That sounds interesting. I'll have to test it out. |
I'm looking for AI tools for Google Workspace to automate some tasks and possibly boost my productivity. There are many options, but I wanted to hear if you have any recommendations. |
With that money, you can start an online business and make the world your marketplace. For example, you can create an e-commerce store. That way you can offer products and services to customers all over the world. There are a few ways to go about setting up your store: you can use a platform like Shopify or BigCommerce, or you can create a custom store using WooCommerce or some other eCommerce platform. No matter which route you choose, there are a few things you'll need to do in order to get started: set up payment processing, design your store, add products and descriptions, and configure shipping settings. You'll also need to market your store and drive traffic to it. There are lots of great resources available online that can help you with each of these steps. Good luck! |
Good Will Hunting It gets me every time... Robin Williams' performance was poignant and touching, completely appropriate for this script: it didn’t need to fall back onto his comedy… This is an incredible movie, wonderful story, amazing acting… |
Can't go wrong with Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro 5G. Bought it for my father and can't say there's anything bad about it. Could it have had better things like OLED and WiFi 6? Yup, but the screen it does have isn't bad at all, the CPU is pretty decent, memory and storage are tons more than most people need, main camera takes decent pictures, it has 5G for future-proofing... As commented, it's good in everything, not extreme good at anything, but not bad at anything. I personally recommend it. |
The best tip I can give for social media marketers when pitching clients is to keep it short and sweet. A social media pitch should be no more than a paragraph or two, and a social media proposal should be no more than 2-3 pages. The reason you want to keep it short is that you want the client to be able to quickly read and understand your proposal. You don't want them to get overwhelmed with too much information. And, most importantly, you want them to remember the key points of your pitch! So make sure you include only the most important information and leave out any superfluous details. |
Do you have a website where we can skim through case studies for the app/tool? I'm genuinely interested in creating business proposals and potentially coming up with templates. I've been tinkering with a brand called Juro regarding dynamic proposal templates - and it's looking pretty good. Buuut, I am in the market to explore other tools because I am in the learning phase for my supposed business ideas so would appreciate a DM or a reply on your website! Tysm! |
There's an up-and-coming game called Wizardia, check it out here! It's a pretty cool crypto game that has a lot of potential. |
It largely depends on what your goals are. 1m is roughly around $2k - that's a lot of money. What I would do with it is if you're located somewhere in the north and have few internet and electricity problems - I would definitely run my own e-commerce store. The only difficult thing is finding the perfect products - but the $2k investment will definitely help you out when used correctly. With that you can: *Hire a developer -> create website *Hire a writer -> create ad copy *Hire a graphic designer -> create UI/UX, brand assets (logo, color palette, etc) *Find a supplier -> basically dropship everything. ROI can stand at around 200-300% in 4-6 months! |
Finding the right targets or proper audiences is absolutely crucial. For us in the email marketing biz, we put a large emphasis on stats. Analyzing the different numbers that include metrics, trends, algorithmic changes, and more–these are key steps in finding out where we went right or wrong in our campaigns. |
For me, the most stable and logical way to earn money online right now is to establish your own online business. It can be done straight from your home, and everything is completely within your realm of control. My online business of choice is a social media agency. Starting your own social media business is a great way to be in control of your own career, set your own hours, and make your own income. But it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to make it successful. Here are a few tips to help you get started: 1. First, start by creating a business plan. This will help you map out your goals and strategies for your social media agency. When you have a really solid proposal to send off to potential clients–you're more likely to close off deals and land clients. 2. Next, build a strong team of professionals who can help you achieve those goals. This includes designers, developers, content creators, and social media managers. 3. Once you have a solid team in place, begin marketing your business to attract new clients. Use online platforms like LinkedIn, Quora, and Forums like these, where you can establish a network where you can send off your social proof. 4. Finally, it all boils down to delivering what you promise. You can't be all talk and no walk–people need to recommend you for what you do so your business can grow and scale! |
How do y'all feel about NFT in play-to-earn games? I've been playing Wizardia (a crypto earning game) since last month and have made a decent few $$$. I'm curious how many other legitimate games are out there that pays out in crypto or NFTs. |
