Nassarawa is an option as long as it is in a very good location in close proximity to Abuja. The distance must not be more than 35 minutes drive from Abuja metropolis. It must have tarred road and other basic amenities to compensate for not being in Abuja. You know if you can get me the land, you are automatically building it. I'm not going to buy piece of land in Nassarawa without having those things I listed.

Population of Abuja was 200,000+ when we first moved there in the 90s after they transfered my mother to Abuja. I remember land being sold 400,000 naira in the central district. No one willing to buy then because the place was so dusty, red, dry and hopeless. Na only grwari people, soldiers, and few civil servant. I remember you could drive for five miles without seeing a single car on the road on weekends.

I prefer new development area where people just started building good homes. I like to see trees around. I like to be surrounded by good homes and greens. I don't want to build where homes are mixed with convenient stores here and there.

Buhari never planned to govern before coming into power. He just wanted to be president and stay there for eight years. Buhari believes he's done so much for Nigeria and he should be rewarded for the seat of presidency.

I said it the day Saraki became SP that APC was dead and Buhari presidency has lost direction before it began. You know why? Because Buhari was sleeping at the helm of affairs. Judicial process is never fast. It is a slow process everywhere and can be frustrating sometimes. Court cases don't get adjudicated in 48 hours. It takes 3 - 24 months. It is a long time to wait but the day you get the justice is when you appreciate judicial process. There is reason for that. I majored in Criminology and I know what it takes. I once took someone to court in NJ that I had to travel to New Jersey court four times in nine months. But I eventually got justice. That's what justice is about. Brabus should have been reported to the authority long time ago. I refuse to listen to the notion that our courts won't allow them to get justice. But Brabus is now behind bars waiting for trial and eventual jail time.

This is how democratic society works. Kudos to those brave men and women who finally went to the authority and report Brabu's fraudulent activities. If those people had come here to to complain everyday without going to the authority, Brabus would have been here still looking for more victims.

I'm guessing you must have been singing and dancing in the street since the news broke that Brabus was finally arrested for his crime. Don't get angry if people choose not to fight your battle. Life doesn't work that way for all of us. There is reason why we have the law enforcement and judiciary. Those units are there for reason like this.

Who the hell is brabus? What is my own about his life and his shoddy life? I am not here to fight anybody's battle or support or oppose anyone. I don't care what anyone thinks. People who know their rights and what to do took the case to the authority and now dealing with him. Those are the people that we should give applause to for doing the right thing. They never complained to anyone. They went to the legal route and dealt with Brabus. So those who now giving themselves high fives here should just hide their head in shame because they had the opportunity to report Brabus to the police and for his eventual prosecution but they did not. I believe those people who reported Brabus to the authority knew Brabus from nairaland like all of us. They never came here to complain to anyone. They went to the authority to lodge formal complaint against Brabus who has defrauded them of their money. Those are people who know the right thing to do. People who know the law and have nothing to hide and didn't come online and say the same thing online 7 days a week or 30 days a month. If people he defrauded long time ago had done the same a year ago, Brabus would have been behind bars. So don't blame anyone for what brabus did to any of his victims if they only condemned Brabu's fraudulent activities and left it at that.

If you are defrauded, report to the authority. But no one here should expect anyone to fight his or her battle.

It is as simple as that.

If Brabus has defrauded anyone here, then go to the authority and let the law enforcement deal with him like they are doing now. It is absurd for anyone to start giving themselves high fives when you had no hands in how Brabus was arrested, detained and now being prosecuted for his crime. I have been hearing here with some saying brabus supporters are here. Where, how and when has anyone supported brabus on this forum? How and when is advising these guys to take brabus to court become being brabus supporter? I keep wondering how people who suppose to be grown ups behave like kids here.

It is shameful and foolish to label anyone who advises you to take brabus to court as "brabus supporter". No one needs to fight anyone's battle here. Some people even said here that if we all came together to condemn brabus, he wouldn't have continued to defraud people. What a laughable thing to say because we all did exactly that and condemned brabus. What many of us didn't do was to fight your battle by coming here daily to sing same song. It gets boring after doing it few times. Seun and lawyer were in better position to curb brabu's excesses here but they didn't care.

If you're defrauded, go to the police and report. If you can't do that, why not go the old route and settle it with a slug fest?

I also need to know your geographical location to estimate the amount of sun rays as this is not same every where. The client also has to provide the least back up time he expects, some want 12hrs others 24, 48hrs etc. The load description has to be more detailed such as LED TV, LCD Tv, Plasma TV or cathode ray - LED being the least power saving and cathode ray the worst. A 40" LED could consume as little as 50w while a 40" plasma as bad as 200w. So it makes a difference to know the specifics. Ultimately, your budget needs to be put in mind during the design.

A solar back up system is like a desert trip, you have to properly estimate the quantity of water to carry. Too much, and you have yourself a deadly burden, too little and your life is at risk. When you get stuck in the desert, you manage your resources.

With the current rate of equipment, N1million wont give you a system that you will be comfortable with AC and fridge together. So with 1m forget the AC, 2m is workable but 3m is convenient. The more M's the better. The basics for design is choosing an inverter/charger and the number and types of battery. Every thing boils down to 2 things, back up time and charging time.

The concrete ones should have been shelved by now in Africa. Imagine a kid rolling down on concrete stairs by accident. I keep telling my kids that some horseplay they try here can't be tried in Nigeria. I remember when I was in a duplex, my 3 and 4 year old kids used to race on my stairs rolling down with their buttocks. They couldn't have tried such play on concrete stairs.
