PoliticsRe: Mass Igbo Settlement Up North Is A Major Cause Of Herdsmen Coming South by Fejoku: 12:39pm On Jul 16, 2021
I'm glad the op brought this angle up to buttress their evil agenda but trust me to demolish them.
Firstly, let us assume Igbos truly occupied the vegetative part of fulani controlled areas. We all agree that they duly paid for such occupation and they built it up by themselves to render services to everyone. That should be commended. Compare that to your brothers who neither buy nor lease lands. They don't build up the areas they occupy for free and most times leave them in stinky conditions. The level of filth such places generate is an eyesore. No one will wish to have such people around whether as tenants or freebie occupiers.
Going to the issue of them occupying the very lands that herdsmen would want to use for grazing, we all that's a blatant lie. The vast areas of vegetative land lying fellow currently is bigger than some countries. Why can't your herdsmen go to such places in the NW to graze? Niger state alone is bigger than the 5 SE states put together so you have no excuse. There are still about 11 more fulani friendly states for their use to graze cattle.
If for any reason you insist on using those specific lands occupied by southerners living in the north, there's no problem as long as you can pay them off their investments on such lands. Thereafter, we can divide Nigeria so everybody can maintain his/her lane. There's no need for any violence in such situations except of course we know that you have ulterior motive which is not based on peaceful resolution.

So what has IPOB being doing about all the fake posts and attacks being blamed on them by the Nigerian Security Agencies? What steps do IPOB take to rebuff any fake allegations leveled on them by FG?

Is it just a mere denial from Emma Powerful over the radio or are you guys also back it up with a strong alibi?

Most of you do not hesitate to term any dissenting voices a saboteur, and some deranged ones among you go as far as threatening to wipe out all saboteurs from Igboland with the use of brutal force. How do you guys caution your members about making inciting remarks against even a fellow Southerner?

Abi insults and unbridled use of curse and violent words are essential parts of your tactics to achieving freedom?
First of all, we have inundated all willing listeners on social media about the aim of the current government even before they came up. IPOB clearly spelt out their major aim and strategies. Have we not been vindicated. Has our exposition not been confirmed? Is the whole Southern Nigeria not currently being held by the jugular currently? We thank God for another timely expose from Obadiah Mailafia who exposed some more specific details on their strategy. This is the current one they are implementing. They want to cripple any form of resistance in the South by all means. Did Yorubas not think it was all a joke until Sunday Igboho's house was invaded and people brutally murdered? What was Igboho's crime? Have we seen any such brazen destruction of lives against the killer fulani terrorists? Have we even seen a single arrest of fulanis? I repeat that their aim is to cripple any resistance in the South by isolating the head from the rest of the body. It's an old fulani strategy. They used it against the Hausa kings by pitting them against their own masses. By the time Hausa masses understand what was happening, they have already lost all their kings to fulani emirs. That was how Hausas were effectively conquered. It is the same pattern they're using now against IPOB but Igbos and other Biafrans know better. That some tactless IPOB members make comments online doesn't mean other members don't understand the window our enemies can exploit. The rest of our people unlike the Hausas already know the serpents that we are dealing with. The few ones that however prefer their stomachs to collective safety will however will be expunged from our midst so they don't corrupt others.
IPOB cannot be isolated from Biafran land. The only way you can isolate us is by granting a UN backed referendum for the actualization of Biafra through other recognized and respected Igbo group. By so doing, Biafran land will be secured even if it's not through the hands of IPOB. We know you can't do that and our people know that too hence they won't listen to any other message they bring including the isolation of IPOB.

Since ESN has been routed out of Imo state have u heard of any fulani herdsmen killing again?
Reason being that these IPOBS have been the ones killing Igbos. Remember the Enugu priest who was later discovered to be attacked by Igbos.
Remember prophet Nwoko who was beheaded. It was said to be fulani but prophet Nwoko family said its IPOB that killed him.

