How do you differentiate between boko haram attacks and non boko haram ones??. Boko haram have killed just an individual in several instances. Remember this was a targeted attack on the manager on his way home.

WHETHER PHCN IS ON STRIKE OR NOT DOES NOT REALLY HAVE MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IN MOST PART OF THE COUNTRY. Most residents and businesses in Nigeria have always been operating on generating sets and PHCN is only on standby. Privatization is the way forward. At times i wonder why PHCN staff in some areas are being paid salaries in the first instance when they are not doing any work. The areas to suppose to service has been in total darkness for donkey years and yet they are embarking on strike. FOOOOOOLS

Absolutely not. Curfew was from 7p.m to 6am and all this while, there has been killings in Maiduguri on daily basis. The curfew and declaration of partial state of emergency has not prevented the killings neither has it yielded any positive results. Most killings were done in broad day light even with the presence of the JTF men everywhere in Maiduguri.