Can you make online contracts/proposals for European-based countries? With the advent of technology and my clientele being mainly in that region–I found it a bit difficult to weave through that market. International companies have proven to be an extremely tricky process. Basically, I need a contract that is airtight and covers all bases. Considering things like Jean-Claude Juncker's famous "no Euro zone" comment and making sure that your contract protects both parties in the event of something like that happening. I'm curious if y'all are experts or capable of creating the Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation (eIDAS) covered proposals because sending over a paper document all the way to countries like Poland and London has proven to be extremely tedious. I'd love to hear input from your team regarding this, thanks! |
Not really sure if they're still on sale, but I bought a gorgeous dining set from this site at 70% off last month! Might be worth checking still ![]() |
Before you start your own business, it's important to have a clear understanding of the legal and contractual obligations you'll be assuming. It's also helpful to have an attorney draft key contracts for you, such as nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), service contracts, and consulting agreements (which you need to make sure are signed and accounted for) Here are some important things to keep in mind when starting your own business: 1) protect your intellectual property by trademarking your company name and logo; 2) get liability insurance; 3) establish an entity such as a limited liability company or corporation; 4) make sure you have written contracts with all of your employees, suppliers, and clients; 5) consult with an attorney before entering into any partnership or other business arrangement. By taking these steps, you have a higher chance of succeeding with your business ![]() |
EgunMogaji2:That set is absolutely breathtaking! (The one on your signature on the bottommost part) What wood materials are they made of? Gosh, I recently bought equally beautiful dining chairs from the US but your pieces look terrific as well! |
Cute! I love adding a personalized touch to all my things and that of course includes my furniture. I recently bought a white mid century sofa to replace the old leather sofa I had ever since the '90s. Just got a new puppy and... yep the rest is history. The only problem with cushion covers and throw pillow covers is if you're a bit like me–you hog so much! I own probs around 10+ throw pillows and my new couch features 5 cushions. So, it can be a hefty workload since I am a clean freak and like to wash and change the covers every 2 weeks but it's still worth it. Highly recommend spicing up your living room setting with a touch of color! |
Onahi95:First of all, I'm very sorry for what happened to you. It is unfortunate that you've been put in such a pickle of a situation with your health and all. I would really be against the idea of betting–it could be a quick fix for your situation but in as much so, it can just worsen it. I suggest going through projects on Upwork–there are tons of Wordpress projects there for a quick buck. This could be just a bandage solution to your problem for now. If you know a fair bit of SEO, a ton of startups or SAAS companies are looking for experts to help them grow. Another quick fix might be a digital loaning service? There are a few out there that can loan you out a significant amount of money (just watch out for the payment terms tho, sometimes the interest can be crippling). Hang in there bud, I hope things get better for you ![]() |
Honestly, if you want to earn that high of an amount, you have to be really skilled. I suggest working as a developer–the pay is good, there's never a dull day, and you even get to help people who are just starting their own company! |
This is a well-written post that offers insight into the sheer power of social media. As someone who grew up with no Facebook or other socmed–it's amazing how life-changing it has been for the past decade. I remember the first time smartphones became a thing, then came friendster and all other platforms. Soon, everyone was hooked in. I fall under the baby boomer age group, and I can say that social media really has a way of affecting my spending pattern or my behavior in terms of buying things online. The ad targeting AI or software that's being used by large platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is amazing. This Christmas, I was able to buy a really cute mid century-esque piece for my living room just because I saw an ad on it on Facebook... these companies are only going get bigger and our perception of the world is only going to get smaller considering how hyperconnected we are with everyone and everything. |
I have a few ways on how I make money online, but my favorite way is creating lead generation strategies for SaaS companies. Everyone has a funnel to fill, so there's no shortage of clients~ |
One way to promote your business is by making it well-known through branding. A good branding strategy will make you more memorable and in turn, create instant recognition in the customer's head when they think about your company. This will also allow you to generate sales, which are critical to generating revenue. Another way you can position yourself recognizable is by pitting yourselves directly against bigger and more renowned brands in your niche. Say, if you're a peanutbutter chocolate brand like Reese–you can call yourself a Reese alternative. If you're an e-contract company like docusign, you can market yourself like a docusign alternative. Etc and etc. Selling also becomes easier if you know what you're selling, because if we're only going to talk about the hypothetical aspect of selling something–there's no one best solution for everything. |
