Can you categorize a student that failed 6 out of 12 courses an achiver? How have the nine points listed by you made exchange rate to be 197 Naira to 1 dollar, brought down the price of 50kg of rice to 8000 Naira, made the salary of an average civil servant a living wage?

Lets call a spade a spade......Buhari is yet to impress the populance after almost two years in the office. We belive and hope he can still turn things around.

. Is the forex about importing consumables alone? Now in lay man's language........... If one dollar is 1 to 1 producers can import essential machineries that cannot be made in Nigeria to produce goods locally from locally sourced raw materials, Agricultural impliments/tractors can be imported at afordable rates for farmers to boost production and so.....
Also it will be easy to buy, transfer and adopt technology to make the nation become independent.
Indeed common sense is not common at all
and since when dollar was 197 to 1$ how many agricultural input has been imported
was farming so great when dollar was 197# to 1$ ??
how many Nigerian made rice spring up during Jonathan era when forex was cheap and easy ? like they said if #1 = $1 nobody will ever look back to farming again Nigeria will simply become a dumping ground for imported product
who will stress himself to produce when he can easily by the finish product ? and at the same time who is wiser ? producer or consumer?
all the haters of buhari govt are the silly consumers who couldn't use their brain to produce

If loading the machine twice is not enough....why not load it thrice? ...or four times if so needed?.... and doing the same on Saturday? Your kind mentality is why things are the way they are. The bank should have the machine stocked at all times...... by any means necessary. Now educated you are even calling people who want to use cash as uneducated.... anyone moving around with more than 5k to shop is uneducated. Isn't Nigeria a cash economy? It is people like you in management positions that are holding back progress in this country... again... lack of foresight and very poor problem solving skills. I recommend you learn to play Chess.... you will realise what I'm talking about.
tell your dad to go sit down with the ATM machine and start loading for us every second of the day
mugu
FYI Nigeria is moving away from a cash economy if not for people like you who are strong headed and will prefer to withdraw from the ATM just so they can go inside the bank and deposit the exact same money rather than transfer if not your kind holding us back we would have forgotten about cash

Banks don't have enough physical money to put in the ATMs?.... but have enough for people to make huge OTC withdrawals?... and yes..m withdrawals would be heaviest at Christmas.... every year... don't banks know this?...so why didn't they plan for this by having the machines stocked more often? You have just given a bunch of lame excuses .... showing lack of foresight and inability to solve problems and progress.
are you blind ? don't you see my post ? I said we loaded the machine fully twice on Friday and twice on Saturday and yet before 4:00pm the money is gone these are five ATM machine having 8m each loaded twice equals to 160m vanish within 2 days
the problem is not cash shortage as all the money u are withdrawing and been brought back to the bank by sellers for deposit but the time frame
if I am your bro or fam I am pretty sure u won't want me to be in the office on Sunday loading one stupid ATM
and I was at shoprite yesterday saw a lot of people buying things and paying with cash I was mad at them I guess u can be one of those people cos those cash was withdrawn from the ATM and shoprite POS was working
a normal educated man shouldnt have more than 5k physical cash again to buy petty things almost all the tangible things nowadays can be bought with POS even rice

Na we u want kill abihuh because of your need of cash we will not have our own life again abi? we should sit in the office and keep loading the machine every time the machine cash out abi from Saturday through Sunday through today public holiday abi? because we don't have personal life of our own ? how are we paid that is worth us not having a day for ourselves to sit down with family and watch TV
everyday it's ATM wahala we load load load and leg will be paining one seriously cos the machine will not pass test dispense on time
and u all sit down in your house complaining
go and work in the bank and see the wahala that thing call ATM can give u

nobody is preventing anybody from getting their money as the OP has opine however their is limitation to the amount of money that can be in the ATM
however the number of withdrawal during this festive period tends to be at the high side even at shoprite where the POS is working fine silly scum like you still first went to the ATM before going into shoprite to shop just so u can pay with cash
your type of scum is unimaginable to me

Just because you guys load your ATM appropriately over there doesn't mean its d same everywhere.
The poster used Kaduna as an example not your place.
Don't tell us you are wasting your time to serve us because you are been paid, if you don't want to help(in your words) kindly tender a resignation letter on Wednesday, I bet it, someone will fill in d space even before u leave d bank premises...
Again, when an organization fails to deliver who will receive the blame? You or the head/leader... That's where CBN n the president came in cos they have the power to correct the situation
Are u even learned(Though its not a criteria to be wise)...

In life always think before u talk, not talk before you think.

Peace Out
you know I said earlier that there are many stupid people in nairaland and I just confirm that you are one of them
no 1 there is no shortage of cash anywhere
no 2 the queue in Kaduna is the same everywhere at all ATM point
what is happening is simply too much people needing physical cash
the same machine that were loaded that will cash out in 3 days is now cashing out same day
and cos your stupid silly ass need five thousand naira now bank staff should not have their weekend to themselves again
idiot Na like that your family people they work 247 around the clock

there are so many stupid people on nairaland and even if the roof of their house got swept away by wind , they surely will blame it on the govt
which Govt had the time to fiddle with your money ? is it your 20k savings the govt will tell the bank not to allow u to touch ?do u for once use your head to think that it's human like you that works at the bank who were coming to use their precious time they should spend with their family to rather load ATM just so your silly can have access to the ATM
we have five ATM in my branch we loaded them to the brim on Friday by Saturday morning all the five machines are completely empty we were call back to the office to load again and all the five machines were loaded to the brim just so your sorry ass can have access to your money not quite long I was inform the machine has cash out
it got me thinking I thought they said there is no money in the economy where do people now get all this money they were withdrawing and it same in the bank opposite us

