You must visit mechanic every week if possible due to bad road that has been abandoned and money spent by one politicians that could barely string two or three words together to make a sentence while people lost their lives on the road on a daily basis.

My take is that anyone that can comfortably discourage anyone from relocating legally is nothing but EVIL

SOME discouraged because they don't have the resources to leave so they are looking for company.