This is such an insightful post! Customer Service is definitely important because it acts as the main connection you have with your consumers, other than your marketing ploys and strategies. I'd like to add though, other than the CRM software, there should also be software optimized for the Customer Rep's perusal! An effective communicator will deliver much better results if they're given the right tools, to begin with. There are tons of options out there that you can use whether you're a large company or just a startup in order to manage your customer's concerns and issues. The best part though: Purchasing software won't break the bank and it's a terrific investment in the long run! |
₦1m is honestly not a lot to begin with, but you can do several things to get your money to grow but I'll be focusing on one potential aspect which is building an e-commerce business. Costing will probably take you around at ₦250k-₦600k at most, the rest of the money, I suggest you place in either a high-interest savings account (a staple for people starting a business) or start dipping your toes in crypto; whichever works best with your current situation. The costing I've made for an e-commerce business is what I consider the most effective investment into actually starting one. Remember, everyone views non-famous internet sites as scammy sites–so the legitimacy of your business highly depends on the functionality and aesthetic you're willing to spend money on. The breakdown goes like this: ₦20000 - ₦80000 - a good domain name with a keyword and that ends with .com ₦150k - ₦500k - an amazing web developer ₦100k - ₦200k - a graphic designer. You really need to think about your domain's name long and hard, because it is the first look people will have at your website. If it seems unprofessional or hard to remember, people will have a difficult time finding your website. Make sure the name is straightforward and directly related to what you're trying to sell. Great examples are coolsweaters .com, perfectgifts .com, uniquefinds .com. Among all the different suffixes, go with .com because it has the highest authority among its counterparts like .org, .io, and etc. Don't be cheap when it comes to hiring a web developer. This is the most important part aspect of starting your business, finding the perfect web developer is really hard. Try to read through this article if you want to find the cheapest options. Web devs will be the ones to build your site from scratch, so definitely make sure you find one that fits within your budget and one that fits the specific skillsets you're looking for in a developer. The last person that you need is a graphic designer because this adds to the authenticity and professionalism of your website. Have someone create a banner, a logo, and all the other aesthetic stuff for your site. When you have the site fully engineered, you just need to have a set of products that you can rotate around. This will be a lot of work in the beginning, but this is a very promising venture that can earn you back your money twofold in a span of 6 months. |
Shewun1234:I agree with Shewun1234 100%. The only plausible way that you can start a business with virtually no capital is by doing dropshipping. What this basically does is you're being the middleman between the supplier and the consumer. Let me remind you though, you are trying to go into a relatively expensive venture because jewelry is no joke. The first thing that you should do is find a supplier, try to look for one who would give you a wholesaler price so that you'll have a higher margin of profit. This would require a lot of trust-building or contract negotiating. If you are able to create an agreement that benefits both parties (a steady number of orders from them, and a larger profit for you) you'll be in a good position to starting your business. If you don't know how, you can read this blog post: https://blog.juro.com/contract-negotiation to get you started. Once you have the supplier settled, you need to start thinking about your target audience and how you're going to reach them. You're going to market your store really well in order to gain a good profit. You can opt to set up your own store, sign up on popular websites like Shopify, or even post in on IG as a store. Now, you need to choose whether you're doing paid ads like FB and Google ads, or opt for the harder route of SEO and link-building. Marketing is one of the key factors in succeeding in dropshipping. If you want to know more about how to market your dropship store properly, you can try and read this other guide I found on Reddit: https://sixads.net/marketing-guides/dropshipping/ Good luck! |
You couldn't be more right brother. When it comes to the wide world of Digital Businesses, knowing how to read your numbers (analytics) and actually analyzing them to make them work in your favor is a sure way to achieve success online. Contrary to popular belief though, you do not need to analyze all these on your own. We have a lot of apps and tools readily available that could arrange the data (whether they're sales, click rate, or advertisements) for us–the best part? You can all of these to become automatic, meaning you don't need to do all the hard work yourself. If you're interested in doing this on your own, I highly suggest reading this article: https://hyperise.com/blog/sales-automation/ to get the ball rolling for your future fully automated business. Good luck! |
Englishisamust:No problem! Tell us any more updates soon if you have some |
Craaaa:True or not, that is what she is telling you. Again, whether she lies or not, it's on her. I think it is worse to doubt your loved one who is telling the truth than to believe a lie that was given to you. |
Congratulations for a job well done! (If that is what you want to hear) |
Well, that seems to be problematic on both ends. |
