It might be that your gears are slipping due to worn out gearbox oil. Maybe it’s high time you changed your gearbox oil (with the recommended type) and also clean the solenoids on the gearbox at the same time.

If that doesn’t work then scan the gearbox for codes.
God bless you , will try it out

so the OP was here for advice on 3 different cars
the OP mention that the only experience the pop man got is on Toyota
so it's clear the pop man in his old age want to taste something flashy and different from a Toyota

what did Toyota fans did ?

they all advice OP pop man to go back and buy Toyota ...as in the OP pop man must drive Toyota till death do him and life apart

why is stupidity not far from Toyota fans ? with the way they all condemn Honda
you will think you can't see Toyota in mechanic workshop.....but go take a look , they constitutes 75% of cars in mechanic workshop, don't argue , just go to any workshop, snap it comprehensively in one shoot , let's do the car comparison there

Great deal i must say...just want to correct a few things that seem mythical
1. The transmission isn't a good as the 4cycl but it doesn't just fail like that,i should know i use the exact same car, bought mine toks in 2017 and the gear is still going strong.
2. Fuel consumption is slightly higher than the 4cycl variant but it won't last 3 week...maybe if you don't drive it
3. I've changed my whole power steering assembly, cost about 45k approx. So that shouldn't be an issue.
Basically it seems like a very good bargain(if it was a 4cycl I'd advise you to look away)
Drop your number,I'll add you my honda group...it'll go a long way in terms of tech support.
Cheers!!

HealthRe: Is There A Way To Treat An Impacted Tooth Without Removal? by femarse: 10:57pm On Apr 26, 2020
well , u look in the mirror and see the teeth coming out ? now stop deceiving yourself and forget that part permanently ...it's never coming out ...there two ways out of your situation , remove it or manage the pain ...3 of my friends had theirs removed ....cost them 6k thou in a govt hospital...2male and 1 female , they are doing perfectly fine ever since they remove it

the worst part ? I have the same problem...impacted tooth ....when they told me the procedure for removal ...I opted to continue managing the pain , first injecting my gum to numb it so I won't feel the pain ...then the gruesome removal ...not eating solids for 2 or 3 days for it to heal
well I can't go through that so I decided to manage the pain ...let's say I have done excellent in that regards ....note in the beginning the pain was mad ...it has not reduce but the frequency had...before now it's like every 1 month the pain reoccur and last for 4 days or 5 tops ...they are excruciating I tell you but now it has reduced to once in 6 month
note 1 ...money is not the reason I don't want to remove it , can't just imagine all the thing describe been done inside my mouth
note 2 I use oral b toothpaste and it's doing solid job in keeping my mouth fresh and cool
note 3 u are feeling the pain because the tooth is trying to come out and anytime he try to and the small flesh in your jaw block it , there will be inflammation in the area and that is why u are feeling that pain ...thing is I don't know what trigger that growth , before now it was roughly every once in a month , everybody that knows me or have the opportunity to be in my vicinity for a month will know I have a toothache ...but now it only happens once in 6month or more self ..like once or twice a year I guess it receded or something

not all your point are valid ...majority of them are invalid ...Dany had always had that wickedness associated with Targaryen in her , she watched her brother burn without any iota of pity even thou he was a fool, she burnt a group of dothraki soldiers ...she kill all slave owners in that funny name town ...u are making it sound like she does not have a history of wickedness before burning down the city , wickedness is in her blood ...

Jamie ...he did not have the circumstances to support his bad boys nature all the time , circumstances happened, his hand was cut off , (he learnt a good lesson there, he comes back to his sense , even thou he still defend his sister , he knew it was stupid to remain in the south while the north fight the dead .... circumstances put a lot of senses in him ...it's practically normal ...his character changes with the circumstances of time at hand ....

Jon snow ...he kill the queen ....what else did u expect ?

cercei....her death was horrible ...what is more , u can be so wicked in real life and still escape all the consequences....yet the city burning was purely cercei fault even thou it was no longer necessary

the Imp? he was smart ...but the moment he has a course ...that is helping the queen get to the thrown especially when it involve his family ....u are bound to make lot of mistake...and he made them plenty
PoliticsRe: Oil Price Sinks To Lowest Level In 16 Years by femarse: 11:19am On Mar 19, 2020
voltron14:
My initial response is the lack of creativity and productivity of the average Nigerian, however you seem more fixated on government.

