And here's my response to the mail which I think still suffice in this situation.




Interestingly, I still see no reason why I should pad the budget or hoard information from the public. If I have anyone who needs any info that may be beneficial, I'll give it right away. It can only become issues if I posted a conflicting figures. The person in question requested for a detailed costing of the project with particular emphasis on stage of work, I have no choice than to give him what he wanted.

I was told that the estate have a flexible payment plan, where you pay 1.2m outritely and pay 1.8m within 12months, making a total of 4m per plot
