What happened if u study the story very well is that that port from the very beginning was not economically viable and sir lanka asked for loans from countries like India who said No because it will be a loss for them cuz the port won't generate enough revenue...

China will bring it's own workers and citizens to manage the infrastructure, taking jobs away from Nigerians. After bringing enough of their people they will build military bases to protect their assets. This will go on until the country is completely colonised.
