Totally forgot that individual cases do differ and that pregnatone already contains the normal 400mcg for regular women.

but there is Folic acid in d prenatal drug already. Wouldn't that be overdose? If I use pregnacare centrum for example that has a certain amount of folic acid and then ibuse folic acid itself again. My doctor just prescribed pregnatone or pregnacare. He said so far it contains magnesium folic acid calcium iron and ferrous.

Make I no go do overdose oooo. But I wanna stop pregnacare though. I wan stick to d single dosages of calcium, folic acid, ferrous, b.co.

what kind of exercise is dis nw, they want to kill me in this office, i happen to be a front desk person, when i was employed my boss promised to fix an electronic door, which i can open and close for anyone frm my seat, fast forward to 2 yrs now that av been here the electronic door has not been done, my boss insist the door must be locked always, so that means that i av to open the door for and lock after anyone dat comes in or go out, as am the one directly facing the door (glass door) and i see pple coming in first, now my problem is that, my colleagues will always find reasons to go out, if i lock after one, another might pop in just as am sitting down, now that am pregnant its really telling on me, i can stand and sit to open door like 8 times within 5 mins, and i cant tell them not to go out, if not them, they will keep sending the cleaners or errands to buy God-knows-what and tell them to return immediately if they are not pleased.

sorry for the long post, just pissed jare.
