chyy5: Useless Nigerians. God will p.unish all of u. This is how u go about defining marriage as if woman's life and destiny is tied in marriage. Instead of u all to mind your fvcking business and channel that strength in reviving ur dilapidated sh!thole country. Hopeless social media rats that sees women above 30 as if they have committed one abominable offence. That was how you used your 10mb data, posting u.seless marriage above 30 this and that, cajoled my cousin, an independent lady and a breadwinner in her family to marry a monster. Her offence is because she's 34, has a very good job and very wealthy. Everyone on her Facebook will always ask, when are we having ur drink? She got tired of such questions and have to settle for a sheep in wolf clothing simply because she just wanted to leave the house. Someone she just met. The monster killed her barely a year into the marriage. The same hopeless Nigerians went to her facebook wall to type pretentious messages claiming they are pained. Hypocrites! Leave women alone. When they want to marry they will. Is it ur marriage? Does it concern u? As for the ladies that will type same rubbish against their fellow ladies, I have nothing for u. Just because you used pregnancy to trap a guy doesn't make u a wife. Most gals live with men claiming I am married. You are not married. Go home to your parents and stop forming married woman. I served in Akwaibom state, then I have d biggest mouka foam, rented selfcon, fridge was there, plasma, a.c and most Akwaibom and calabar gals I bleep then were doing everything to tie my destiny. In their mind they have seen a guy that's ready despite I'm receiving 19800. Some of them stylishly refused protection so as to get preg and that's how marriage will start. No bride price, no introduction. That's the same gals that will come online with their borrowed phone to talk ill of independent gals. Igbo gals doesn't marry that way. They marry legally. Society should stop talking trash concerning women and marriage. As for the ladies above thirty, is not a crime. My sister works with KPMG, she's 34 now and very fine. Not that men aren't coming but you know what u want. Marriage is a lifetime stuff and not a vacation. There are other successful ladies above thirty and they are doing great. God will give u all the best husband. Cheers! U are a darling. To think that a guy typed this, twale for you. |

Tkayhandsome: It was a joyous day on Saturday 3rd Dec 2016 as my friend finally matched to the altar with the love of his life. The beautiful bride wore no make up or make down, no hair do and no fancy wedding gown. Pastor Kumuyi is doing so well. Members can dress descent and cut off excessive spending all in the name of wedding while forgetting that after wedding comes marriage. Before I forget! The bride was a Virgin even after the reception I wish them a happy home. una no dey tire . Leave these people alone. Stop posting peoples pictures on social media just to mock them. Everyone knows they dont wear the normal wedding gown or make-up. So whats your aim of posting these topic? and the MOD that pushed it to frontpage welldone. *hiss* |

Tea, ZERO
Soups and swallow, -1
Beans, I didn't have the nerve
Rice and stew, 5/10
Number 5 nko? I disliked those soldiers with every fibre of my being. I was even locked up in the guardroom once for asking a soldier why he was barking
I ended up being posted to the deepest, most remote village in the state lol @"why he was barking" You get mind o. |

Health › Re: How Do I Seek Redress For A Medical Blunder by FameG(f): 12:38am On Sep 09, 2016 |
eyinjuege: Drs do open up and do surgeries without scans in an emergency. A ruptured ectopic isn't something to joke with. A young woman, brought in with clinical signs of shock, delayed period, plus or minus abdominal pain, or shoulder tip pain, positive PT is a ruptured ectopic until proven otherwise. A flow tap is open and running free flow in that woman's abdomen and it's blood. You can do a peritoneal tap, and check if it clots or not, but trying to send for a scan in the face of a suspicious rupture in Naija? That patient will probably die before you enter the theatre. Don't forget she's being at home all night when she started feeling ill before taken to the hospital the ff morning. She may prolly have been bleeding into her abdomen all night. Its better you open up and find out it's not an ectopic than to delay. You can call it an exploratory laparotomy if you so wish, since you're not sure of what you'll find in the abdomen but it's not out of place. Even the regular old school abdominal scan machines available in Naija are useless atimes in picking up ectopics save for a transvaginal. So if you do an abdominal scan, and it doesn't pick up an ectopic belle still doesn't mean it's not one. The uterus will be empty, but provided you blood pt is positive you go in if the patient is symptomatic. If patient is stable, you can send for a transvaginal scan. If not stable, na to open up sure pass. Thank u. you saved me from typing this long. A negative exlap is better than a missed ectopic diagnosis. Though this cant really justify why the woman is down with an intestinal obstruction . Just do evertin that would make your wife well. |
