I don't care what excuse the SA government is using as a bases to embarrass Nigeria. We are gonna get every single of our kobo back. And I suggest we start with MTN. MTN has more subscribers in Nigeria than the entire population of SA put together. The make more money in their Nigerian operation almost doubling that of their operations else where but the provide one of the poorest network services and not having the single courtesy of listing on Nigerian stock exchange. Simple suggestion, NCC should fine MTN approximate of 10 to 15 million dollars for poor services to their consumers and the amount shld be paid to the federation account simple. We get our money back through mtn and SA keep the one the have with them and everyone is happy.
Wetin concern MTN with your fraudelent government,na MTN send them massage?why do we like beating about the bush,if you don't know the world is a frre market economy,if u do any "sme sme",them go do u back, tribalism an nepotism is killing nigeria;if your country has consolidated on BIAFRA weapon technology after the civil war,by now nigeria wd have bcome a major arm expoter, let them keep going to South ,shameless pple

The blame is not wholly on the judiciary but the existing laws, tell your law-makers to make non-vague,non-ambiguous laws on corruption then let's watch the judge that will not apply it when necessary. But the lawmakers will not do so willingly because they are beneficiaries of the bad system.
Bro.even if they enact such laws, your politicians will always find a way to circumvent the law,our problem is that we have individuals who are bigger that our institutions..like the judiciary..the reason Obama was quoted as saying that "Africa needs strong institutions and not strong men" cool

plz, can u name just 1 or 2 those women?
undecided
u seem to misunderstand me,i'm not disclosing the fact that women are powerful creatures, they are 1 of the reasons that men keep making a world a better place.
U said things were tailored to favor men, that's b'cus we've got the right brain n' strenght...we were programmed to transform this world.
Although, corruption n' evil has eaten deep into our society.
Opera winfrey is a self-made billionire, not to talk millions of single mothers who raised their kids and turned them to superster without the help of men,so wt are you driving are...if giving equal opportunities, women wd equal if not exceed men in all ramifications..

women can manage resources like men or even better, but the fact here is that men creates that resources that women will manage, without a mans brain n' power, this world would've been a hell to live in.
You are in a dream land..there are millions of women who have achieved fame without the help of any man,you know that the world and life itself has been tailored to favour men,so there is no basics for comparism.do know how many years it took, before women were allowed to vote in an election, not to talk of contesting, even in some countries they are still not yet allowed?

yea, it's possible...but i'm wondering,with what kind of brain?
they will just ruin everything, all the achievements men have created for ages.
Which achievement are we talkin about? You shud know that, women have teir fault...but over all ,women are beter managers of resources.
PoliticsRe: Can A Woman Be The President Of Nigeria? by fairheven:
There is nothing to be ready about,I think the question shud rather be "are women presidential aspirant ready for Nigerians?in Nigerian politics,"discussions" cool are Made in the day,but "decisions"are made in the night grin,Dem fit do "night wakahuh the onus is on them not on nigerians..more importantly,it is about wat they bring to the table, not necessarily about their gender,I won't vote for someone because she is my mother or sister, will only vote base on the individual's ability to deliver cool...firheven.

PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Finally Joins PDP by fairheven: 11:57pm On Oct 07, 2014
Chiwude:
Shame on Peter Obi. So now, let no hypocrite judge Rochas. For me, Obi venturing into PDP is for selfish reasons. I saw the handwriting on the wall, the moment Obi made politics out of the Igbo deportation saga. He also messed up big time, by wiping up ethnic sentiments in the last Anambra Governorship election - and NdiAnambra sheepishly supported him in his show of shame, an attitude similar to our Yoruba brothers - thinking his motive was geared toward a new pan-Igbo (APGA) nationalism. Ikemba Ojukwu's spirit will forever hunt him for destroying his last political legacy. Ohaneze Is compromised, S/E governor's forum likewise, now Peter Obi, where now lies the Igbos rallying point of call. Indeed, GEJ from henceforth will start seeing Ndigbo as politically naïve and fallow. Bet it, come 2019 Jonathan will never hand over to an Igboman as been speculated by some ass-lickers. Whether we like it or not if APC accidentally wins next Presidential election, then Ndigbo should count themselves politically finished. Unless maybe Rochas is picked for either a Presidential or Vice-Presidential slot. Maybe then, the rejected stone might suddenly become a chief rallying point of Igbo interest - just like Ekwueme during the 2nd republic.
APC canot win presidential election without fielding southeasterner for either presidential or vice presidentisl tickets..that will be their greatest undoing
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Finally Joins PDP by fairheven: 11:46pm On Oct 07, 2014
size38:
Adieu APGA and the Igbos politically. No hope of fielding an Igbo presidential candidate in the nearest future. Instead of building and growing APGA, those managing the party thinks PDP is where their hope lies. I think the Yorubas have political maturity and sagacity than the Igbos.
Is it all about fielding a presidential candidate or winning a presidential election?do u honestly think that APGA can win the presidency?even the defunt AD in the southwest cud not do so,thas why ACN decided to go maintream by margin with AP,APGA will remain a spectator in national politics, the best they can do is to remain relevant in the southeast, but with a dubious an dictator chairman like VICTOR UMEH,APGA will not last the next election.am not a fan of any political party, infact am looking foward to when we wd have "independent candidates",so we can elect pple base on personal antecedents anc not on political inclination. cool
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Finally Joins PDP by fairheven:
Vessi:
If Peter Obi publicly declares his defection to PDP, then it is only a matter of time before Anambra state goes to PDP.
APGA just can not survivie without Obi. Forget about Umeh.
But let's face it,UMEH cannot co-habit with " quintessential"Peter Obi,umeh is such a crook, the very moment obi left office,he quickly bcame a chameleon, tryin to turn Obi against the new governor..he promised obi the position of board of trustee chairmo, till date he refused to ractify that,he has practicaly made himself a life-chairman of APGA.

I agree wholeheartedly that we need a popular revolution. Italy had an internet revolution at the height of the recession few years ago, a group of young people formed an internet party and registered it then voted their people into political positions to knock out the old crooks and the corruption in that country was not the issue, their concern was all about how to rescue their economy. All our hardship in Nigeria are self inflicted because of these long time crooks calling themselves politicians. We need young well meaning Nigerians to really get involved in politics as a lot of us are very active in online politics but we need to translate that into reality.
And why don't we form our own right now,as in right away,am sick and tired of youth who do nothing but glady watch our crooked an wicked leaders stealing our commonwealth, and then keep telling us to "do a sober reflection "every 1st of October angry
So,I SIGN UP!
