Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Whats The Worst Experience You've Had At A Job? by fawaz050(m): 1:19pm On Jul 21, 2023 |
A boss that did not feel part of the team and sells her team short was my worst experience. Alhamdulilah, that I got away from such job even though it was high-paying. My 2 cents1. Always get clarity on what needs to be done. If you have a doubt and can't go back to the person, seek clarity from seniors. 2. Showcase your special abilities without rubbing it on other's face. Exude it seamlessly. 3. Be ready for more work, if you are a diligent worker. You'll get good references for it in the long run. 4. Always communicate simply and clearly. I always known to use big grammar in my mails, I didn't know people were noticing. I didn't get negative reviews, but I later realised it was needless. 5. Set boundaries. Never let anyone make you feel less of yourself. 6. Add value to yourself. Professional sabificates, Masters degree, what have you. Don't stop learning. 7. Be kind to people. People call me from my last job to tell me how much they miss me. They still come to my events. I'm not saying I'm a good person but little kindness here and there goes a long away. 8. This may sound funny. But set your exit plan from the first quarter you joined. It helps you relax and not shoulder unncessary pressures. It may be business or another firm that the experience from the current job will help you get into. Make I rest my pen. Na blood I dey use. |

I am a Muslim. MURIC is not representing Islam entirely.
Wetin Concern me with the composition of the executives based on faith. As long as they are the best hands.
My problem with people is that you fail to see that Islam is bigger than MURIC, Afghanistan.
If you meet me in person for example, I don't need to tell you that I'm a Muslim, It's obvious.
But then, I will relate to you very very well not minding your faith as would a lot of Muslims.
Stop Criticizing Islam on the actions of a few. |

TruthinAction: I know it is fake but it was probably done from the Jamb end. And my reason is this - A few other people who put in her details got the same result. And that speaks volume.
So, jamb is avoiding thorough investigation so their actions behind the scene will not be exposed. You are probably defending jamb because you entered through the back door.
I got into the university through a direct entry exam and my result was the best that year. What does JAMB stand to gain by doing all that? |

It's very difficult trusting any National organization Jamb has proven herself INEC over to you Let independent committee vet the sham you gave us as election. If government agencies will always come clear on its policy like this Nigerians won't feel cheated on policies. The thing is JAMB is headed by Prof. Oloyede. You may think I am exagerating about him given that I am a Yoruba. But please, ask any other person that attended Unilorin between 2010 and 2015. He has straigtened JAMB out. Introduced CBT. Made revenue.... How many I won count. If Oloyede becomes INEC Chairman Today, our electoral process will change for the better. |

I don't believe Jamb still, maybe they threatned her to false conffession to save Jamb face, trust naigerian organisations at your own risk, even Liegerian police beat people till they admit to crimes they did not commit in naigeria. Threatened her to false confession and still barred her for 3 years?! Brother, this thing no jive. She did wrong. People should rather rally around her to correct her and help her handle the emotional trauma. Not defend her still. |
