You need to calm down. Your wife revenue is waiting for her in the account whenever she is ready. Get a valid ID for her (drivers license or whatever). Increase the threshold for withdrawal from $100 to something higher to give you time (may be $500).

The reason I say this is because having two AdSense account is a big violation of Google TOA. If they ban you permanent it would be near impossible to contact them. You lose your wife money and get blacklisted.

Remember you are from Nigeria, you are guilty until proven innocent.
