Someone told me nothing have changed as they are still threatening and sending messages to phone contacts.

From what I gathered, they will operate but won't send messages to your contacts as that is one of the things being investigated. So yes, they will operate, call to ask for repayment but they won't intrude your privacy.

Please what about the compound interest that the government said we should renegotiate?

Please any development? Have they shut down their apps and frozen their banks accounts?

It says affected entitites must cease and desist from practices that are being investigated, not necessarily cease from recovering loans before the raid.

I think we really need to understand this point in the press release. Is it that they can still be in operation while they cease and desist from practices being investigated?

Again, all the apps are still working and giving loans as at this morning. So I don't understand this whole order.

In the interim, the Commission admonishes all the businesses that were subject of regulatory intervention on Friday, March 11, 2022, to cease and desist the interest compounding and loan repayment/collection practices that are the objects of this investigation.

PLEASE HOW DO WE UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE POINTS IN THE PRESS RELEASE?

If I understand the press release very well. I think it does not stop the repayment of existing loans to these loan sharks. But repayment should be on equitable terms to both parties. Please correct me if I am wrong.

For the 1.7k and your logistics claim, most documentations today are done online for speed.
I wonder how courier will be faster than online.
No matter how you look at it my concerns are germane.
For me, people should be careful. Am a guru in detecting things like this.
I am a consultant myself and a recruitment adviser.
So there is nothing hidden to me.

You say here is transparent but when someone engage you you start saying 1.7k for documentations and logistics.
If 100 applicants pay you 1.7k, do you know how much you will be making?
Again, you have refused to release your CAC details claiming your company is new.
Equally you refused to mention companies you have recruitment contracts with.
Clearly, you are the one demarketing your business if at all there is any.
I will not allow any one to fall for scammers.
