The grade in german scale is between 2.7 to 2.9.
The minimum requirements for most masters courses is 2.5 which is not even enough to get admission into most schools.

By the way, it also varies from the requirements for admission in to the course.... You have to check courses website.

Her best bet is to look at the baerchelor course

Thank you for this information. If she considers a Bachelor degree, will she be required to start from Year 1 or do they have options to start from an higher year?

Hi guys,

I need a quick explanation regarding CGPA. I have tried to read through 94 pages of Season 8 and I have seen no specific answer. A friend of mine has a Nigerian CGPA of 2.7 and I have tried to convert this to the German Equivalent but i haven't been successful. Will this grade be enough to get a Masters degree Acceptance?

She's looking to seek admission at

Friedrich Schiller University Jena
University of Bremen
Hamburg University of Applied Sciences

If the grade is too low for a Masters degree, can she apply for a B.Sc. Top Up? Which year will she start from?

Thank you

Any other input on this guys?

Will really appreciate

As regards the verification email, can you request a new verification or probably use a gmail account?

Please who has the contact for Trove customer care? I have been trying to reach them but all to no avail.

I mistakenly deposited money into the Naira balance instead of the USD balance, can this be reversed?

Thank You

Congratulations to everyone who just got their PPR or ITA.

I have a quick question. I am about to start my documentation in preparation for Express Entry next year.

I have read through this thread and other resources. I also understand that for those who have a foreign Masters degree, they do not need to evaluate their B.Sc degree.

However I have two foreign Masters degree, do I need to evaluate both? or Just the one relevant to my work experience/NOC profile?

Thank You for your response.

Please get familiar with UKBA guidance note, the maintenance money for schools outside London has changed. Its now 800 pounds per month for upto 9months.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/pbs/Tier4migrantguidance.pdf

@justwise

Thanks for the info. I read through and its £800 for a maximum of 9months which still makes it £7200 outside London.

Is there an expedited student visa process at naija consulate? Will I be the one to request for it?

@all
Has anyone applied recently? Can u share your experience as regards the interview process?

Thanks

Good to hear. Have you tried contacting the university by email or phone ?

I plan to do that once the tuition fee deposit I paid is acknowledged. Its a condition that needs to be fulfilled before a CAS letter can be issued.

Romance / Re: Is It Ever Ok For A Man To Hit A Woman: If She Hits Him First? by fellow(m): 6:07pm On Jan 23, 2011
I laugh when some guys say when you slap a woman, it puts you on the same level with her and in future, she can do such again. Some dude even said the man should walk away.

No matter the provocation, a well bred woman would not raise her hand to slap her man, even if she's the head of the home. By doing that she has lost her self respect and should be treated like an equal.

In the first instance, it is only a silly woman that would slap the husband without any provocation from him. By slapping him first, she has brought him down to her level and she should brace herself for a refund.
