Good morning mama's, pls I have a problem oh, my due date is 8/10/16 and uptill now my baby is not showing too much sign of labour, I do have just few minute waist pain that is all. And am even tried of the all thing. I don clap bridge even do other exercise walk tried I do eat pineapple and pawpaw even add sex and nipple torching join self nothing show. Pls what will I do next. Ekiminiabasi, take a deep breathe hun! Don't stress it! Name giving shouldn't be Enuf to cause this amt of stress in ur home. Let it slide! Allow him name your child. There's no point feelin cheated ok. Limit ur parental influence cos u will end up forgiving ur hubby bt ur parents won't! Use wisdom in running your home!

Did u introduce any new product? Try the powder in paste form. Gold bond is very good; dnt knw if u got it at walmart.

No, not all babies av a fever. My son rarely did; had only once for few hours and breastfeeding sorted it out.

Easy does it for postnatal recovery ok! *take warm hugs both of you* for the swollen feet, u still have retained fluids. Drink a lot of water and pass urine frequently, it will go down. If you have episiotomy pains, hot or cold remedy does it for me. Either I use ice to numb the area or I fill my bath tub with hot water and add salt, then soak inside like a bubble bath. These methods gives me absolute comfort. Also, anytime u want to pee, pour water as the pee is coming out so dat u won't av a burning sensation.

Also try and reduce stress. If u re stressed, you won't lactate well and postnatal depression will set in.

Took this pic ytaday after walkin arounnd the mall frm 1pm_7pm!

3am dis morning, woke up with menstrual like cramps. Checked into L& by 8am, got checked, 2cm dilated. Asked to walk round the corridor for 2hrs so contraction can be strong. That's wat I'm doin now!

I miss my son , av to send him and MIL home cos he's not allowed to stay wit me

I honestly pray baby comes today!

Mommies please I want to start formula and I don't trust caregiver to correctly measure food for baby. Especially since they feed him with cup and spoon.

Is it possible for me to mix the bottles of formula down? With the fridge I described in earlier post I can then store the milk either hot (fridge also had warming function) or cold (then they heat in warm water like they're doing with breast milk now)

I would have loved to do 6 months exclusive, but pumping is not my strong point (don't want to get into sob stories here) so will be introducing formula at 16 weeks.

Get milk dispensers, measure out the appropriate quantities, put clean sterilised bottles and hot water in a flask for them. Show them the quantity of water to use per feed.