The people protecting us has been chased away and all of a sudden the evil people killing us were also chased away. Open your eyes.
Lol. I hope people are reading what you just typed. I'm really bursting you guys up cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy. Since you guys are good in stopping fulani herdsmen, why can't you go and stop them in the middle belt? You're so dumb but some how you just think you are doing smartly. Continue to reign of terror in Biafran land. Our resistance will defeat you and chase you out of our land. Our enemies are now claiming to love our land more than us. Isn't it ironical? Your fellow agent 'monogamy' was announcing his joy on how 'peace' has returned to the East. People laughed at him because we knew how dumb that strategy is. Continue your useless job but no that it will backfire. All IPOB have made up their minds to sacrifice their lives in the defence of Biafra which you people so much hate to hear. How then can you claim to love our land more than us? Do you see how dumb you sound everyday you cook up messages and bring to nairaland to use against IPOB?

This is clearly the handiwork of the dss. They've started the elimination of rich and wealthy people of southerners. Remember Obadiah Mailafia has revealed it already. The blame rests on the shoulder of our politicians and leaders in the South for remaining silent while they started the attacks against the struggling masses. PoliticsRe: Addressing Igbo Comments About Ijaw On Nairaland by Fejoku: 8:41am On Jul 15, 2021
Firstly, Igbos do not hate Ijaws and any moniker on nairaland who has through one way or the other has made you feel so is certainly not representing us.
Secondly, Igbos do not claim Ijaws to be an Igbo group like they would to Ikwerres or Ekpeyes. Most links Igbos have with Ijaws is bothered on the relationship we shared from time past. Most of this shared history is mostly around the Kalahari, Okrika and Bonny areas of Rivers state. You'll hardly hear of any such relationship with distant Ijaw areas of the creeks in Bayelsa like the Southern Ijaw, Kolokuma/Opokuma areas. The reason behind such call to brotherhood is so we can work together and build up a formidable country. There's no any annexation attempt of any where like some of you Ijaws fear. Let me give you a simple example. From your post op, you referred to Port Harcourt as though it was wholly Ijawland. This might be deliberate or unintentional but I choose to see it as being unintentional so normally will gloss over it. This is how Igbos understand those other areas could be. The shared history of our people in those areas warranted such diluted culture of those PH and its neighbouring areas compared to wholly one ethnic occupied areas as Owerri, Umuahia, Enugu, Southern Ijaw towns or Amassama. You can't come to whole Igbo occupied towns and expect them to be speaking English on first contact. Normally, they'll speak English to you when they notice you don't speak Igbo. This is how it is all over the world. If Ijaws choose to speak English in their own wholly owned towns then good for them. We will not because of anything throw away our language. Shared communities however are a different thing. Lots of adjustments will be made to accommodate the various people but indigenous languages are still being spoken there. Compare Lagos and Ibadan or Abeokuta. Even though English is most common in Lagos, Yoruba is still very audible but some Yorubas feel it's inadequate. Compare that to Ibadan where English is almost absent. Why would anyone feel bad about it? Why should anyone feel bad if Igbo is being spoken to everyone in Aba or Owerre?
Thirdly, no Igbo is out to get you or your resources. For goodness sake, have we not proven our entrepreneurial acumen by going into the four corners of the world to amass wealth? Is it then one small Ijaw land that will make millions of our people to abandon the world to come and drink the bayelsan oil? Open your eyes my friend! Your morbid fear of Ndigbo is only in your head. Are we going to kill your people and take your land? Is that what you think? Is their any history of Igbos wiping off whole communities and disposessing them of their lands? No we are not like that. We do not destroy places rather we build them up because it is more profiting to build than to destroy.
I'm one of those that strongly believe in a Biafra that includes non-Igbos including Ijaws but It's not going to be by force or even by plea. Any party not interested can go ahead with their separate plans. However, we must be smart enough to know when to synergize for our own collective safety/victory. No western European country will watch the US fight a big war alone because they understand the implication of the US being out of the world East-West balance of force. Any fight the Igbos are fighting today in Nigeria is also for the benefit of the Ijaws. Do you see how the people of Southern Kaduna are being slaughtered currently? Who is standing for them? If the Ijaws are to face a similar fate, who will stand with them? Think my friend.
Lastly, the future belongs to those that plan ahead and make alliances to ensure their survival. Many tribes have gone extinct and many more will go. Smart ones graft themselves to stronger ones for survival. This is how many humans and animals survive the many dangers of the world.

