Lurker4Long: A month or 2 ago I said Tunisia -based on what my Turkish friends in the industry were saying - and you still mentioned the rejected Cobras. A Turkish banker friend says his bank worked on the financing and the client is Tunisia. your friend do know exactly what for the loan ? because what I know the anka's deal is financed by the loan but I don't know about the armored vehicle ... is the loan going also to otokar because that would be interesting. |

Lurker4Long: Apparently they tested both cobra 1 and Cobra II. It's the Cobra 1 they rejected. My money is still on Tunisia. Anyway, we'll know soon enough. both cobra 1 and 2 got rejected and they went for the Ejder they tested the three of them at the same time (also they tested the French sherpa and Emirati Nemr) |

kabe1: Tunisia is the likely destination. They have Otokar Cobra's in service and use a lot of Turkish ground vehicles. actually no I don't think its Tunisia because they don't have the cobra in service they only tested it and acquired the Ejder instead |

Raalsalghul: Are you still wondering?
It is cursed or whatever synonyms you can use in place of "cursed".
All these folks shouting "Africa is blessed" should name 3 African countries qualified to be called "Second World".
Even countries like Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco preferred to be called Arabs than Africans.
What has the Black Race contributed to Humanity?
The only thing Sub- saharan Africa is synonymous with are Hunger, Poverty, Tyranny, Underdevelopment, War, Child Soldiers, Ethnic War, Tribal Clashes, Corruption etc.
In as much as I hope to leave this atmosphere one day, I swear I would tighten immigration policies to prevent entry of Africans if I'm a white leader. Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco are African nations choosing to be called Arabs does not change that , Africans should know that Africa is a continent , not a race , not a country and not a region , it is a continent with different races regions countries that does not have to look a like or even cooperate . jeez no one is hearing Asian peoples calling Indians not Asians |