I continue with my premise, Nigerians are unproductive and uninventive people.

Whatever shade you wish to colour it by, 60 years of nationhood underlines this fact.

Watch how he would swing it to politics.
I have not read the remainder of the thread to know if this your last statement has been answered

but here is my say

calm down very well
if a nation will be poverty ragged or developmentally ragged ...it will be solely decided by politics , I repeat it will be solely decided by politics

1 the type of people are the helms of government will decide how progressive the overall nation will be

when bill gate started working on window ...when all the Americans that works about most invention started back then ...when Europeans started their exploration of the other world ,they were all backed by government in one way or the other , (NASA is currently exploring Mars , backed massively by government , not individual)bill gate did not wake up to start thinking of electricity to try the new stuff he checked in the book yesterday , no , the light was there , he just went to his friend , power the system and start trying it ,(agreed bill gate was rich ) Steve thou went to an expensive University can not be said to be rich ....but trust me majority of certain things were just on ground made by the government chief among which is electricity to favour continued experiment that has now turn to a billion dollars industry today

the Chinese did not become industrialize overnight , it is a concise and intentional will of the government to make it so

the European did not become what it is today because Individual was inventive ...the government made an enabling environment to make individual inventive

Africa is wat it is because the people at the helm of government thinks been on government is the best way to become rich ....I mean which country is sound economically with a very poor and corrupt government officials ?

which country is succeeding economically with a president with O'level result packed with f9s or despicable subject like Arabic studies

it saddens that all the physics graduate are working in the bank when they should be fixing electricity ...how will they do that ? explain

many a times , I have read something and said when I get home , will try it on laptop ...guess what huh?? when I get home , I only have three house on my battery before the laptop run down cos ? no electricity...yet the electricity bill at the end of the month is quite huge ...talk about useless people in government

until electricity is fixed , regardless of how inventive u want to be ...it will not succeed...or have u read anything in any real textbook where it was mentioned that a particular computer language or particular mechanized systems was developed by a Nigerian? no , no way , it's not possible , does it now mean all 200m of us are dull ? no way ...so what is the problem ?
PoliticsRe: What System Of Governance Will Work Best For Nigeria? by femarse: 4:36pm On Mar 14, 2020
What system of government will work best for Nigeria? Many people are mentioning some system of government, and some are mentioning some leaders

Hitler is not a system of government, he is a leader

Back to the question, all system of government has its own pros and cons
Monarchy?
Democracy?
Oligarchy?
Military?

They all have their problem and they all have their pro
Democracy is still remain the system of choice but will not necessarily work in some condition

1 Plato hatred for democracy was because he realize the system allow useless people who knows absolute nothing about leadership or governance to emerge as leaders
The same is true today ....under normal circumstances ,buhari should be in home for the ages , been fed food and taken care of ....and here we are, someone with absolutely no single knowledge of anything is elected as president ...

2 the saying rules prevent logic from been applied ...the rule is anyone with ssce can be president ....an intentional shallow loop hole to allow useless being to emerge as leaders ...this rule prevent the logic that buhari is not fit for anything ...if u doubt me, how many successful corporation want to advertise the position for CEO and they say minimum qualification...ssce? Meanwhile government is a big business, bigger than the corporation put together , yet it's led by useless set of unqualified old men ...the result is a country like Nigeria

3 democracy will not necessarily work in a country set up like Nigeria even if u put the right people in the right place ...u can't do this actually, the south is progressive but the north is regressive

4 Sudan is an excellent example of what should happen to Nigeria, let the north go and the south be too ...then each can design their democracy in ways that best suits them
FamilyRe: My o my by femarse: 10:43pm On Mar 05, 2020
Let's leave religion out of the equation cos it brings more confusion than clarity and most importantly, it's illogical

First of all, marriage is not natural, how? Looking at the problem of political philosophy, how did we emerged into an organized society? What was existing before an organized society? We have state of nature which to some has been characterize with chaos and violence and one of the fundamental property of the state of nature is high birth rate as well as high mortality rate why?