yahmohy27:
Open Letter to Ndigbo,

My Igbo brothers, I find it necessary to send you this epistle – from a North Easterner to a South Easterner – knowing we are brothers, parented by the same nation.

Once upon a time, in the North East, a terrorist organisation came with a mantra not dissimilar to what some of you claim. The claims that your tribe is being marginalised. The terrorist organisation in the North East, too, whipped up the sentiment that a system that brooked no opposition did not recognise its creed. And so they wanted their kingdom.

But nwanne m, let us face it. From 1999 to date (22 years), you produced not less than three service chiefs. At the last count, Nigeria had over 370 tribes. You also produced a secretary to the government of the federation, Senate presidents, deputy Senate presidents, deputy speakers in the House of Representatives and chief executives of various government bodies.

All governors of your states have been Igbo. None but Igbo has represented you in the National Assembly and all ministers from your states have been you. Is there a ministry in Nigeria which an Igbo man has not headed?

Whereas other Nigerians, especially northerners, find it difficult to own land or landed properties in the South East, major viable towns in both the North and South of the country have your brothers as major landowners. A lot of big businesses and the hospitality sector are Igbo-dominated as well.
Now, what position has Ndigbo not held? Even for the president, has every tribe produced one?

Recall that you produced the nation’s vice president just nine years after the civil war.
Considering these, one is wont to ask if there is another meaning to marginalisation, perhaps, that only you know.
Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, against civilians, in pursuing political aims. United States Department of State in 2003 defined terrorism as a premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against non-combatant targets by sub-national groups or clandestine agents, intended to influence an audience.

Please check the attributes of terrorism and a terrorist, you will realise that those holding your states by the jugular are terrorists.

Simple. People complied with sit-at-home orders out of fear because non-compliance can invite death. Perhaps the only difference between the leader of the terrorist organisation in your area and that of Boko Haram is that Boko Haram’s Imam is in the trenches with his troops while your Mazi is with his family ensconced in the Whiteman’s land, feeding fat at your expense. Someone referred to him as a “made-in-China Shekau”.
What happened in our land is being re-enacted in yours now. Misguided elements among you are attacking security posts, breaking jails, destroying government installations, killing notable personalities or people termed “sabo” (saboteurs).

Terror mongers first try to demoralise security agencies and intimidate those whose words or actions can awaken the people. It happened to us in the North East.
And so our elders, out of fear for their lives, even called on the federal government to “leave us alone with our sons”. A time comes in the phase of terrorist acts when a government cannot protect the citizenry. Sometimes, people live or die as dictated by terrorists.
After shocking the security agencies into timorousness and inertia, the terrorists would turn on the civilian population that out of fear supported them at some point.
But the security agencies of a nation are not about an individual. Were they about that, then nations would not outlive the active lifespan of a human being. Security agencies are machines in motion individuals cannot halt. They are resilient, redoubtable, able to absorb shock, and they only know the nation. Chief among them is the military. The military, the world over, knows only their nation and they can do anything required for its survival. Thus a Musa in uniform will not hesitate to shoot an Ibrahim who has risen against the state. Do not then be surprised, my brother, if an Ikechukwu in the uniform of the Nigerian military shoots an Ogbonna who carries another flag other than the Green, White, Green.
And the military, as we found out in the North East, my dear brethren, treats lands they enter to flush terrorists as captured territory and the people as conquered subjects.

