Every President in Nigeria has that power from now on. President Buhari removed the Chief Justice of Nigeria, another arm of government without recourse to NJC and some Nigerians celebrated.

Heck, Chinese companies simply break open competing products, look for the parts and recreate it. Zero theory involved.
