The devil is the father of lies, even if these criminals became afraid, it was because they know that they don't have the backing of the ALMIGHTY GOD so they are at the mercy of the devil. And the devil only pushed them to ask for forgiveness so that his name may be glorified {God forbid} but later, he will still lure them to go and continue their evil act so that he will be consulted and foolishly glorified again. If demonic threats has ever affected anyone it only affected those that believed in it and were living under the mercy of the devil. Let us not allow the devil to get an advantage of us because we are not ignorant of his devices. Someone may wish to ask why God has not come to our aid since. The reasons are these {He is always there to help}: before the time of Jesus, there was no grace so anyone who did evil must die instantly because God is very holy and will never allow his eyes to see evil. But when JESUS came, his death and resurrection made grace available. So if a man sins, He don't get an instant purnishment since JESUS will always stand in-between man and God {i,e as the mediator}. Shall we then say that JESUS is encouraging sin? {GOD FORBID} But He is just giving everyone equal opportunity to repent since if He was to judge us and purnish us instantly based on our works, then we are all guilty because his word said all have sinned.

It is very unfortunate that most of the financial institutions in Nigeria whom we so much believe in to keep our money safe for us are now thieves. All they now do is to always plot a way through which they can exploit their customers. Just of recent, i received a text from my bank {BANK PHB} notifying me that N1000 has been withdrawn from my account. When i went to ask why, i was told it was for ATM card. This means that they purposely changed every one's card so that they can now charge 1000 for the issuance of another. And to further confuse their customers, they gave the card a new name {verve card}. Anyway, that wasn't the main problem, this is it. They now told me that the bank now charges a monthly fee of N50 for the maintenance of the verve card. This got me angry and i now decided to abandun the account for Oceanic bank. After opening my new account with Oceanic bank, i was informed that they too now charge N100 for the maintenance of the new verve card. Now, the question is: how much interest do these banks give monthly that warranted such charges and are we surposed to pay the bank for keeping our money or they are the ones that are surposed to pay us interest for investing our money in their private businesses. Also, apart from these two banks other banks has also started this exploitation and it seems to be a national policy. What is Sanusi Lamido still doing in that office Ehh!! What is he still doing there?

All genuine christians, i beseech you not to comment on this thread neither give heed to the foolishness of the author of this topic for it is great. The author is simply an anti-christ {1john 4:2-4} but we have overcome him. If the author was not a fool, he should have taken note of this in the bible: LORD, Lord and lord. The first refers to GOD the Father, the second refers to GOD the Son {JESUS} and the last refers to human beings whom GOD Himself called god {psalm 82:6, Exodus 7:1 and John 10:34}. Having read every post, i have this to say. The things of the spirit are not for canal minded fellows {2cor, 2:14}. So let us talk with understanding.  Even if that was actually what Pastor Chris said, as a wise person, before you post anything, you need to first understand the context of the statement first.  Now, we all know that when Adam sinned, everyone on earth  caught the nature of sin {Rom 5:17}. So, when Jesus came, he carried all our sins on himself {1cor 5:20-21,isaah 53:4-9} but this was with the condition that we should believe in him {jhn 3:16-17}. This means that the moment you accept JESUS as the son of God and your saviour, you are automatically translated from the realm of sin to righteousness and old things are passed away including the name A SINNER {1cor 517}.  The point here is this: The moment you BELIEVE in JESUS-the son of GOD, you become dead to sin. Why? Because Christ died so that the Identity A SINNER can be taken away from those who believe in him.  I therefore make bold to say to you this: Gramatically, a sinner is someone who commits sins but spiritually, a sinner is that person who don't believe in JESUS because if you don't believe in JESUS then you can't claim that you believe in GOD. Let me give us this illustration. If you have a son and a servant, and one day, your servant happens to steal money from you and after two days, your son now stole more money from you. The way you will treat your servant will be absolutely different from the way you will treat your son.  You may publicly call your servant a thief but not your own son. This is also the same with GOD because we were created in HIS own image and if we believe in HIS SON then are also the sons of GOD {1John 1:12}.  The soul that sin shall die {Ezk 18:4 & 20} and death means to perish but not the soul that believes and yet sin because whosoever believe {not if righteous people believe} SHALL NOT PERISH but have EVERLASTING life. {john 3:16}. There is also NO CONDEMNATION to them that are in Christ {Rom 8:1} so who are we to condemn a believer who eventually committed sin {matt 7:1-2} .      Let me also draw our attention to the fact that every believer does not live under LAW but under the GRACE in Christ Jesus and we all know that the LAW is meant for sin while Grace is a gift of righteousness {Rom 5:20-21}. Having this knowledge that if we believe we are then under grace and not law, what makes us think that those who believe should be boldly addressed as sinners if they err knowing that grace don't have any relationship with law?   However, i demand your understanding here. I am not saying that it is Ok for christians to continue in sin because of the grace: GOD FORBID {Rom 6:1-2}. The point is no body including Men of God is perfect but we all work towards perfection {2Tim 3:16} and God is aware of man's inperfection that is why HE sent HIS son to die that HIS grace might be unleashed upon the souls of men.       Finally friends, the summary is this: if a man truely believes in JESUS and commits sin, his nature does not change {1cor 5:17} because of the covenant of grace {Rom 5:17-21} but if he continues in sin and dies then he must go to hell because their is no provision for grace in the grave where he is going.  LET EVERYONE WORK OUT HIS OWN SALVATION, THE GRACE IS SUFFICIENT {2cor 12:9}. Please, let us leave these men of God alone because we didn't call them but God did so who are we to judge them {matt 7:1-2} He is the one to judge them. LEAVE THEM ALONE!! Especially

