Nairaland IPOB army will not like this.

Everything that doesn't place igbos as the economic powerhouse of the country that other regions depend on is clearly fabricated Lagos-Ibadan expressway news meant to stop the eventual actualization of Biafra.
Education › Re: 441 First Class Graduates Take Oyo Teaching Service Test by Farki: 3:19pm On Aug 12, 2020
DICKstractor:
The Nigeria lecturers marking scheme is very rigid. They want you to give them word to word of what they taught you. If you transgress from the note, you are heading for doom.

Nigeria educational system supports cramming and condemns creativity
You reminded me of when my lecturer gave us a test. I wrote what she taught us but because I didn't copy verbatim what was in the notes and textbooks she crossed everything and gave me zero.

People are being sexually assaulted, beaten and mutilated yet this is what you have to say, do you have a conscience at all? huh

I really pity whoever has to work for you, wanting to continue the cycle of unnecessary suffering is one of Nigeria's main problems.

We have been saying it since, China wants to continue where the European slave traders left off. This isn't even the first of such stories about Chinese owned companies mistreating their workers yet some foolish people will never learn their lesson.

Family › Re: What's The Best Way To Discipline A Child? by Farki: 11:59am On Aug 12, 2020
Lead by example, children have a natural instinct to copy whatever they see around them. If they see the parents being rude to others, being violent, greedy or two faced they will emulate them. A lot of Nigerian parents have a "do as I say and not as I do" behaviour, we can't sow corn and expect beans to grow.

Be consistent, if you tell a child that something is wrong and carries a punishment or reward follow through and don't dodge it or give an excessive punishments or rewards because they will see you as unreasonable.

Allow them to make mistakes because mistakes are a learning experience. I noticed that a lot of the people who cheat in exams wanted to get prizes or avoid the wrath of their parents at all cost. Failing and learning is better than cheating and coming out half baked.

Last thing is actually tell them about the world, don't shy away from uncomfortable or or difficult topics because you are letting other influences take their place and teach them something else.

Also note that everyone is different and you should seek various sources of expertise before coming to an conclusion about how to do something as important as raising another human being.

Politics › Re: Buhari: Boko Haram Fighters Are Scavengers Desperate For Food by Farki: 9:15pm On Aug 11, 2020
They attacked a governor's convoy last week, they still have camps in Borno.

If they are mere scavengers then why can't displaced persons go back to their villages?

Wasn't it earlier this year that a Nigerian Army general was pleading for weapons and support, didn't LC Matins say the same thing about soldiers begging for weapons and being jailed for that?

I swear Buhari is one of the most incompetent generals I've ever seen.

Unbelievable! I wonder what they stand to gain from sponsoring MURIC.

Unless, there is a more sinister agenda and MURIC is projected to play certain roles in actualizing it.

Yoruba Muslims over to you guys.
Propaganda.

As far as religion is concerned humans throw all rational thought out of the window and perform all sorts of acts so they can reach the purported promised land.

Using MUMURIC to sow seeds of discord and rile up others to kill in the name of Allah at the appointed time.

I honestly don't know why some media houses grant interviews to self-destructive and selfish groups; for example this one and miyetti allah group. Such people should not be given any figment of idea to feel they or their opinions are relevant. They should be boy-cotted in decision making. I know what I'm saying is not a feature of democracy but man these guys utter shìt and their faeces shouldn't be allowed to circulate in the air lest some simple minded folks join the bandwagon.
I think it's good that we have these interviews so that they won't lie and use whatever influence they have to deceive their followers and neutral observers.
Politics › Re: Shettima: Anyone Above 70 Years Should Forget About Contesting For President by Farki: 10:13am On Aug 11, 2020
This man is telling very eloquent lies and half truths. grin

He was trying (badly) to hide the fact that he wants the North to retain the presidency by going against "zoning" and preferring "competency" but conveniently leaves out the population and fraudulent voting practices favouring a northern candidate that may happen in the next election.

Once the interviewer got to the subject of Atiku the man quietly ate his words.
