My wife is pregnant with twins and I wanted to post the scan details here but someone advised me against it but I'm going to post it anyway, I believe nothing is worse than my death at this moment and I'm pleading with whoever is willing to help me.

I have only one Nairaland account and this is the first time I'm coming out publicly to solicit for assistance, I'm really humbled by my predicament and in my state of sobriety I'm calling out on everyone, including those that have swore never to help anyone to pls save me from myself.

I applied for the FGN Survival Fund grant sometimes in December and to my surprised they sent ₦30K into my account yesterday but the money was immediately deducted due to the existing loan I was unable to pay back and I immediately sank into depression.

I was left with a balance of #20K to pay back and I'm pleading with the last strength in me for people to help me, no one owns me a living except my parents and I've called them out on this forum before for their failure.

I'm having nightmares these days and coupled with having a pregnant wife who's close to delivery at home without any means of survival or buying things I'm really really deranged and I think I'm getting close to the grave. I have no one to run to and we tried to abort the baby back the but it kept growing surprisingly https://www.nairaland.com/6032515/baby-keep-growing-after-surgical

Reference to my last post on Nairaland https://www.nairaland.com/6357511/im-going-down#97963625 and the scam awareness that was posted here, I was discouraged to continue in my quest for Job and assistance and it's taking a huge toll on my sanity.

On that thread someone offered to assist me with writing Job but he was met with insults by people who thinks the Job he offered me was pure slavery and he stopped replying my message after promising to write me back.

I can see alot of people are already clamouring for the work someone wants to help me with, thereby putting me in a competitive situation which is disappointing. If you need a job urgently like I do, pls create your own thread if there's anything called a heart is still within your chest.

You can write as many as you can. I will teach you how to write because the articles must not be directly copied. But its easy...my undergraduate daughter has been doing it for me since ASUU strike and I need more hands. Once you are patiently writing good articles you will be smiling to your bank. Hope this can help

I really hope you get help but let me encourage you. Please don't over think yourself because you are owing anybody o. We all understand the situation of the country and the truth is, the only sin we committed is to be a Nigerian. If those online lenders call you, insult you, they will even threaten you, don't be scared. Tell them you will pay their money. I am owing too but I can't kill myself my bro.
Just be strong as you will look around for better things doing. We no go die for naija. If you are around alagbado, dm , I have some few baby things to give your wife. I wish her save delivery
I really appreciate your kind gesture, a month ago I didn't imagine myself to be in this situation, and talking of savings, I have no savings anywhere but I have a shop and some stocks which the NCC just rendered useless by stopping us from selling, I just I'll be able to gather something and selling other things in my shop, but those loans are just too little to start something tangible, I always pity my girl cos she's so loyal of not for the pressure her family mounts on me because of the baby things, and I'm even out of foodstuffs at home and I don't mind taking another loan which are being declined, I'm sinking more into debt and I'm not really prepared for things to come, I'll become very miserable in these coming weeks if I remain like this. The baby list that was given to her from her hospital is below.

The first picture is the the screenshot of the loan I requested for today which was declined because I have other outstanding loans in my credit history

The second picture is a reminder alert that was sent to me from FCMB to pay the loan I took in December which is due since 2 days ago
Jobs/Vacancies / I'm Going Down! by Ezkid(m): 2:49pm On Jan 11, 2021
Good Afternoon good people of Nairaland, my name is Ezekiel Oloye Opeyemi, I work as a freelancer with telecom companies (Glo, MTN and Airtel alike) we were stopped abruptly from working in December 7/2020 and since then things have not being easy for, I also have a wife who's heavily pregnant.

I'm here with a heavy heart to solicit for help from whoever is willing to help me before I sink into irredeemable condition.

I've taken some loans from my bank FCMB and also from some online lenders and in less than few weeks to come , I will find myself in a very difficult situation if I couldn't pay those monies back, as at this moment I have ₦ -20 in my account with an outstanding loan of ₦50k.

I'm free to any available work where I can work for like two weeks with a half salary so I can clear the online lenders before they'll turn my life into a miserable nightmare.

I made some enquiries and I was told we can't resume SIM registration until May this year and I don't see myself surviving till then except by being helped or by a miracle.

My girlfriend is 30 weeks and 12 days pregnant according to the last scan she went for fees days ago, she's still an undergraduate, and her family is mounting slot of pressure on me because till today I'm yet to buy ordinary pin out of her baby things.

I've been on nairaland for sometime now and I'm will to post my picture and the picture of my expectant wife with her consent.