@capt, cavey, you are right, in most cases it is the fault of the candidates. But i have seen a case where the candidate shaded his paper type yet his result was with-held. When he went to JAMB office, he was told to re-check on monday. When he then checked on monday again, the result was released but mathematics was not seen rather they just indicated 0 there. In other cases, some candidates checked their results and all they could see is 'Record does not exist.' Now, whose fault is that, is it still the candidate's? Also, even if some candidates fails to shade in their paper type, JAMB already knows the paper type they allocated to every registration number, why did'nt they use that?. Or why did'nt they just use any paper type format to mark the sheets of those who did'nt shade their paper type instead of giving them zero on that subject.

Following the recent UTME, which took place on April 17 2010, many students has never stopped trooping into various JAMB offices across the length and breadth of this country. This is obviously because of the inability of JAMB to conduct a credible examination. Many students have since the release of the results complained of one problem or the other. I therefore feel that this problem is a serious type because the moment you are affected, it may mean staying additional one year at home. The most painful thing is that most candidates of this year's JAMB have written this exam before. Let us not deceive ourselves with the lie that JAMB's mistakes were not deliberate. The error was actually deliberate as this is a wicked formula to reduce the number of students who will be gaining admission into tertiary institutions this year. However, i believe that the battle line is not yet drawn for students to protest. I therefore believe that if students can rise up to the occasion by way of making a protestation with one strong speaking voice, then i am sure that JAMB must be forced to have a change of heart and do the right thing. So, i wish to enjoin all Nigerian students who know their right to fight for it.

The problem is that you guys did not shade in your paper type. In every subject, the first question is always: WHAT PAPE TYPE WERE YOU GIVEN? If you fail to shade in anything, then the computer will not know how to mark your sheet because it marks your sheets based on the paper type you are answering. However, it is unfair, so I support the proposed protest. @dazzy4real, University of Maiduguri are still selling it Remedia forms. FUT Minna will soon start selling it remedia forms. Unimaid is also selling diploma.

Everyone in the house, please i need your candid opinion on this. I told you earlier that i did not shade in my paper type in Lit in English. Now, the result is out but the literature was not marked. It is only fools that opens their mouths anyhow to talk. Why would some people come out boldly just to lie. They fail to understand that this thread is for mature minds and not for children. There is no utme results anywhere online, so don't waste your time.

