How do you handle a rider that requested a ride and cancelled it when I arrived, not once, not twice, the same rider?

What I usually do is quickly arrive after accepting...

First I'm always happy when such a person cancels because it helps to balance my cancellation rate amd increase my activity score so instead of going offline I quickly accept it and if the rider keeps cancelling Bolt will block them from making a request. But I drive some distance away just in case the person has a bad intention to come out and attack me.

Since you want to frustrate my own me too willmake sure I frustrate the he'll outta u the rider.

The one way dey pain pass na on Uber u get to PU called rider and the fufu will say I've cancelled already whereas the ride req is still showing on your phone... You call for him to cancel they won't.

Well, I did eventually get the bonus though.

It seems that at the end of the day, they updated my score to qualify for the bonus.

Since online time was the ONLY requirement left at the time(30 min before campaign expiration), and I just had about 12 more online minutes to complete according to the app to qualify for the bonus, I was super sure to stay online since that was gonna be the simplest part of completing the campaign. That’s why I was so confident that something was amiss.

It was about 4:30 then and I checked and was happy to see I only had 12 mins to complete. No trip came in within that time frame, so the campaign ran out and my stats were stuck at the initial screenshot I posted.

Once your rating is around 4.5, you should know its not a time to have issues with riders. Whatever you have to do just do to bring up the rating. Once it's back in the 4.8 region, you can start dropping them on the road again.

Also, that 4.53 is not your actual rating. Had you checked from a rider app before you were blocked, you would have seen its much lower.

My brother the way the rating was just changing enh... From 4.75 to 4.68 to 4.53 went back to 4.68 then to 4.63 the next I saw was 4.53 b4 I saw the block.

Truth be told, most of our riders don't k ow how the system works. I was to pick a rider yesterday. Being a 1.9 surge day for me, I had to wait for about 14 mins before rider came out. On getting to the drop off, the she was shocked the amount was high. I just dey look her. The time you kept me waiting for sey you no know Na yourself you dey do.

No mind them... That part the Bolt app says. "Your driver is outside waiting" is responsible for the entitlement they have. Bolt have to look for a way to change that narrative.

Most of these ladies only remember to rate a driver when there is an issue with the trip but they don't rate at all if the trip was a good one, if you doubt me ask pocochantis

You're the main reason most riders misbehave especially on the bolt app.

Your trip ended 2000 and driver is asked to collect N800, you gave driver 1k and driver only had N100 change, he asked you do a transfer instead since no where to get change in the middle of the night, you said you can't do transfer you later accepted to collect the N100 driver has and because of that you rated him 1 star...

You ordered a ride, driver arrived and clicked arrived at ur PUP, you got a notification on ur app that ur driver is outside waiting... U called instead of saying, "pls I'm on my way out" you're calling to quarrel driver you arrive why didn't you call? Driver asked you, since you called is there anything wrong? You hissed likr a snake, cut the call and cancelled...

You requested, driver arrived, called u with his own call card, instead of you to I'm outside looking for you you're asking stupid and senseless questions, "what's the color of ur car? What's your Reg No, what type of car is it? You for ask for my VIN na...

Even when a driver tries to correct or teach you or give you orientation in how things work with the app or about the google map they're so stupid and bossy to listen or to accept.

All they know how to do is rate 1 star, they think they're doing me they don't know they're actually reducing their chances of them not meeting every driver they meet again because giving 1 star means you and that person's path will never crosz again. Pray you never get stranded some day u go request only to discovered you've blocked all the drivers around you at that very time.
