Can you explain how you can buy a foreign (crypto)currency with Naira without dollar actually leaving the country?

So when you pay in Naira, what do you think actually happens?

While you pay in naira for crypto dollars, another person is selling their crypto dollars to the exchange. The exchange pays them in naira and gets crypto dollars which they send to you.

The exchange all happens within borders. There's absolutely no way dollars is leaving the country!

Go to the exchange page on NL, you see the volume of trade there? Millions are being exchanged daily there.

There is a case we just resolved in Benin. A dealer sold a corolla that has tracker to a colleague without informing him about d tracker. The guy used the car to go to church after 2 weeks of purchase and car was tracked to church and stolen by boys sent by the dealer using spare key. Dealer was picked and after much torture he confessed, by the time police swung into action car was already taken to Yenogoa to be sold to an unsuspecting customer.

Covid-19 guidelines were flouted right? What stops the same authorities that have closed down clubs, restaurants and businesses from closing down those centers?

Who are those meant to enforce the Covid-19 guidelines? These centers are packed full of people in their hundreds and sometimes thousands with just less than 5 staff attending to them. Why won't there be problems?

This your input is very wrong. You need to understand that not all girls are gold diggers and not all of them are useless. Some girls are worth more than the Nigerian budget if you can afford it.
