Ofe Nsala (Nsala Soup) is a delicious soup, popular in the eastern part of Nigeria. It is also known as ‘‘white soup” because of its light color, due to the absence of palm oil.
The authentic Nsala soup recipe calls for fresh whole Cat Fish, which gives this soup its unique taste. But in the absence of whole catfish, catfish fillets or conger eel can be used.
Ofe Nsala is also similar to Afia Efere, which is the Efik-style white soup, but the extra condiments added to Afia Efere is what differentiates it from Nsala.
Goat meat Afia Efere was my favorite during my stay in Uyo, AKS, followed by Ataama ie Baanga soup. Fisherman's soup is another good one.
OGWILLS123: OP am also a sales personal i hardly write down what am selling that those not mean am stealing. your brother no be mumu he knows what he stocks in his store, so better still mind you fvcken business

Fahdiga: Even though the whole world saw the irregularities that marred the charade called election in the US, Trump should go ahead and hand over to the election rigger Joe Biden just for peace sake and preserve the long history of democracy in the USA
I hope you will defend him in court when the time comes.
VP Pence altered the track record of introducing 'rival' slates of electors, working with a parliamentarian to use tortured language, so only the slates of Electors with state "authority" would be introduced.
Fahdiga: Until the electoral heist committed against the good people of America is reversed, Americas democracy is in danger. Trump is the people's choice. give him back his stolen mandate for peace sake
Zooposki: Second most beautiful. I’ve never been there though. Hope they speak English. Lagos is too crowded.
Uyo is quite beautiful. The indegenes are welcoming. I really miss Uyo. I hope cultism has reduced because back then, it used to be brutal, especially between klansmen and baggas.
fk001: I am not the sponsorer, but I oversee everything that's happening regarding the NGO in terms of projects. The sponsorer is a private entity and the person is not currently in the country. We went with the person only once and that was when we launch the project in the village and shared them foodstuff.
When I told the sponsorer about what transpired between me and the villagers, the person said I should leave them or I should do whatever I like with them. we should just plan for our next project.
I was angry with the villagers that's why I brought it here, I can let go, but what if they repeat the same thing to another person. BTW is a small NGO we don't have chain of staff
Sorry I have to conceal many things because I don't want to let out much details.
Once beaten, twice shy. A good Project Manager makes sure he does not repeat an avoidable mistake twice, but you have not done that. The root cause of the failed project and possible ways to avoid such next time should be the issue. How are you sure you will not go through the same ordeal in the new site you are relocating to?
Johnnyessence: lol funny nairalander. So many things doesn't happen in Nigeria why many things happened in USA. They are different with different constitution.
Purplebubble: This is tragic. But wait how can anyone with his/her sane mind owe someone for 3 solid years and they are still working for you? Is that not wickedness?
Benue State pensioners are owed over 2 years as I type this.
nelsonoba: I have observed your thought process and I can assure you that you have a huge potential to be wise and highly informed. If only you get rid of CNN and Fake news media, you will achieve that great potential in you.
He has quoted to butress his points. What about you?
