There is nothing there, not even pipeline. It is a scam. The French search those pleces back in the early 2000's and found gas plus the oil is too far below (many kilometers underground). Buhari came, in order to steal money, reopen the same well the French dug and fler the gas.

The only oil from Niger Delta there is the one in that clean measuring jar.
