Religion is one of the many tools powerful individuals use to control others, manipulate public opinion and distract from their deficient leadership.

APC allerged that 1 USD will be equal to 1NGN. Five years later, is that why we are here.
They also alleged that every youth will receive 5000 naira monthly until they are able to secure a job. grin

molybdenum0012:
Well, maybe they only want rich people to use the train, rather than commoners who will abuse it... Just saying
Nigeria is not only for the rich o. Though I understand your point, this can be handled by properly enforcing rules on the train.

I don't want a situation where this whole thing is abandoned because people didn't see the price as worth it.

They better serve food, drinks, have AC and live football on that train.

That's how they have always been, no respect for rule of law or even dignity of civilians.

The term "bloody civilian" did not start with Buhari.

Nigeria Army at it again

We are praying for their safety wherever they are be it IPOB or BOKO boys and they are busy mishandling the said citizens who pray for their safety to achieve theirs

Women are not left out of this brutality
Now I know, it's true what a man can do, a woman can do better in folds.

#EndBadEverything

Justice we want
You make the mistake of believing they actually care about you the citizens, they don't. They will gladly kill you with a smile on their face.

Terrorist or not, armed or unarmed if you aren't a soldier they don't value your life.

Dididrumz:
I really don't understand why Nigerian military is so quick at assaulting civilians. They are not friendly at all.
Is it just because of the power of a uniform?

There was a day I saw one very young and good looking lady on army uniform, so I thought I should say hello and start a conversation. Immediately I said hello, what I heard from her was " do I look like your mate?" With a stone looking face.
We later met somewhere else and she had found out I was way older and was trying to apologise but then, I already wasn't interested anymore.

You'll only see the full rage of Nigerian military when they are descending on innocent civilians. That's so wrong.
That's how they are trained.

Just search for videos of new recruits and cadets beating up people and constituting nuisance for the silliest things.

Many take pleasure in hurting others and they know they won't be punished because the military is poorly disciplined and lacks accountability.
Crime › Re: Physically-Challenged Man Accuses Female Soldier Of Beating Him In Ibadan by Farki: 3:11pm On Dec 04, 2020
That's all they know, to be beating and killing the defenceless. Because of their job now somebody can't hear word.

I don't think I've seen a group of brainless, useless and disgusting patriots so hell bent on destroying this country before.

Later when your gallant army are being slaughtered like chicken in the North East you'll be begging civilians that you kill on the streets for support.

Honestly go fůck yourself pig.

Actual quotes from the article

the temporary cavitation hadn't done enough damage to be lethal.
Fortunately the bullet passed cleanly through, and after a surgical clean-out the afternoon of the injury, he turned up ready for work the very next day.

A 50kg of rice is not sold for $200. Joe Igbokwe behaves like Liar Mohammed.

That he copied the post shows how foolish he is. He can't even make a research online to verify what he's copying.

Secondly, the minimum wage in USA can comfortably buy more than 10 bags of 50kg rice. Compare that to Nigeria where minimum wage can no longer buy 1 bag of 50kg rice.
Add to that most Americans don't even eat rice.

You think you are engaging a fool abi?
Abeokuta gots it's "hiding under rock" after they hid from the Oyo soldiers sent by the Alaafin. It has nothing to do with the women that raped your soldiers.
In you people's next existence, don't mess with women
I know I am engaging a fool who makes up his own version of history to massage his nagging inferiority complex.

Maybe your fear of women is why your Lord and savior dressed like one when he abandoned his people to flee to the Ivory Coast.

This is one of the most senseless statement I have read here on nairaland. Needless to say more.
Because you lack sense you see it as senseless.

The military is their own worst enemy.

Many thousands of Nigerians would gladly join if it wasn't so corrupt and morally bankrupt. I was almost one of those persons, luckily I didn't make that mistake.

Our people said that Nwoke nusia ọgụ, Nwaanyi enwere akụkọ meaning "After Men are done fighting, Women tell the stories"
Ndigbo and Hausa-Fulani are done fighting the Biafran war, now Yorubas jump up and down telling stories whenever the war is mentioned.
Shameless people.
You won't see Arrewa say nonsense in sensitive issues like this or Ofoigbo. These are people from the tribe of warriors that participated in the fight but the Yorubas that know nothing will shout and shout and even quote Kemi Olunloyo's blog as proof for the fight in 1967-70.
Lol, what do you even expect from a tribe that the greatest war in their history was the fight against the women of dahormey that they lost.
Don't be stupid please. undecided

The Dahomey Amazons were not a group you could play with, they fight without remorse it and even gave France a hard time.

Now here's what actually happened, the Oyo empire made the Dahomey empire a client state and forced it to pay tribute for decades. When the Oyo empire collapsed the Dahomey empire stopped paying the money and started raiding the former Oyo empire for slaves.

The remnants of the former Oyo empire resisted this and beat them back, most notably at Abeokuta which is how the city got it's name.