Ah, well, you may not believe because you have what the North East lack – a propaganda machine – and so you think yours will be different. Forget rabble-rousing journalists and bloggers and social media influencers with you who would want to push the narrative of the “unknown gunmen” (clandestine agents) or shout to the high heavens of being victimised. That never helps in such situations. In most civil wars, crushed sides almost always win propagandas. Please, try to study history, my brothers.
But anybody who can rejoice, hail and defend the carnage on innocent civilians or destruction of public property by “unknown gunmen” has lost the legitimacy to be called human. He too can kill given the slightest opportunity. His hidden name is “murderer”.

Anyone trying to divert attention from actual perpetrators of dastardly acts, as in the killing of Ahmed Gulak by the terrorists, thinks everyone is as foolish as them.
These so-called propagandists who are not on the ground in your land, but live in other Nigerian major cities are quick, for instance, to attribute every crime on earth to their bogeyman, the Fulani, but dance around when their terrorists commit heinous crimes. These are people who will be “missing in action” when the army comes calling on your towns and villages to deal with the bloodsuckers masquerading as freedom fighters.
So I pen down this epistle for you. I want you to know that when the military went into our North-East towns to flush out the terrorists, we had checkpoints a few kilometres from one another. You have the luxury of riding on Okada now and the freedom to stay out at night. Now we do not have Okada and when it started, we must be home by 4 pm. When we come out the next morning at 6 am, we must get off the Okada or vehicle carrying us at every checkpoint and pass it with hands in the air in the manner of surrender. We were a conquered people, after all.
Among any occupying force, there are always the unscrupulous – those that view the conquered people as ATMs, commandeer movable assets, regard their women as fair game and prey even on older mothers. A soldier denied family life for long may not bat an eyelid playing catchup with someone’s grandmother.
Though things are now getting better for us, we still do not have the sort of nightlife we used to have. Okada is no more. Though there are no such checkpoints again, we still have not forgotten the collateral damage that has taken from us some loved ones forever.
An occupying force out to flush out terrorists can break into any house. They do not knock and wait to be invited. They will ask all those in the household to lie down on their stomachs or face the sun. Youths can be killed on mere suspicion, women and girls violated and the dignity of parents torn in the eyes of their children. Parents will see their sons dragged off, never to be seen again.
An occupying force is always the law; seldom are they called to account. Even the armies of the so-called civilised countries have their vandals, not to talk of an African force that knows you for who and what you are.
When it became too much for us in the North East, some of our brave youths took it upon themselves to flush out the troublemakers from our midst so that we would know peace once again. And so the civilian joint task force, CJTF, through the courage of just one youth, was born. That always happens in such situations.
To the gullible youth that lends themselves to being used, the euphoria and sexiness of being called an unknown gunman and the surge of adrenaline while holding the gun can go to the head, but before long, other youths will join forces with the forces of good to hunt you down because, at the end of it all, people want peace and they will remove anyone making peace impossible.
Dear brothers and sisters, no nation just dissolves. And no leader of a nation will want history to record that his nation dissolved on his watch. We should not allow people leaving outside the theatre to prod us on a journey of no return while they are miles away, living in serenity with their families.

Anybody telling you US, UN, Israel will run to your defence is a bloody liar and your worst enemy.
I want to believe this epistle may shed light on the path some of your people want to take. My brothers, you have done marvellously well to pick yourselves up from the ashes of that terrible war 51 years ago. Do not allow power mongers to reverse all your gains by leading you by the nose into a cul-de-sac. A word, they say, is enough for the wise.

You know you are lying when you say Fulanis are existential threats to everyone, first of all Every other part of Nigeria united to fight the Igbos during Biafra so it was not a Fulani stuff, apart from a hang up, I don't think any tribe in Nigeria is an existential threat to the Igbos, honestly we are an apex predator here though peaceful.

Does Fulanis posses nuke to become an existential threat to Igbos, if there is any one tribe that have the potential In Nigeria to posses nuke it is the Igbos, closely followed by the Yorubas and then Ijaws and Fulanis standing shoulder to shoulder.

