Much as Saraki is loved in the SE/SS, nobody knows his tribe. Yorubas hate him; he's not Hausa; he's not Fulani. So, what's his base? If you want to fight a sitting president who is a brute force and one who is not collegiate enough to obey the rule of law, you'd need an equal force. And that force is not in Saraki. He's just from Kwara, nothing more. PDP will have no hope if Atiku is not given their fvcking ticket.

PDP doesn't need the South West to win 2019! The South West is too weak, and this fight requires strong and firm tribes to push its candidate ruggedly far.

Since 2001 you guys burnt Jos main market to send non-indigenes packing, with prime targets at Hausa, Igbo and a few Yorubas who were doing well in your state, Plateau has yet to recover from that bad decision taken solely by indigenes who felt that could help them control Jos. Meanwhile, why has Gowon not for once attacked the government for not being proactive in checking the incessant killings, or is he being settled?

I used to sympathize with PDP but since Wike and Secondus are treating the party as Ikwere village affairs, I foresee a cataclysmic disaster for them in 2019, if the party zones its presidential ticket to North West. The North West has illiterate voter population and their mind is already stuck with Buhari. For PDP to prove seriousness, they should search for a North East rugged and financially buoyant candidate or a more acceptable candidate from the North Central with a good VP material from Igbo land. Anything outside this, the party will be buried in 2019.

Your statement lacks critical reasoning! This governor comes from the very minority in Ebonyi state and he's been numb and afraid that the Abakaliki bloc is resolving to take powers from him. He thinks Buhari could save him but he's wrong as Ebonyi is 100% Igbo. And Igbos are not cowards like the Y-people. When Fulani people caused problem, he begged on his knees because the revenge he foresaw would have bn cataclysmic. You write as if other states don't build infrastructure and pay salary as due. See Ebonyi, Enugu etc, with lesser allocations than Osun. This thing is peculiar to SW - Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, Ogun and the rest. Lagos is surviving because of non-indigenes and the sea Ports.
