jihday: they don’t have goals in their attack but if they keep it compact they can have a good tournament Kudus, Inaki, Ayew senior, and Partey can score goals. Even Salisu, Djiki and Amartey have the area prowess to score from corner kicks. They also have that guy from Club Brugge that scored against Porto. I think his name is Sowal. |

The Black Stars of Ghana has the most complete team of any African nations at this World Cup.
Defenders: Salisu, Amartey, Djiku, Odio/Lamptey.
Midfielders: Samad (Lens), Partey (Arsenal) and Kudus (Ajax)/Kyere (Freiburg).
Strikers: Jordan/Bukari, Inaki, and Ayew/Sulaiman.
All the Black Stars need is Self Believe!! |

The only world cup tournament the Super Eagles packed the box was 2002 (against Argentina and England) and we all know why! World Cup tournament is different from friendly match. It's quite unfortunate that we missed out on two world cup tournaments that we could have done very well (2006 and 2022). |

Push Iwobi into the AM role. Play Onyeka and Ndidi pivot. Pair Bassey with Ekong. Sanusi on the left. Aina/Osayi on the right. Oshimen, Chukweze and Lookman in attack. We are good to go. |

Mujtahida: You need to temper this your take with some healthy dose of realism. Our team is full of average players. One or two bright sparks but the bunch is average. Underperforming average players I am talking in terms of the events that occurred during those competitions. If the qualities in our attack are average which team, then in Africa has better forward line. I believe my post is self explanatory. We have the tools in attack but the combinations to make it work are missing. Nevertheless we still have a team that could go toe to toe with any other team on the continent man for man, getting the combination right is the key. |

Meliforme: Some guys still believes that S.E is a bunch of average players. Man for man only few teams in the world have the calibre of our attacking strength. We need to get our midfield combination right to help our attack. Our major problem is CB and goalkeeping. Had it been we had solid goalkeepers we would have won the AFCON and qualify for the world cup. The goalkeepers cost us. |

AndSunGorilla: Let me wash my eyes, ok sir, where did I hype the dutch in my response sir. I think you are the one guilty of any type of hype sir . I put it to you respectfully that you said a team which didn't even make the QFs of the ANC is better than the eventual champions and a team which failed to qualify for the WC playing against a team arguably at its weakest point in decades as at that time. Regrettably, the SE is not at the WC and are therefore not even listed on the ballots or witness stand, so in conclusion, what's your favorite brand of coffee, just prepping for when you wake up so you can smell it. You are the best team doesn't mean you will win the cup. Without Mane the Senegalese won't even qualify from their group at AFCON. We narrowly lost to Tunisia playing with 10 men for 40 minutes without Oshimen. Rest OG. |

Onyi90: Is beating Egypt in 90 minutes an achievement or representing Your country in the World stage/World Cup. The Egypt you claim they defeated, are they in the world cup. What are You Capping. Egypt and Nigeria were just unlucky. Loosing by Penalty shoot out and away goal rule is not something to be angry about. Rest! |

AndSunGorilla: Oga no need for all these comparison. SE is not playing, Senegal is the one playing. Enjoy the game sir and what does it profit the Side better than Senegal but are not at the WC and got flogged recently 4-0 (it is even debatable that the goal margin could even have been more had it been that Portugal didn't step off on the gas).
So, let's leave SE for now Who told you our players stepped up to play? Portugal needed the match more and it's just a friendly match. This Dutch team is average. Has just one or two top class players. Hyping them cos of past glory. Rest the overhype, sir! |

charlesemeka85: not even osimhen. What they need most is an iwobi. They lack a ball playing midfielder in their starting eleven
If I were to be the coach after analyzing the first half I will throw in villareal’s Jackson and sub out one of those carpenters from the midfield Jackson! Skilful and sleek but doesn't score much. You are absolutely correct. |

Nirvana101: The bolded is just cap....
Yet they're playing in the world cup after knocking out Egypt. Do you think Nigeria can defeat Egypt and qualify for the world cup?
Senegal are defending Nations cup champions. If they meet Nigeria today, it's handicap two.
Edit: by now, Nigeria would've conceded at least 2 against this Netherlands side. Nigeria still remains the only team that defeated Egypt in 90 minutes. Nigeria lost on away goal rule. Stop talking crap. Holland should have been 2 goals up if they are a good team. Which good attack Holland get? |

Samueltemi337: The group nor really hard
they can see off Serbia and Switzerland
Na football anything can happen Which players Switzerland and Serbia have that Cameroon doesn't have? Cameroon will qualify from that group. Tunisia and Senegal groups too aren't that difficult. Ghana and Morocco group is a lit complicated. |