Fulanis are existential threats to small and undetermined people, why have Fulanis smartly left the Igalas alone. Fulanis understand that a real confrontation with the Igbos will mean an annihilation, first we are surrounded by friendly tribes who are not so friendly with the Fulanis.

Look the earlier you understand that these are different reality for different people and form your Alliances according the better so you don't get to a protracted and unprepared war.

What you need from Igbos is better business relationship, open market and intelligence and joint security drills, if you make the mistake of going to war in the pretence of Southern Unity, we will defeat the enemy In Igboland and only mercenaries and friends of the other fighting tribes will cross Igboland.
I don't waste my time with you on this. You can go and tell those you're working for to understand that we must avenge our people they slaughtered and are still killing. The only soft landing they can get is to divide the country while they can do so. Once the time for that pass them, they'll be at the mercy of those they've been slaughtering who would waste no time to have their revenge.
PoliticsRe: To Avoid Genocide, Protect Fulanis First by Fejoku: 12:18pm On Jul 14, 2021
AlexBells:
First of all I cant judge you, I had always said some actions of the Fulanis in some sectors are invasion while some are terrorism, if you are a Yoruba I don't see why you should not see the actions of Fulanis an invasion, if you are from middle belt I don't see why you should not see the actions of the Fulanis as terrorism and if you are Igbo, I don't see why you should not see the actions of the Fulanis as madness.

The CAR situation is different in the sense that Nigeria is a country of over 300 tribes and over 200 million people. Nigeria is standing on more than a tripod and there is no balance, The Fulanis have a war camp in Kwara that is headed by an Emir of Kwara, there is no land dispute between the Fulanis and the Igbos and there is non of their Emirs here.

Benue has no Fulani Emirs and the Land is already belongs to Benue state, Southern Kaduna is a Jihad going on.

Yorubaland is pure case of invasion becuase Yoruba have a decent number of muslims and there could be no need for Jihad, so you expect all of us to fight this situation exactly the same way, Igbos are dealing with a madness in some Fulanis that want to provoke a tribe over 2 times bigger than them, over 10 times more travelled than them and miles ahead of them in terms of technology, warfare and weaponry. To me I see Fulanis in same light America sees North Korea, but Yorubas should see Fulanis in same way America sees China while Southern Kaduna should see Fulanis in same way America sees Iran, as for Benue they should see Fulanis in same way America sees ISIS.

I think this my analogy should let you see my view and why we cant all have same approach to this menace
All groups of people who have tasted the fulani venom share on thing in common which is called 'existential threat'. Many people currently are surprised that the Hausas they once knew as the big tribe in the north are not even mentioned in the scheme of things already. Hausas have almost been swallowed up already so it will be insane for any other tribe being slaughtered currently not to fear this happening to them. So in a nutshell, we all though face varying degrees of threat but eventually may end up in the same enslavement. Therefore, the goal must be one which is dealing with the invaders appropriately and cutting off any political union with them to better defend our borders. There's hardly any other way better than this. People must avenge their dead. It is the right thing to do.

War is not fought and won on emotions but facing reality, like I had maintained Fulani Terrorists must be taken care of by any means possible. Condemning the actions of terrorists is not enough but acting with pragmatism, I had said, donate the bodies of terrorists to science while their soul is sent to Allah or God for judgement.

Don't try to be smart by halve in trying to imply that I support Fulanis indiscriminately, let me tell you one thing, you really don't wish for an all out war with the Fulanis, even America does not launch indiscriminate attacks on Iran, so why would we launch indiscriminate attacks on the Fulanis.

