You think their going to support you over their fellow North African country. Unless their bitter rivals with Algeria, I doubt they will support the super eagles over their own |

The guy's story doesn't add up. Why will you agree to take the car of someone that was murdered? That automatically makes you the suspect. Plus I can imagine that the wounds of a victim being murdered during an armed robbery attack is different than the wounds of being poisoned. It should be very easy for the police to tell whether he is telling the truth just by that.
You would have bullet holes in you if you where killed by armed robbers.
And also why couldn't he identify her? |

IamAtikulate: An Igbo man will NEVER attack you unless you poses some significant threat to you.
That is just us.
It is either someone is impersonating Igbo, someone impersonating Bini attacked the Igbo or the Igbo is just plain ignorant.
There are only two people we defend aggressively on Nairaland, Ijaws and Edos but unfortunately, there are more Edos impersonating Igbo monikers than vice versa.
We respect Edos more than Yorubas and Hausas combined, it is a #FACT Thanks bro I really appreciate this. We love, admire and respect Igbos a lot, so it’s not easy at all when we see insults coming from Igbos online. It would be real nice if we could all unite and put aside our differences |

It’s alright Ghana, you played well. We missed the last 2 cup of nations finals and we rebounded and where back in it. So no worries, 2021 is right around the corner. At the end of the day Ghana has been very successful in African cup of nations overall winning 4 titles. No single team wins every tournament, even Egypt who has won the most titles in this tournament have lost more than they won You guys also have some good talented players, and we wish you guys the best in the next tournament I have much love for Ghana |
Romance › Re: Nigerian Men And The Craze To Marry Foreigners by Favor99(m): 10:42pm On Jul 06, 2019 |
peerless0012: I have been thinking about this for long. Why are many Nigerian men crazy about dating and marrying women from developed countries such as US, UK Germany, etc. They don't even care about skin colour so far you live in such a country you become an object of attraction to them.
Over the years I have been privileged to meet many whites and I'm still alarmed at the number of Nigerian men, specially from Edo state dating and marrying foreigners. They don't even care if the women are divorced, widowed and with kids. This has become a common trend these days.
Let discusss. What could be responsible for this. Do people do this to escape poverty in the country or what?
What are the pros and cons of this craze.
Let rub mind together, dear Naira landers. The men are not specific to Edo. When we see the stories on Nairaland, we see different tribes like Yoruba and Igbo Stop trying to covertly spread hate |

Simon Moses is Pius Ikedia 2.0. emerged01: Make Una help me beg Rohr to always start chukwueze. At least somebody should be able to hold ball. I beg what’s this Chukuwueze Iwobi talk. YungMillionaire: You are not making sense. Odion's mother is a Yoruba woman. Either Odion looks like his father or his mother, that is not my business. What exactly does Edo look like? Like Oshiomole? or Ighalo? What does Yoruba look like? Like Obasanjo? or Wizkid? Many of you on this forum have no ability to think using even basic logic. This is the first I’m hearing that his Mom is Yoruba. During World Cup last year no one was bringing up him having a supposedly “Yoruba” mom 100% Esan Some people can’t let go of their hate and bitterness for other tribes, especially when the tribe is in Edo state |

Ighalo is responsible for all 3 of our goals scoring 2 goals and an assist The clear man of the match And Nigerians are here derailing the thread focusing on Onuachu that played just 5 mins lol This time unlike the opening match where they stole Ighalo’s light and shine and gave it to Ola Aina Now this time there is no other Eagle to steal Ighalo’s shine so we focus on Onuachu’s 5 minutes? DateMynd44: @emboldened. what do u mean by our oba? last I checked you're an Esan and Esan people ain't under Oba of Benin's reign. He is the Oba of Benin and not Oba of Edo State. also speaking the truth doesn't mean I hate Edo state. or how can I hate the state that my wife hails from? so I'm an inlaw to Edo people. The truth is bitter and you have no other choice than to deal with it When they say Benin, they are generally referring to Edo State as a whole. Whether you believe he is Oba of just Bini or of Esan and Esatko is none of my business. |
Politics › Re: Oba Ewuare, Edo Chiefs Visit Presidential Villa Over Oshiomhole, Obaseki Crisis by Favor99(m): 6:51pm On Jul 05, 2019 |
DateMynd44: oga shut up there stop talking what you don't Know. The Oba of Benin has been bought with money by politicians. Mind you The Oba ewaure is the Oba of Bini which means he only rules the 5 Bini speaking communities From Ovia North East lga to Urhionwon. Esan, Etsakor, Owan, the Ijaws and other tribes in Edo state are not part of his subjects. mind you Benin kingdom was a conquered territory when the British invaded and over came them and now it's a landlocked entity under a landlocked state known as Edo state in Nigeria with it being subjected to obedience to the Federal Government. Benin kingdom is extinct cc Favor99 Wasn’t every tribe in Nigeria conquered by the British? Didn’t Europe conquer all of Africa, Asia and Latin America as a whole? You obviously don’t like Edo so I don’t believe the slander you said about our oba being bought. You’ve been slandering us using different false monikers |

Slaves that was bought by the European in 9ja was only Lagos that slave cost, calaba, delta, edo this are the only place and this 3 places was govern by Benin king and chf, so are you telling me igbo or oyo empire as they say came to sell slave to European in Benin nation a nation not theirs and also never conquered?.
