kwalakwala123: The earlier some southerners begin to reason without sentiment the better for them..... You have the highest number of Southerners living and doing business in the North, they have been there even before i was born...... Likewise the fulanis /the Northerners also in the south.... During Jonathan regime i visited my brother in a village in Enugu state, i saw fulani people living happily with those people there, some of them were born in Enugu state there, some time they do have farmers and herders clash but they know how they resolved their problems...... But today simply because you hate the president or you are a PDP member from the south who is still bitter because Jonathan didn't win the last election and your siblings source of free money is dry
He just started shouting fulani should leave the south without you calling your people to leave the North first.... Do you have any sense at all.... If the fulanis are terrorizing the south get them to face the law instead of allowing your governors to be deceiving you by saying the fulanis should vacate the south even when they know that deep down they are not going to keep their words.... The problem is your governors.... They aren't going to be effective in anyway..... Cutting the head is never the solution to headache....
By the time another person becomes the president after Buhari probably a southerner how do you expect the North to treat your people there...... I bet you someone like my friends Appolonia, Chimezie and Nwakaego that were born and brought up in the North are not thinking of going back to the east anytime soon because they are doing well in the North, most importantly they happy and contented ....
If you are thinking Nigeria is going to divide or break anytime soon i advise to go look for something better to think about..... Because this country is not breaking any time soon.... You better get a better means of lively hood and stop hoping that Nigeria will break and all your problems are going to be over.... That one is pure self deception
Be positive and stop being negative.... I attend a church here and pastor is from Anambra state, when Buhari was seek in London then my pastor will urge us to pray for the son of a bond woman to die.... Me i will just be looking at them because i knew the president will not die of that sickness... The lesson here is God ways are not our ways... The race is not for the swift, it's of him that willeth or runneth but of the Lord that sheweth mercy...... Whosoever is not destined to be king will never become a king..... If you become a bad king during your reign it's not any body's fault but you will surely give account to your creator...... Most people wake up to curse the president and wish him death..... But the president wakes at midnight night pray for all the citizens of this country and he pray for God to bless and protect the citizens..... If you are God who will you answer his prayers first.....
Acknowledging greatness in other people irrespective of their weakness only shows you are a great person..... No wonder David couldn't kill Saul after all David later became a greater king compared to Saul. Nigeria will divide by any means possible. It's better you start preparing for that division. Mind you that we shall avenge all our people your fulani people have killed so far. |

Anyone saying Ipobs are not UGM need to have his brain checked at standard psychiatrist hospital.. Since Kanu has been picked, the attack on security personells have reduced by whooping 95%.
Kanu's inaccessibility to his gadgets to spew venom on social media have saved so many lives, restored peace back into peaceful SE region.
If incarcerating Kanu is what is going to make peace reign in SE, so be it, FG can throw his cell key into lagoon..
Ipobs are the real saboteurs in SE as they are not happy about the peace returning back to the region.
Ask Ipob members which one of the 2 do they want and see them shifting from post to pillar. When a fulani terrorist is rejoicing that 'peace' has returned to the SE, one must be interested to know what kind of peace he's talking about. Fulanis, your games are up long time ago. You do not know Igbos but you'll get to know us better. Meanwhile, it's still sorrow, tears and blood in the fulani controlled region of the NW. People are being abducted and slaughtered almost daily and this OP somehow doesn't get the news. Una go learn las las. |

NaijirianKing: The south is yet to convince the North that they are ready for the presidency.
For too long the North has given power to the south, when in all actually the south has been dominating the presidency.
The south ruled with OBJ for 8 year, GEJ for 6 years, and the North only had Aso Rock for less than 2 years during Yar'Adua of blessed memory. It is not a must for presidency to rotate, democracy is based on election not selection, the south is too small, and disunited to win elections at this point in our history.
The North will retain the presidency, but the North is prepared to rotate the VP position between the SW, SS, and potentially the SE. Since the majorities of Nigerians are Northerners, it is only fair that the political representation mirrors our nation's demographic dimensions.
Presidency will stay in the North because the North is united, a Yoruba will never vote an Igbo, and the Igbo will not allow the Yoruba to have the presidency twice before they have it once. As such, the south is not ready. Moreover, the south is harboring and quietly supporting secessionists.
2023 will be full of surprises. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the secret ploy of the fulanis for 2023. They will never want to handover in 2023 and will do all they can to frustrate the power shift. They've started scheming already. All southerners must organize our ranks and take up the battle fully. We must engage them any how they want it with our focus being exactly on our goal. Freedom must come at any cost. |

Scorched-earth tactics. We knew this all along. The aim is to starve the people into capitulation but they would always tell you it's a farmer-herder clash. In Tinubu's voice, 'where are the cows?'. Recall the biggest yam market in Plateau state that was set ablaze by the same fulanis last year. Is the aim not very visible now? Did the fulani controlled federal government not stopped the importation of some critical foodstuffs and close the border in the South West? They're using starvation as a weapon. It's 100% clear now. The resistance should know what to do already. I extend my sympathy to the estranged woman. May she never lose faith but fight on. We shall overcome the invaders. |