Ofcourse that will be an all out war and both sides will suffer it and don't be surprised there will not be a united force of all Nigerians against Fulanis unless they declared their own Republic, otherwise if anyone make this a matter of war instead of terrorism, we should all answer our names.
You sincerely do not know what you're delving into and your last paragraph is filled with contradictions. In that paragraph you talked about an all out war and the same you said one shouldn't make it a matter of war. What is your definition of war/warfare? How else do you deal with an invader if not to deal with him properly and render him incapable of ever posing a threat to you? You can see how you're contradicting yourself.
Have you studied the conflict in the CAR? Those who fought alongside the fulanis to take over the government later turned against them when both groups were resisted by the anti-balaka fighters. The reason why they did so was because they stated that fulanis were originally not indigenous to the country. The same is applicable in Nigeria. Fulanis are not indigenous here and ever since they stepped into this place, they began to slaughter different tribes and enslaving them including the Hausas. The recent brazing destruction of farmlands, usurping lands from indigenes after slaughtering them and the use of state security to oppress and intimidate different tribes can't just be treated as a minute terrorism. It must be treated as the invasion that it really is. As we are typing this, lots of smaller tribes face extinction from the same fulani invaders. Why then are you already appealing for calm when dealing with the terrorist group?
Am I asking for annihilation? No. Am I asking for resistance and the total crippling of these feudal group? Yes. People must be allowed to avenge their loved ones and take back the lands stolen from them. Thereafter, we can call for calm.

This is contextually a useless quote.
If a union is sustained by violence, it will require a bigger violence to dissolve it.

I do not believe in the theory of asking victims to forgive a criminal that's not sincerely apologetic and genuinely committed to giving back what they have looted. Fulanis have not done so and do not appear to want such yet the foolish OP is already calling for fairness. This is another type of Stockholm syndrome.
This same fulanis just slaughtered about a hundred people yesterday and if you go to that thread, you won't see either the OP of this thread or any innocent fulani condemning the wickedness. Which type of thinking does this OP have? Every reasonable human knows that nature must have it's way which is where things can easily be doused. Fulanis generally will feel the heat after which calm will be called. By that time, lots of people will have avenged their murdered loved ones. You can't call for caution when you're still being slaughtered with impunity.
OP must mind himself. The resistance must continue with their own preparation and bury our dead silently.
May the souls of those slaughtered in Southern Kaduna rest in peace. Their deaths will be avenged.

Go and tell that to the French who are today celebrating 'The Bastille Day Rebellion'. It was a violent rebellion that led the slaughter of thousands which ushered in a new France. We are very close to our own day. Your weak attempt at using some pacification quote to derail the resistance is a waste of time. We know far much better than you.

And Christian Churches in the South will move on like nothing happened. Where then is the brotherhood? Where are our mega pastors and Bishops to organize a massive protest against this terrorist government who are sponsoring the on-going genocide? Christianity where is your brotherliness?
Meanwhile, Samuel Aruwan the spokesman of the devilish governor should resign his position if he cannot face the governor face to face and call him out?

Selfish Hypocrite, what do you have? Useless Failure, return every single dollar from the Niger Delta used to develop the South West & East of Nigeria & Let The Federal Government reclaim Lagos State it’s property, then you can leave back to the hills of Ife or Aro-Chukwu. Mumu.
See one useless sahelian terrorist talking about returning NigerDelta dollar as though he's from the region. Don't worry, all the evil you fulanis have done against other tribes will be visited back on you. The time is fast approaching.

Since USSR divided, most of the break away countries are safe, in peace and surviving well.
Since India divided, most of the break away countries are safe, in peace and doing well.
Since Eritrea broke away, Ethiopia enjoyed peace until the recent Tigray crises which after it is resolved with see Ethiopia back in peace.
Since Sudan divided, the conflict only got localised in the South leaving north Sudan in peace. At least, the northern Sudan are free of any accusations and fighting.
When Nigeria divides, those parts that truly want peace will enjoy it while those who prefer blood shed will only shed it in their land. This is as against what's currently obtainable where any animal can in the guise of sharing a country with you, confidently march into your farmland and destroy them yet still claiming right. This is why dividing Nigeria is the most sensible thing to be done by those who cherish a peaceful future for their people.
