If you’re not seeing it on Google, it may be that they’ve closed for September intake. A lot of schools received high volume of applications. Just look towards January m, though you might still get schools for September intake sha.

Each school has a payment plan, find out from your school. It’s when you default on the payment plan that you’ll have issues.

Hello beautiful people of the house, I just got a conditional offer from university of Sunderland, I applied on May 9th.
The offer reads "Conditional offer
Conditions
Subject to evidence of being taught and assessed in English language at degree level and a deposit payment to the University of Sunderland for £3,500 Together with an evidence of name change as the Degree certificate provided is in a different surname."
What evidence do they need again since they have my Degree Certificate?
Also, is the university of Sunderland a good one in terms of it's location, availability of jobs for my husband and I because I will be moving with my family, husband and 2 kids.

My husband and kids just want to get their passports, will I still be able to make September considering TB test for us and obtaining visa? Or should I just tell them to defer to January?

Since you’re the main applicant, focus on your own first, right now you need to get unconditional offer, pay deposit, book TB test (this one is urgent coz dates are scarce) then POF. Your family can join along the way or after you’ve gone.

It depends on when you intend on applying for visa.

It comes out the same day if you did the test early in the day. If not, you get it the next day.

Of course not everyone will go to Harvard. But to say ranking is not a factor in securing a job post study will be entirely false.
Ranking is important, it should be considered ALONGSIDE other factors.

In a way, it does. Yes there are other factors, but an employer will favor a graduate from Oxford, Cambridge or any other of the Russell Group schools (UK’s equivalent of Ivy League) over other schools.
Yes there’s other factors like your course (if it’s in demand), your qualifications etc but please check the ranking of the schools you’re applying to. Most people just focus on cheap tuition without checking ranking.

Make payment like a week to your test date, yes print out your payment receipt and take it with you, very important

Yes, but it differs by school and course. Go to the school’s website and check.

We’ve said it here several times, you can’t book the test without passport, whether for you or dependent

Try around midnight, but honestly if you’re in Lagos /Abuja go physically to book coz dates are scarce.

You have to find a way to get to their office, travel down if necessary. I was at their office a few days ago, the earliest dates they were giving is around that period. The day I did my test, we were close to 700 on the UK list booked for that day (I saw the list). That’s s high volume, so try going there in person.

If they are filled up, then you just have to wait for January or May intake, check the schools if they offer the course in January or May, you can start applying now.

Honestly it’ll be very difficult to get a school that will give you unconditional offer without transcript, they may give you conditional offer at first then demand for transcript. Your transcript helps them see how well you performed in your undergraduate courses.
I know ASUU is on strike, please even if it’s student copy, try and get it.

Carry paper and biro, sit with your phone/laptop, google “masters in (course) uk”, do it one by one for all the courses you mentioned.
On this journey, you have to help yourself to a measure, yes you can ask questions, but not wanting people to do major work for you.

I’m not sure you can. I was at their office yesterday, over 400 people came in person for booking( according to the security guard). It seems they’re overwhelmed, just go there, go very early o.

Most schools now require that you pay a deposit to secure an offer. I’m yet to see a school that doesn’t require deposit. I may be wrong, others can advise.

Okay , then send a message to your school asking for the research statement

I have been given go ahead to apply for the ATAS certificate in my offer letter. The CAH3 code for my course and programme leader as my supervisor are all stated on my Offer Letter. I was referred to the school website for the course modules. I didn't copy and paste the course modules, I typed it on the space provided in the application form. The school hasn't said I will be given any ATAS clearance letter prior to when they want to apply for ATAS certificate. There is no such information both in the Offer letter or the school website.

I think it’s because you copied and pasted the modules from the website, the school is supposed to send you a separate letter (aside from your offer letter) on the information required for ATAS. So if you didn’t get that letter, send a message to your school requesting for it. Most schools don’t release this letter until May because that’s when they’re able to confirm the modules for the next start year.
This is my experience, My course of study requires ATAS so all the schools that I applied to that gave me offer sent me the ATAS Clearance letter except 2 schools who said they’ll send this month once the modules have been confirmed.

Please, I have issue with my ATAS certificate application which I need your candid opinion and advice.
Firstly, I got a mail from atas@fcdo.gov.uk few days after I had submitted my application which I was asked to login that there are fields that need changing. The highlighted field was on "What will you be studying" under Proposed Study section. Here we are required to list out the elective modules of the course or the core modules if there is no elective module. I had listed the core modules and some of its components I got from the school website since there is no elective module for my course. So I was wondering what could be the issue when I got the mail. I immediately edited what I filled initially by listing just only the core modules available to my course in the school website and resubmitted the application.

Just when I was expecting the ATAS certificate after 21days of the application, I got another mail still on "What will you be studying". This time the statement reads:
"Please provide research statement for this course given by the university. If you have not received a research statement please contact your university's admission team".

Please, am I supposed to be given a research statement for a one year taught masters course? I got an offer for a taught masters not research masters and there is nothing like research statement on my Offer Letter. I am 100% sure that I selected taught student when completed the ATAS application form. I think there is a mix up somewhere. Please what should I do now though I have written them stating clearly that I will be studying a taught masters which I was not given research statement. Am bothered because I takes about 15 working days for them to respond to mails concerning the fact that my POF is in progress. I need the ATAS certificate alongside my POF to request for CAS by the end of the month. Should I send in another application for ATAS certificate?
Please what should I do to this regard because I desperately need the certificate before my POF mature?

You can pay anytime, but at least 2 days before your appointment. It’s stated on the booking confirmation

Don’t pay until you get a date and time, either via going to their office personally, booking online or mail.

Yes you can, the test is valid for 6 months

If there’s no space to upload then they don’t need it, however they may ask of it as part of the conditions for a conditional offer, or for enrollment, so it’s best to have it handy.