Coronabirus: A very good trick has exposed ur heart, nice. I've been to every Nigerian state, what u say is just what I accused u of, u listen to some Congregational propaganda and use it on ur comment. If u want to divide North base on religion then u need to know that u will fail woefully, the complexity of the north is beyond ur thought. Why Gombe, Kaduna, Kogi, Nasarawa give Christians Deputy Governors despite the fact that some permutations can still give them edge without them? Why Plateau and Benue can't do the same? Who are more reasonable and give sense of belongings. You know nothing about Nigeria except what u hear on pulpits! You're not discussing with your fellow less educated minions. I called the name of tribes and their religious proportions in each state to explain my views whereas you did nothing of such but only jumped into accusations of dividing the north. Which north are you talking about? There's no single state in the middlebelt where Chrsitians are clearly a minority and they're giving the position of a deputy governor. It's not possible. Any state you see such happening has either a 50% Christian population or the Christians are slightly more but apolitical. Typical case is that of Kogi,Nasarawa and Adamawa. States with minority Christian population like Kwara, Yobe and Borno, how many times have Christians occupy the deputy governor position? Katsina state has a minority Christian population right? When has any of them been chosen as a deputy governor? You can continue to dey but Plateau and Benue know the composition of their states and they know how best to organize themselves. |
Politics › Re: Obasanjo Part Of Nigeria’s Problem, Youth Are Not Ready For Leadership Of This N by Fejoku: 12:23pm On Jul 06, 2021 |
Coronabirus: Do u really know the location of Plateau state? Do u know who are Governors of Nasarawa, Kogi, Niger, and Kwara states? Then which states are middlebelt and who are the people? You can't feel on religion to speak gibberish things and even if the factor is considered who are the actors? Southern Governors' action is worthy of commendation and everyone try hard to defend their interest. The fulaninu always talk rubbish about who have they killed the most, is Zamfara, Sokoto, Kebbi and Katsina not their territory, are the people being killed also not Fulani? Deviating from fact and relying on baseless religious congregations hatred for others won't allow u see truth. I know Nigeria more than you. I know the middlebelt more than you. It's you I'll ask about the location of Plateau state? What do you even know about the state? As for Nasarawa, the tricks your fulani people employ to control the state is well known. Isn't it the same religion you're accusing me of that your people employ to lord over the indigenous people of the state? Poverty and lack of exposure of the Christians in the state is what your people are equally exploiting to drive a wrong narrative about them. Nasarawa state is also known for yam cultivation and it's well known that even Hausas don't cultivate yams. Are fulanis known for any crop farming? Who then are the people doing the major farming in the state? I know that state more than you. Kogi state is has mostly three notable tribes(there are traces of other smaller tribes in it including Igbos). The only majority Muslim tribe in Kogi is Ebira. Igala is divided between both religions and typical of such tribes, the Christian ones are mostly apolitical leaving the Muslim ones to drive the narrative of them being more in the tribe. The Okuns are majority Christians. Among this three, Ebira are the smallest. Yahaya Bello being the governor doesn't change the likely position of the state. Only Niger state is where you can have a say because of the Nupe dominance. The Gbagyis will have to join with their brothers in Abuja and the other Southern Kaduna groups. You can fault what I wrote if you know better. |

Coronabirus: Pls if u want to advocate an idea stop being ethno-religious bias, mentioning middlebelt by Southerner is nothing but a desperate search of impossible alliance. Do u know who are middlebelt states? Look here; States of Nigeria which are generally referred to as belonging to the Middle Belt are: old Plateau (now Plateau and Nasarawa), old Gongola (now Adamawa and Taraba), Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Benue, the Federal Capital Territory, alongside Southern Kaduna, Southern Bauchi, Southern Kebbi, Southern Gombe, Southern Yobe State. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_Belt Before I was born, there has been middlebelt and so it shall remain. Gideon Orkar of blessed memory already drew the template for a more reasonable country and he's from the middlebelt. Whatever you see the fulani terrorists doing on nairaland is to try and paint a picture of a sound Nigeria where Igbos are comfortable but we all know it's not true. It's madness doing so but for some reasons they think it might work. Ndigbo know that there's no future in Nigeria. Being among the first 3 biggest tribes in Africa and not having the control over your land cannot be acceptable by any reasonable person. Even smaller tribes have and control their own countries. For the isolation of a leader you stated, we know that too. We loved Ojukwu and love Nnamdi Kanu. We might have few areas of disagreement but we all know that the point of the agitation is solid hence we stand together till the end. You can see some of them already vilifying Ojukwu just so they can zoom on MNK praying one way or the other that Igbos can fall for the trick of abandoning him. We are wiser and we know the game. The odds against Igbos were so much because our fellow southerners didn't understand the magnitude of what's at stake in the 60s. Igbos bore the brunt of it till last year when the scales started falling off the eyes of them. It's now that a lot of them are beginning to understand the game.
