My heart is filled with joy because God heard every prayer we made to Him! No member of our team dropped off the way and no child was lost! God kept our pregnancies and we are here with our children in our arms as living proofs. God blessed us with male, female, singletons and multiples! No complications and all deliveries went well. Indeed God has done us well!

I would like to appreciate every member of my team for their cooperation. Please take good care of yourselves and your babies!

Sorry dear. You can get a nasal spray, that should help. Also drink a lot of water. Steam inhalation also works

The headache is as a result of increase in your preg hormones. I would advise u turn off the light in your room, keep ur fone aside for a while and try to sleep. You will feel lot beta wen u wake up. Ant brand of 500mg pmol should work.

Brace up for MS! You are carrying multiples. Prepare your mind and Enjy every bit of ur pregnancy; MS or no MS. Everytin is for a short while

First time mums, your lochia should be decreasing by the day. If you notice an increase or foul smell, talk to your doctor immediately.

Also at the episiotomy site, if you know a stinging or burning sensation, report to your doctor as well. Ice and witch hazel sprays are very good for epi sites.

I returned with Turkish 2days ago, infant ticket was $78. I paid in naira (40,980) tru their abj office. U can also pay at the check in counter, saw someone doin dat. Flight ws fantastic, bassinet ws provided. Gifts were given to my infants.
