Everything included. My site is a rocky terrain. I was ready to do it at 800k if there was guarantee. All borholes in the neighborhood didn't last. Some boreholes were started and abandoned at 280-330ft without water. I did two different surveys. One came out with low water and second came out with no water. The low water guy advised we do 2-3 wells. I took his advice and ran. I later got another company now promising to give me what I want but they cost at least 1.5M. Their package includes survey and drilling.

This is another company I recently spoke to and intend to give them a call to do survey as well.

Yours is a lot cheaper than mine. My own survey says 97 meters with not so much water underneath. They charged me 800k for everything but no guarantee of adequate water. I decided to do wells. I have three wells dug and cost me about 300k. We pumped water out of the three wells for two hours each and more than enough water in those well. I'm satisfied.

BUT, I don't like the way your guys are tiling around the toilet seats and hand wash basin area... why are they not removing those before tiling? Who installs toilet seats and hand wash basin before tiling the toilets? I mentioned this in a previous post and you said they will remove everything because that was just for testing purposes. If they circumvent tiling all the walls and behind the seats and wash basins, then that is a shady job and the owner should not agree to that type of work, I personally will never accept that type of job. Just telling it like it is.

While the water comes out well downstairs, the water mostly comes in trickles upstairs - you have to "collect" water before taking a bath defeating the purpose of having a shower head.

While I have read about power showers and all; I'm reading various conflicting reviews.

Can you gurus please help?

What is your take about sinking a borehole in Abeokuta where there is large rock deposit? In this particular neighborhood, they hardly get to water even at 290-300 feet. In the neighborhood where they got water at over 300 feet, the boreholes are getting dry and pumping machines are getting burnt all the time. Of recent, a borehole that was dug in March just got condemned. Just for immediate use, I was able to get three well dug at my site and the water is good but I still want borehole. I have engaged three different geophysicist. One got water at three different locations but said the water not enough even at over 300 feet. The second one advised that we should not dig borehole. The third one said he got two water points in which one of the two point had more than enough water at 314 feet.

This makes me ask: what are the problems associated with boreholes in Abeokuta? Can one guarantee that there won't be problem sinking a borehole in an area where other boreholes have been abandoned for lack of water even at 300+ feet?
