Although I neither support LP or PDP, I couldn’t care less what happens to Obanikoro. I live in Eti-osa and he is useless, you only hear from him every 4 years. I am just stating the obvious, don’t be like Obidients who refuse to see the obvious. If you have followed my electoral predictions I have been spot on. Election is a numbers game, if the maths doesn’t add up it doesn’t add up.

The mathematics is not in favour of catching up with the LP fellow. The same fate that befell LP and PDP in the presidential election will befall both Banky and Koro. Their votes will be split and there are not enough votes at stake to catch the Guy, APc is not going to get all the votes, neither is PDP.

There are 40 polling units, the maximum number of voters per polling unit is 750. Therefore the total theoretical maximum votes at stake if all voters turn up is 30,000 to be split among at least 3 candidates. Obanikoro need to win with a majority over LP guy of 7,200, while Banky W needs to get 5,400 more votes than him. To get that sort of margin in a 3 horse race out of 30,000 votes at stake you need close to a 100% turn out. Never in the history of Nigerian elections at ANy level have we had 50% turn out talk less 100%. 50% turn out is only 15,000 voters and yet you need to get more than 7,200 and 5,400 more votes than the guy…..how? If you examine the figures you will realize that even in a 50% turn out, you will need about 90% of the votesto win.

LP voters may switch to Banky W but neither are switching to APC, APCs only hope is mobilizing their base to turn out but it won’t be enough.

Decision to have normal delivery or CS depends on several factors such health of the mother( if there is no pregnancy induced hypertension, pre-eclampsia and other health issues), presentation of the lower lying baby during labour( if it presents with head( cephalic) or buttocks( breech), presence or absence of fetal distress, cord around the neck, placenta praevia( low lying placenta ) etc

The Gynaecologist will look at all these and much more to make a determination.
Ultimately be guided by the advice and decision of your doctor.

Listen the 1999 Constitution and indeed the Supreme Court have said in very many decided cases that INEC reserves the rights to issue guidelines provided it doesn't controvert the Electoral Act itself.

Why do you need a voter's register as part of your accreditation? Don't you know it is in INEC guidelines and not a product of the Electoral Act? In the Electoral Act 2010, voter's register was the fulcrum of accreditation whilst BVAS was in the guidelines, in this new Act, it is different.

Accreditation is a product of the BVAS machine and not the report. Since INEC issued a report and issued another updated one, on what premise did the 'learned' Justice Kume accept the first and throw away the second?

Refusal to attach the voter's register in itself is questionable or don't you use it during voting?

What the tribunal is saying is that since Voter's Register isn't needed for over-voting, it should likewise not be needed for accreditation...Isn't it?

One of two things will happen at the Appeal Court, either it is upturned or a retrial will be ordered but since there is no time, it should be upturned.

It is funny....just take a look at the majority judgement and tell me you wouldn't laugh.
