Atiku79: It's no longer news that Mr David Lyon of the APC has emerged winner of the just concluded keenly contested gubernatorial election in Bayelsa State. Though the election was marred with all forms of electoral malpractices and irregularities, the emergence of David Lyon is another testament that education in our dear country is not only unnecessary for political positions but also a big disadvantage.
Just like his mentor, our dear president, Mr Buhari was re-elected recently without original SSCE certificate and was even declared 'eminently' qualified by the highest court in the land, the supreme court.
Since the creation of Bayelsa State in 1996 the state has had brilliant brains as governors, even during the time of military administrators. This is contrary to what's achievable in many states were certificate forgers and SSCE holders were voted to govern.
From 1999 till date all Bayelsa governors were either BSc or PhD holders; the declaration of David Lyon with a meager NCE certificate as the winner of Saturday's election has totally bastardized this enviable record.
I'm in no way trying to belittle NCE holders but for the fact that people with BSc and even PhD have governed the State meant Bayelsans were not supposed to settle for less especially when there were more than 20 candidates with higher degrees
The election of Mr Buhari and Mr David Lyon into prominent political positions in our country is a beckon of hope for touts, uneducated political thugs, certificate forgers and prominently unqualified citizens of Nigeria.
What a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!! " the declaration of David Lyon with a meager NCE certificate as the winner of Saturday's election has totally bastardized this enviable record [of holders of Bsc and PhD] "

I have caught her stealing my money twice but in all cases, she wept, knelt and begged me, saying it is the spirit of succubus and incubus that makes her do that.
I forgave her because I am mad over this girl. I so love her.
Now I caught her via her phone chats, that she has been deleting her chats with a guy she claims is her classmate. After not talking to her for two days, she wept and knelt to beg me, confessing that, the guy has proposed to her and that the spirits of succubus and incubus made her delete the chats.
She says I should take her to a prophet for deliverance.
I so love her
Please what do you advise?
Thanks I hope incubus and succubus are not worrying you, too. These spirits are all about sexual immorality: masturbation, orgies, adultery, fornication and other forms of immorality. One to males, the other to females. They can't / lack the ability to be the cause of her stealing |

The tenacious APCs voters, who don't take nonsense and who know online voting and senseless wishes don't count anywhere in the world, are already casting their votes-turning table to their own favour!

Etinosa shared her experience on twitter and it has been met by various reactions, you can read some of the reactions below:
I’m not gonna lie, the first time I left Nigeria was through sugar daddy. When he met me , his pick up line was legit “will you travel with me to Dubai?” And I couldn’t say no to such. He was a 2mins man and spent millions on me. But you see those useless slim broke boys....

farem: I have been pondering on what really is the meaning and the significance of Today's Holiday.
Can someone tell me?
In my environment today, though the holiday has religious expression,
the most people that were present first in their one-man businesses were moslems. Their businesses were carried out with so much fervour as if there was nothing being celebrated.
I never saw one moslem man, woman or youngster today wearing a special dress for the supposed celebration.
I, and I repeat, I did not see ANY special services today conducted today in the mosques around me.
I want to emphasise, even as at yesterday, some moslems were at a loss of the public holiday was all about.
I am not stating how this supposed Birthday of their prophet should be celebrated, MY CONCERN IS THAT WE DON'T NEED TO SHUT THE COUNTRY DOWN FOR NOTHING! Enough of politically motivated holidays, we need truly religious holiday that worth it |

FutureDecisions: Senate President Ahmad Lawan has administered the oath of office on Senator Biodun Olujimi as Senator representing Ekiti South Senatorial District.
Olujimi replaces former Senate spokesperson, Adedayo Adeyeye, whose election was nullified by both the National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal in Ado Ekiti and the Court of Appeal in Kaduna.
The Appeal Court judgment, which was initially scheduled to be delivered in Ado Ekiti, was moved to Kaduna for security reasons.
The tribunal in Ado Ekiti on September 9 nullified declaration of Adeyeye as winner of the February 23 senatorial election.
In the judgment, the tribunal nullified elections in some polling units which left Olujimi polling 54,894 votes to defeat Adeyeye, who scored 52,243 votes.