The problem with most of our students in Nigeria is just foolishness and laziness. Most students won't read their books rather they go for constant patying and subsiquently seek an easy way in their exams WHY? Why would someone come to delude you to pay 3000 naira just for Jamb answers and you believe him WHY? For the information of those of you who paid for answers, your results will be a mess. It is not that i pray for such but it is the truth. Most of these so-claimed answers were incorrect and the correct ones did not correspond with the paper types of those people who got these so-claimed answers. So if perhaps you participated in such foolishness, i recommend you start saving money for next years JAMB.

I heard that in two days time the results would be out but i am somewhat in doubt of that. Also, let me ask you. If you check the UTME card, you will see that at the front of the card, it was written E-registration and result checking card. Does this mean that we will not be required to buy another card in order to check our results as it was done the previous years? Thanks

David2020, i honestly appreciate your concern. In your illustration, you made me understand that if someone shaded D for instance as his paper type in English, the computer will simply follow that series {i.e mark the paper according to type D arrangement}. Now, in a situation where someone forgot to indicate his paper type on the answer sheet by shading correctly the NO 1 Question on the answer sheet, how will the computer determine the paper which you were given and subsiquently mark your sheet according to that paper type?. Thanks once more for your atleast you have been able to instill courage into someone.

Please, i want everyone of us to critically consider this and give logical suggestion. This is some of the experience which many people in my area had. On the day of UTME, they assembled at the door posts of their various centres, when their names were called, they then went in for the exams. They collected their answer sheets, and every thing was correct. But when the question paper came, their numbers were on it but the subject combinations were wrong. For instance, a person who registered ENGLIS, GOVERNMENT, CRK and LIT IN ENGLISH got the question paper carrying his seat number {408} but the subject combination was ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, ECONOMICS AND GOVERNMENT. Now the person sitting before him {407} was a science student but has his combination as ENGLISH, CRK, GOVERNMENT and LIT IN ENGLISH. So, when the invigilator was called upon, it was noticed that this mistake was the same with everyone in that hall, but other halls in that same centre did not experience same problem. After the whole thing some JAMB officials who came decided to swap this papers {i,e they collected the paper carrying 407 from the owner since it was not his subjects and gave it to the person with 408 since it was his subjects, and this was what they did to everybody in that hall who had the same problem. }. Now, the questio n is: 1, what will happen to their results since the paper types are not the same? 2, what will happen to someone who did not shade in the paper type he was using on the answer sheet. Hello! Everyone, i just want to inform anyone who may be concerned that The university of Abuja has just released their admission into remedia programs for 2010/2011 academic session. Hurry now to the school to check for your name. If you did not see your name, hopefully, more lists will be released. True understanding requires logical thinking and reasoning. I thank God that now everyone can finally see why Bishop Oyedepo when asked about the president refused to talk, rather he started talking about honesty and intergrity. Now there is no doubt that these clerics were invited by Ya'adua's cabal in order to be bribed. Forgive me if you think i am being too sentimental or religeous but the truth is this. The leaders of the two leading faiths in Nigeria was invited to Aso rock, money was offered to both, one accepted, the other rejected the filthy lucre. The one that accepted the money shamefully came out and told us that they saw the president and even shook hands with him. While the other faiths who rejected the lucre said their visit was personal and refused to talk about it so as to aviod further problems. Who then do we think did well at last. I want us to judge this in wisdom and decide if some of these clerics deserve our insults just for not commenting about the president. THINK ON THESE THINGS.

Why has everyone been on Dora's neck all this while. I think it is very important for we not to divert from the topic. We all need to focus facts rather than just being sentimental or tribalistic. For me there absolutely nothing wrong with Dora, infact, she is among the calibre of people we need in Nigeria today. Someone said she failed woefully in communication Why? Perhaps because she could'nt tell us the actual state of health of the president. But looking at this critically, it is not really her fault because even the senators were not allowed to see the president. So how then could she had known?
