Just this last weekend,I was actively involved in a friend mothers burial which was on Thursday & Friday.On Thursday I run an erand for him with my car to give my support,but on Friday,I went to a neighboring town to bring some ice block for him bt on d way,I gave 2 ladies a lift,d one at d back suddenly jump out of d car while on motion,police arrested me & d other woman with an allegation of trying to kidnap d lady that jump down.Immediately i got to d police station i put a call across to my friend to tell him what happened around 12noon,he never show up at d station,but later call me to greet me around 7:20pm,he did not deem it fit to check me in d house to even ask for what happened up till now.I am in a great shock,finding it difficult to recover from it.What a friend!!!

I was at d scene of d accident,coming from Lagos,so pathetic, it happened around 8-8:30 am on Saturday morning.D vehicle coming from Ibadan took one way & was on a high speed,d other one was coming from Lagos also on high speed I think.D sudden impact was what ignited d fire,they were all burnt beyond recognition.

Driving on a highway need serious caution most especially in a road that is under construction.

Taking one way & running on 100kmh & above could be dangerous.

I recommend 80-100kmh for all road users.

Also always caution ur driver when u observed he is running above speed limit,ur talk could save unwarranted disaster.


FRSC should be on any link interchange to discourage people from taking one way.

My wife had an accident on Lagos/shagamu/ore in 2014 which almost incapacitated her but for d grace of God & urgent medical intervention,just because d commercial driver took one way,running on a high speed & was almost having a head on collision with a trailer before he ran into d bush.

At least 70% of accident would have been prevented if we literally adhere to d traffic rules & regulations.

Frsc should always educate our road users most especially d commercial drivers.

If u have an appointment & u don't want to be late,always leave ur house 1 hour ahead.


IT IS BETTER TO BE LATE THAN TO BE A LATE.

HEAVEN HELP THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES.

ALWAYS DO D RIGHT THING AT ALL TIMES.
