I want to thank everyone one on this group for checking on me and also the show of love ❤️ I appreciate.

I was the guy UKVI refused his visa and also top it up with 10years ban because of 4naira miscalculation.

Everything started in January2021 when I used fidelity bank statement for my POF which was very very Okay but to my greatest surprise I was refused. In the refusal letter nothing was said about BAN so thought I could reapply to another school instead of waiting for outcome of AR also I was told I needed a letter from the bank stating the statement was genuine but bank was not responding.

Fast forward to 22nd of June when I got another refusal that any other application I make for the next 10years will refused because I have used deception in a previous application.

I quickly went to Fidelity bank Head office in V.I to show them the refusal letter and what could be done but they keep telling me a mail has been sent to their audit department for review and I should wait omo I waited for 3days without nothing. On the fourth day I went to their office very early in the morning to para omo Na so I start to Dey remove cloth ooo finally someone from their legal department came to talk to me and I followed them.

After reviewing the refusal letter they said if UKVI needed better explanation why the statement was like that they should have contacted them directly so they gave me a letter that the statement was genuine and I also wrote a letter quoting their law because in the immigration law in think in paragraph 9.7.3 or so it state and I quote IF THE CASEWORKING OFFICER DONT UNDERSTAND A DOCUMENT EVEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN VERIFIED FROM THE THIRD PARTY THE APPLICANT SHOULD EITHER BE MAILED OR CALLED FOR BETTER EXPLANATION but none of this was done.

Finally after 95days of my AR I got a mail with apology and also that the BAN as been removed from my name/record.

In the 95days my BP was between 110/143

I was broke

I barely eat & sleep

I got angry � so fast

I was like the world should come to an end

I started have anxiety

People said all kinds of things to me that statement was from oluwole and so on.

I just thank God I wasn’t put to shame �����

Can I send them certificate or Letter of English Proficiency issued by my school stating that English was used as a medium of instruction during undergraduate and postgraduate studies.


I think I uploaded NECO result with English proficiency when I was submitting my application

Could anyone suggest to me a school in the UK that I can study mental health nursing without a background in science? I have MSc in business Administration. I'm considering a second BSc. degree. The problem is that biology and Agricultural Science are the only science courses I wrote at OLevel. Is it possible to study for MHN without physics and chemistry? Good day mate. Pls I got unconditional Offer from Bradford and I made 5000 deposit instead of 2000. Pls I got visit visa refusal sept last year with my family. Although I was a single mother since 2015 with 3 children. But I plan to visit UK with my new husband last year which was refused.
My documents and my children documents carry my precious husband name. Can I travel with my children to school and I have sole parent order from court since 2015.
I have all requirements in place with more than enough money in my account which am waiting for 28 days requirements to submit it to school and collect my CAS.
How can I go with my new husband who can not travel with me.
Can home office go and check my children custody order validity which I got since 1015.
Pls I need help how to do this application when my CAS out. This is my first time to apply for student visa. Thanks

Please on this issue, i have been rejected twice by Canada and i intend on going to either Sheffield Hallam university or Teesside University. Please who knows if they would issue me CAS, i don't want to waste my time and my efforts.

University of south wales refused to issue me CAS because of my two prior canada study visa refusal despite paying £5900 tuition deposit, submitting POF and tb test.Time and efforts wasted !!
Thank God I had 3 other unconditional offers.

The truth is some schools won't sponsor you becos of visa refusal why others dont care but it all depends on ur sch. The good thing is some people have been rejected in the past but others schs issued CAS to them but this all depend on your sch. What is the name of ur sch?

I’m kinda confused, after stating that I’ve had a previous visa refusal (Canada) while filling my CAS request. I got a mail today asking me to provide my previous visa refusal letter which I did, but now I’m concerned this will not be an end to CAS. I’m afraid the school will no issue the CAS again ���

U don't need to open a new account, use ur existing account,the reason some people opens new account is because they are using student loan and they have to open account where the lender wishes. Only if you are using this option

Or, I open a fresh acct like stanbic bank and lodge the funds in it. (This is because I see a lot of people doing this. They open fresh acct and use for it.) I don't know if that's the best. Thanks. Yes, it's a mutual fund, I was thinking I could quickly use it for CAS since I've had it for more than a month. If I liquidate now I'd have to wait another month.

If it is a mutual fund,you can use it cos it can be terminated anytime but for me I do like to play safe,I will rather liquidate my investment

U can't use your pension fund cos you don't have access to it.
Note :you only have access to 25% only,if you have been out of job for 4months.

Can I use the pension savings with my pension Fund Administrator as proof of fund for my student visa? I saw pension savings as one of the funds eligible to show proof of funds for study visa on the UKVI website and I wondering if my pension savings statement of account could suffice here.

Please those who have used this or know someone who used pension savings statement recently should advise me.

Dear Blissideas, so sorry abt your refusal thought you were in Sheffield already. What was the reason for your refusal cos I can remember ur case vividly abt ur previous ban. Like I said on Sunday AR takes time, the waiting period can be frustrating and tiring but you are almost there. OkoromolaFarms's got ssuccessful feedback after 6months,u can search and reach out to him. Sure he will be of great help,some prefer to re-apply rather than going through this long waiting period. 8th-6th is 28days but you don't count from when the money completes according to the gurus so it shd be 9th- 7th. This is minute, you need to put your mind at rest. Worry will do you no good at this time ,you can only pray for grace and mercy. Come back to testify

I have a bit of a problem that needs clarification.

So I made the last lodgement of my POF on the 8th of April to Zenith bank it however reflected on the 9th .

When printing my bank statement I printed from the 8th of April to the 6th of May.

Please note that no transaction reflected on the 8th of May the transaction I did on the 8th reflected on the 9th.

This is the bank statement I sent to school to issue my CAS.

I have already made my application.

Whilst discussing with a friend who is already in the UK sometime last week she told me the bank statement I submitted is 27days and not 28th day please guys from the above illustration given is this so?

I have had sleepless nights since then.

Because I sent same bank statement to school and they didn’t see any issues with it and issued me CAS.

@Justwise and everyone other guru please help look at this and let me know if what my friend said is true.

Not at all, you can even withdraw more so far is not lesser than POF required. That was just an error Kem, medical error happens too that doesn't stop people from going to hospital. May we not be victims of costly error.

Assuming the pof needed is 14M and one has excess of 14.3M in the account. Does any withdrawal as little as 1k affects anything since it’s going to appear on the closing balance although the total closing balance covers yours Pof. Because I don’t understand the issue of someone being refused because of N100 or 4naira discrepancies. Pls someone elaborate.

I stand to be corrected,how will having more money in one's account lead to refusal? Having more money is even better for an applicant and for their sanity.

No it will give them false hope and a refusal. £=naira is the formula, You will have more money in your account by doing it the wrong way and it will likely lead to a refusal.