Women care for children alone without any help from men , men sleep with any woman they can see and over power (cos women are generally weak in that state with the exception of few)and after all left them to sort themselves out throughout pregnancy period and taking care of the baby alone and because of this porous situation , few children make it to adulthood, as they die in infancy for either lack of food or from disease

But man naturally has a tendency to progress and it's from this naturality that has been proven over and over again that we come out of state of nature, we progress from snatching other people's food to growing our own , from no house to building thatch house to mud to brick(sign of progress) from sleeping with just any woman to start taking some women as your own and keeping them for good , from individualism to collectivism for the purpose of defense , and from a group of people to a society with leadership and here we come out of state of nature to an organize society

Now just like most of human nature has progress , so is marriage , we progress from walking large distance to using horse to bicycle to cars and to planes , from bathing in the river to bathing at home , from no phone to phone , from post office to email, from canoe to steam boat, we are always progressing and so also is men keeping women as theirs permanently has progress and with much dispute here and there , each society in their own way has regulate this practice in ways best known to them

Islam propose 4 women to one man
Christianity propose one woman to one man and so many culture has their own rule concerning this matter ...this is how marriage has develop from man sleeping with any woman they can overpower to permanently keeping them

Why will this practice continue ? Because it is also naturally for both man and woman to want to mate and mate they must ...however culture is a burden and when it refuse to change ....it becomes a limitation to progress and the way it has define the relationship between man and woman based on the prevalence idea of the past is straining to the current time, some marriage practice was enacted for a purpose that was necessary at some time in the past but no longer necessary in the current time ...eg bride price (which is still prevalence only in low income culture (African and Asian)to demonstrate their rufusal to progress out of that primitive practice

Human are generally docile with little knowledge in the past which makes it easy for a man and woman to live together for a very long time , but with widespread knowledge and empowerment, advancement of the women folks , marriage in the traditional sense of husband been the king and wife been the subject no longer hold , development of human right and liberty, fight for women right , feminism, equality and the rest only show that marriage culture of men been the head is no longer fashionable and because this particular aspect of human refuse to progress or change much , most men grow up thinking they are the head of women leading to irreconcilable difference leading to divorce or chaotic environment

It high time marige institution progress , it high time it stop seeing men as head , it high time it progress from that traditional cultural limitation to something mild ...if it does , relationship between men and women will improve leading to less divorce etc

Thanks for the enlightenment. Is it safe to say it is scripted then? Bearing in mind, both winner and loser gets to take home same amount? And judging from Joshua's previous match where he earned more than the winner?
Very dangerous and unsafe to say it is scripted , the only scripted part is the money sharing ...why ? They are paying for your popularity, if you are popular like AJ , there is this number of crowd you can pull and who are also willing to pay any amount to see you fight , base on this, what you will be paid regardless of the bout outcome is determined by that your popularity and ability to pull crowd

The main fight huh? Ask Samuel Peter how scripted it is

I need answers please!!
Majority of the people here have all misled you , first of all, don't ever look at the people who commented that education is a waste of time , it is not , it will never be, most important thing is u have gotten education and u stand a better chance of changing your life,

Secondly don't ever listen to to people who tell you your grade does not matter anymore in this life , it is the biggest lie those that fail with education has used to console themselves, coming out with first class or second class upper can immediately land u in the promise land faster than any other means u may know of in this life, so if u failed to meet this target, dont blame the system, first of all blame yourself for missing this important ticket cos now what it means is u have to go throu the hard way, coming out with first class or second class upper means u have 2 years after graduation to get into one of this choice companies everyone dream to be in, not getting either of the grades means u join the crowd to either look for govt job or all this low paying job ,but if u are smart , u already know that ICT is the way to go, get any of this crowded job , save some money, get your ict equipment and start the tough journey of making some cool FCY, trust me , its sweet to say but difficult to achieve and i tell you , u will almost give up , but if it is trade or skill u can learn ...to add to the work u can get or if it is ICT ....either way , u have just find urself where u will need to be extremely smart to succeed, just like they are making noise in the comment above, note that u are not the only one who is goin to learn ict or trade or skill , u are going there to compete for the same market that already has millions of competition,

just look at your option and choose wisely, u might be lucky , and it might take time, either way , don't cry over spoilt mik , gather your pity and turn them to ambition

IAmStrange:
Hmm! WaLlohi, the one who reasons cannot help but realize how the prophecies of the Prophet are just coming to pass...

