decided to delusionally misinterprete what they are hearing.

Visit Urhobo towns and hear them out.
Or just join Urhobo Facebook pages.

How hard is this?

# Operation Noah's Ark
I don't know much about the Urhobo, because their land does not touch my own.

Am Aro Igbo and I can speak only for my people and the Ibibio.

That's my point...They see South-South people as Igbos too..They are just playing ignorance here
I think people who live in the North know when the wahala starts, many groups will be impacted.

People on Nairaland are just silly.

You just spoke from your own kind of mentality. These Northerners don't reason like you. They don't know shi.t about South-South people. Accept the gospel truth
Wasn't GEJ accused of being an Igbo man in the North?

op you are an Ibo man. I realized that immediately when you started praising the ibos that have been insulting all the other tribes in Nigeria
Do you really think the Middle Belt has any problems with the Igbos, when their main concern are with the Hausa who disturb their land or Fulani herdsman who destroy their crops and villages?
PoliticsRe: "We Are Urhobos And Nigerians, Not Biafrans" - Senator Omo-agege by EzeUche(m): 1:07pm On Jun 07, 2017
If the Urhobo people don't speak up, then I will assume their leaders are right.

Biafra should simply be for the Igbos and any other group who are not cowards.

Let the North drink their oil and they get nothing will not be an Igbo concern.
PoliticsRe: South South Is Not Biafra by EzeUche(m): 1:04pm On Jun 07, 2017
TPAND:
South-South are not interested in your Biafra plan. The east wants Biafra, the south-south wants Niger Delta Republic. Sink that down in your deluded minds. Stop forming attaché. Thiefs and crocks wanting to play south-south a fast one. Even timber, your region no get, arable lands una no get. Stupid deluded confusionist
If the South South wanted a Niger Delta Republic, there would be groups lobbying for it now.

But IPOB has had demonstrations in the south south in places like Asaba and Port Harcourt that have had much more success
PoliticsRe: South South Is Not Biafra by EzeUche(m): 6:23am On Jun 07, 2017
TPAND:
Those Igbos know they are doomed without south-south money. Why should Igbos dictate for a region that is blessed and more enterprising than theirs. They want to include south south in their Biafra aganda by force.

It is clear to us that, the Biafra agenda is a complete fail without the south south.
Why are you Yoruba so concerned about the East?

Nigeria has already cause the south-south so much pain.

Nigeria has polluted my region.

Do you think the real south south is smiling?

Do you think they forgot about Odi?

Or how your people chased out GEJ?

We hear you now shut up.

When the North asks the Igbo to vacate the North, it will not just be Igbos who will be impacted but the entire East.

Do you think the Hausa can tell the difference between an Igbo and Ijaw?