in 1922 when Clifford Constitution was enacted Nigerians were in the legislature but they never had any real legislative powers just advisory crew on local administrator
but why? cos one of the white men says Nigerians are yet to emerge from their barbaric nature
94 years later after that statement which I was angry about I See that truly Nigerians (African in diaspora ) are still very much barbaric
in 2016 they are still burning fellow human with tyre and matches
the question you should ask yourself is which fellow human will have the boldness to light his fellow man with fire ?
can you do it ?
is a normal or natural thing ?
if a man can do such , are u not suppose to be scared of such man ?
is such a man that can light up a fellow man with fire , a normal human being ?
answer this question and if any one of the answer is no then no crime justified killing fellow human like that even thou I understand the pain of been rubbed , duped or Lynch
the same person that doest that is not different from the one that touch the fire

If you have a good PC configuration like 8GB ram or more, you may consider installing Kali Linux on a vmware. However, if not, just partition your hard drive and install windows and Kali Linux separately on those partitions.

As an illustration, i am dual booting both ubuntu and windows 10 on my system but on separate drives. I installed ubuntu on a turbo drive and windows on another drive. On my windows OS i have a vmware 12 running. And on this vmware i have windows server 2008R2 & 2012, windows 7, windows 8.1, kali Linux and OSX. But for your info I'm using HP Zbook G2 mobile workstation with core i7, 800gb ssd, 256gb ssd, 1tb hdd, 32gb ram.

RomanceRe: Please! I Need Your Help And Advice, Im Confused, sad And Downcast.. by femarse: 9:21pm On Nov 11, 2016
one of the problem u have is that u don't know that God is solidly behind you rewarding your hard effort and removing all the things that will give you problems in life first of all I want you to know that she did not start what you see happened in your compound that day she has been doing it sinceeeeeeee her undergraduate and u have just been blinded by love all along all the while every time she tells you she is at home she is actually under another man's roof and she has perfect it to the point that she will pick your calls anytime in front of who ever she is with , that way u will never suspect a thing but for God to release even more blessing for you she has to leave the picture that is why you pray and work hard and God show you every sign that this woman is not a part of you but u are too blinded by love to see all those sign
well this God is a loving one and he did not want you to suffer broken home He kuku bring the girl down to your compound to see with your own korokoro eyes what he has been telling you

now how to come out of it
the only way out is the job God has given you but now u want to loose it with this sillyness the job should take your time all the time
work more than necessary every time the thought comes in don't entertain it push it out immediately
it's kind of sweet to entertain such thought on your heart and feel the pain but best bet is as they come in push them out straight away and filled them up wit something else
she is one of those things that got to go for better things to happen
and about loving again don't worry about it don't think about it don't block your mind about it just be open minded and smile all the time when the right one shows up no one will tell you before loving again
Christianity EtcRe: Helen Oritsejafor Celebrates Her Husband On His Birthday. PICS by femarse:
till now i am still as confused as ever
pastors in the begining tells you to leave worldly things , as they say , it is a thing of the flesh then we stay away from it and only those stubborn and sinners care about them things of the flesh (chains gold rings etc) , we take our life proceeds to church as preached by the pastors and as written in the gospel but towards the begiining of the 2000s new pastors emerged with a slight different style they sudddenly care about the chains the rings the golds they also want to put them on
no one says they should be dirty or dress shabbly but go and take a look at ADEBOYE that is the only example of man of GOD
they suddenly want to own airport airstrip belongs to them all the private planes belongs to them when Jesus himself break that two loaves and five fishes he makes sure everyone both poor and rich have a share in it
what has happen today churches build university that only the corrupt politician children can attend
yes university is costly to maintain but when Jesus came he serve as a bridge between the rich and the poor he carried the poor with him and even eat in the rich house but today church are trying hard to widened that gap
the pastor above is not different from olamide or dbanj in dressing
what a life

BusinessRe: Naira Rebounds, Gains Across Markets by femarse: 7:34am On Nov 09, 2016
shadeyinka:
I agree perfectly with your submission. We should have used our "free money" from oil to develop our industrial capacity and free ourselves from the trap of importation.

If a miracle happens now and Nigeria can produce internally 80% of what she consumes. The Naira will be super strong even at the current price of crude.

Our economic leaders will rather have us find more oil for exportation rather than develop an industrial base.
yes because it is cheaper to get a lot of money from oil exploration than go into real manufacturing sector which thou might take long before you start eating its fruit but its fruit can last than the cheap oil money

developing the real sector (industry ) is not by looking for foreign investor, Nigeria has been doing that since 1960 and it has not taken us anywhere most of them die out immediately there is more local rival since the same govt that encourage them to come in the first place will start encouraging the local market against the international one
but the chief culprit is IMPORTATION promoted to the brim by the last administration everywhere is dump with foreign goods and when foreign goods are cheaper than the local goods then who will patronize the local goods
this is why present administration has to stifle the consumption of foreign goods consumption which is actually been aide by the drop in income from oil
no way we can come out of this glut without some pain

only those who dont understand how things work make noise about buhari
they think its about just opening the cental bank and release dollar to the economy