Romance / Re: If You Are In Your Twenties Or Have Passed Your Twenties, You Must’ve Noticed by Ezkid(m): 11:47pm On Jan 10, 2021
Factfinder1:
If you are in your twenties or have passed your twenties, you must’ve noticed life moved really fast from 21 to 30 than it actually moved from 15 to 18 year old.

When I was fifteen, I just couldn’t wait to turn eighteen. Days crawled on forever and I thought I would never reach this eighteen which held promises of freedom, leaving home, getting into university and probably doing every adult thing I ever had in mind to do.

I never knew when eighteen came and before I stopped to take note, I am in my late twenties and within the last two years of being there. And how I got here so fast, I simply have no idea. Perhaps the son of Nebu is not the only one feeling this way and that is why I am sharing this piece with you today.

A lot of life changing events and decisions happen in our twenties and this is why time moves really fast. We get into school, some become apprentices, change cities, fall in and out of love, start up stuff and all along the way, our emotions and mindset is going through very deep changes. Oftentimes, this makes us scared, uncomfortable and afraid of the future.

This is why we worry so much and given the presence of social media and how some of us use it, you can now understand why it seems our generation is worse off in some way.

To be honest, I am not using my twenties to make many long term friends. I am making a handful of long term friends, but not too much. By nature of what I do, I encounter thousands of people annually and I don’t try to befriend them. I try to make one thing clear to all; when you think about Martin Beck Nworah, it won’t be difficult for you to know what I stand for and the ideals I am willing to uphold. I believe twenties is the perfect time to make many temporary people we meet along our way, see us for who we really are and the noble ideals we are willing to uphold. If it makes sense to them, they will always come back in the future and say, “You are an upright person and I need you to do this for me”.

In your twenties and maybe early thirties (I’m not there yet anyway), your heart will go through lots of challenges because of broken promises in business, love and career.

Those who promised to be there for you may not always come through because life might be tough for them in some way and they may not want to tell you about it. You will slowly begin to understand that being an adult means understanding that sadly, life isn’t always to be seen in white and black.

You will fail and fall many times but never give up. Take your time to refresh if need be but don’t give up entirely. Like myself, love dealt me a heavy blow years ago when my trust was broken. I have stayed away from falling in love for a while but I know someday, I sure will fall in love again and when the time comes, I’ll welcome it with open arms. And hopefully by then, I must’ve healed well and be able to trust again.

As you grow quickly and understand who you are, keep in mind that others around you are going through a similar process. Do not ask of another, that which you know would be hard for you to do if you were in their position.

So here’s a lesson worth sharing with your friends and loved ones today; life is in stages and as you reach each one, I hope you will be equipped to face it.

Till we get to the Promised Land, I shall be waiting for when you will pass me a glass of water and thank God for the gift of grace for the race.
I know you on Facebook, old how can we talk privately Sir?

Romance / Re: Ever Tried Breaking Up With Someone And The Person Refused? How Did It Go? by Ezkid(m): 10:42pm On Oct 28, 2020
Fountainofyouth:

Calls 11 times in a day

Always interested in what I do or where I am every minute

Comes to my workplace at lunch break so we could have lunch together everyday,

Insists on spending the whole weekend together, I never had a me time,

Says things like "it's me n you forever", "you have no choice" " there is no way you'll ever leave me" "I can kill for you" "if I'm dying, you're dying too"

A friend received threats cos of frequent talks with me

Doesn't want me to have any friends, even females, he feels they'd take me from him or introduce me to another man

He cries anytime I miss his calls

A sex freak

Sends 5 love sms to me everyday

Changed his church to mine just to always be with me, if we are sitting apart, it's either he comes sit with me or drags me to wherever he's sitting,

He drives me everywhere I want to go,

Etc.

OMG who the hell is that half of a man?

May his balls be smashed! And his heart seared with hot magma.

SARS should be reformed and not scrapped totally...

If there's no SARS, the already terrible criminals would do worse damage.

This story is an indication.

Yes, the SARS has a bad reputation and they shouldn't be carrying out extrajudicial killings and crimes themselves. But at this point, they have no choice but to reform.

People might not like my opinion.. I don't really care.
From my personal experience, people always say they don't care when they care the most.

Kudos to the vigilante men and the SARS operatives. This is why am against the scrapping of the SARS unit, i only support significant reforms.

If SARS should stop for one day, anarchy and violent crimes will take over.

Back to the dead robber: Is this not a suicide mission? Facing men armed with AK-47 with this kind of gun.

Unbelievable!
Just like there was before the introduction of SARS
