uruba23:
Go to the bank tomorrow they would give you a form to fill and hot list your card and ask you to wait for several working day's if you're lucky to get your money back .
Thanks, I spoke with a customer care rep and she told me there’s nothing they can do about the money that it’s gone already. Will still try this method too though

There's no way you can get refund, the only thing you can do is block your card from every online transaction to avoid same issue in the future.

The online store has been credited through a 3rd party and there's no way the 3rd party can get back the money from the online store.

Someone has access to your card details...
Tired of this country, we’re just too fraudulent

Many drivers here are on rentals so their names won't tally. That doesn't mean they're not qualified smiley
It will tally with the vehicle number on their app

No be small thing today ooooo, so I took this rider from pelican hotel at chevron drive, she put ogba bus/stop as the final destination on getting to the roundabout around that excellence hotel she decides to change her drop off to shonola street, still around ogba though. Getting to her destination she told me to park outside that she’s going in to get money that she needs to get food not far away from my house, after waiting for close to 15minutes I decide to call her but she was busying my call that was when it dawn on me that I’ve been cat-fished. Saw a guy coming out of the house he pointed to me, I asked the guy about the lady he said he doesn’t know anybody like that and he gt me.
I ended the trip and saw 5k, I was about going back into my vehicle when I saw an elderly man inside the compound I approached him and asked after the girl he said he’s the landlord of the house and no one fits that description, then he asked what happened I explained then he told me to follow him.
Apparently, there was a small path beside the Man’s house, he took me there and then we busted out to another house linking another street, that was how the man asked after a girl from one fair lady which I assume was her elder sister, she asked what she was putting on and I explained to her, that’s how the sister shouted her name that she should come and pay her cabman, the denied immediately that it’s not her. So, the man told her to show her face at least to see me. But she no answer na so Baba go up, go meet the mum before I know it one small girl threw 4K for me I told her that my money is 5200 cos she collected 200 to buy gala inside that mad traffic on our way. Na so the girl go inside bring 1k5 three 3h for her. But the girl no show her face at all throughout, I just postrait for the man carry my car close for the day. So many heartlessness in the country. Let’s just be very careful in trusting these riders

For etag users the toll fee in N270 for Ikoyi link why N180 for Lekki epe.

Felicity0001:
It is what It is. I've warn us about using the ikoyi link bridge b4 and how using the etag or any of the toll gates don't count, reason I stopped using that link bridge and using my tag as well because you won't be issued a receipt.

Dont be disappointed with the response from uber it's a normal thing and due process to take.

You don't expect your office to pay for any expenses that has no receipt.

Another thing is, the lekki-epe toll gate charges N230 or there about while the Ikoyi link toll charges N335 or so where as the rider pays N200 and N300 respectively. Meaning you're looking 2-3 toll pass in every N5000 recharge you do.

What then is the need for using an etag or ecard when one is paying commission from his pocket.

This really cracked me up

Crvrider:
May be the guy wants you to spell etag with alphabets he understands. For better clarity next time, just take a selfie when next you go through the tolls.
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by famousguy01(m): 5:49pm On Jul 17, 2020
Who else notices that taxi scam no longer add toll fee at the end of the trip even after they might have said your toll fee is included. The two receipts attached below are my evidences the first one I passed through Lekki epe toll, while the second was through Ikoyi link even the fare self no correct, between Uber don mad self I took a woman too and fro from Vi to Agungi and back but they only included one toll fee their reply make me laugh. Na make God just save person from this slavery

I’m not sure I can go online today, nothing easy for this country

Uber aren’t ready to pay any driver a dime again oooo, so if your rider on pay you better come down and enter the same trouser with such rider. So, it happened that I picked this rider in an estate before sangotedo she said she was going to cms she later said it’s jankara market she’s going, never knew that idumagbo inward has really gotten so terrible. On getting to our about 100meters to drop off point I’ve ended the trip never even knew it was transfer she wants to do, after calling my Acct number and bank she told me that she has done it and left immediately the place is so busy I couldn’t even see her breaklight.
Checked my mobile app money no enter oooo, na so I call her whether them don debit her, she said no that I should send my Acct number which I did immediately. The lady just continue posting me I called her more than 50 times though she didn’t respond to most of the I dey call her within the interval of 20-30 mins and I didn’t raise my voice at her. I shaaar pet her till she eventually send an in the evening. I follow her up calmly didn’t threaten her even when she dey para for me.
The hustle don tie rapper oooo

Happy Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim brothers and sisters.

I hope you guys are keeping safe and maintaining the distance as advised.

May God not allow us to be shamed in this difficult and trying times.

It's really not easy at all, from the look of things its even getting more serious. Untop lockdown we are still observing almost a full well public holidays.

This period everyone needs grace to survive, especially drivers partners mainly on the rental package because most drivers(mostly the married once) can't even get a reasonable amount for fueling and to feed their family let alone paying rent of say 10k/15k.

For those still buying cars for the purpose of uber. And those looking for rental, I really dont understand or know who's advising you. This is not a good time to invest in ehailing business rather redirect that money into agriculture, you can recoup your capital within 18months but anyways, all man with his/her passion.

Las las we all go dey alright.
Okay sir, Can you assist me on how to actively invest in agriculture, I’m very much interested