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may
Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
said: “You will certainly follow the ways of
those who came before you hand span by hand
span, cubit by cubit, to the extent that if they
entered the hole of a lizard, you will enter it
too.” We said: “O Messenger of Allaah, (do you
mean) the Jews and the Christians?” He said:
“Who else?”
Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1397;
Muslim, 4822.

This is the situation of many Muslims today... prophecies on the dot from the lips of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

We were strong and powerful, conquered those who tried to stop us and we became victorious only by sticking strictly to our religion... I'm talking about the time of the earliest predecessors...

When we start deviating from the truth and from the fundamentals of our religion, stArted creating sects and started following the ways of the Kuffar, we became weak as we see today...

And apart from being weak, many Muslims today have thought they they may gain the favour of the Kuffar by compromising on their religion..

But the actual truth is that you have to choose between Islam and the favour of the Kuffar... Because gaining the favour of the Kuffar can only be achieved by leaving Islam totally.

Allaah told us this in the Quran:

“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be
pleased with you (O Muhammad) till you follow their religion."

How true is this? It has reflected everywhere and will even reflect on this thread.

All those Muslims who have compromised on their religion by following the ways of the Kuffar and the West to gain their favour, what they get in return is still denial, hatred and insults... just like you will see on this thread.

Indeed, the words of Allaah are true but unfortunately, the Muslims refuse to pay heed to it and we continue to be weak and weak. we continue to be disgraced.

This man has given this statement now to please them but what he will get in return is insults.. This is the Word of Allaah coming to pass

you can never gain their favour. never!

Well, I used to be worried about this until I came to know about the coming of Imes; my worry reduced. grin

Imes.. the end of days, the beginning of new ones. grin

Imes is the end of days; the days when many Muslims compromise on their religion to gain the favour of the Kuffar but end up getting disgraced embarassed

Imes is the beginning of new days, the days that the Muslims will stick to their religion and will become victorious in Shaa Allaah. grin

When Imes comes, the eyes of many will be opened and many things that were thought impossible will become possible. grin

Imes, we await your coming grin

Wailers are free to masturbate on my mention. that will not change the fact that Imes is coming ;D5
One day , you will grow old and die without ever witnessing anything you mentioned coming in the future,
I just hope that shortly before you die , you realize that Karl Marx was right when he said "religion is the opium of the mass" I mean religion is the tool the political elites use to decieve you, you were decieved anyway

If u finish with 2.1in ur first year then u can work hard and jump to first class

If u end up with third class in your first year , regardless of the As in subsequent years u can never make 2.1 highest u can climb is 2.2

So whatever u end up with in your first year , the max u can do with whatever best u have is to climb one more step .....never 2

Where was Wole Soyinka when Nnamdi Kanu and Sambo Dasuki's bail were ignored, where was he when Nnamdi Kanu's family house was being desecrated by the military?

Why is Soyinka even complaining against a government whose emergence he actively worked for?
The chicken has come home to roost and they've begun whipping up empathy.

I refuse to buy in and it is simple.
I won't weep for you when your house is on fire if you didn't weep for me when mine was.

No way,

Sowore should pay the price for inciting a revolution against the government of the day out of animosity for not making the ministerial list.
The APC made it clear that they were not going to run a Government of National Unity, so what is Sowere's grouse?

Is it also a coincidence that his call for revolution came after the ministerial list was released?
How come he didn't call for a revolution when the Python danced unchecked in the hinterlands of the SouthEast or speak up when innocent people were thrown into captivity without trial just for having a Biafran insignia on them?

We have better things like Allen Onyema and Air Peace to worry about and I find it rather paradoxical that our dear Professor has not made a comment on the ordeals of Allen Onyema.

Soyinka dines with the people he criticizes and laughs to their faces, accepts their awards and shows up for their invitations.
Visits their official residences and takes happy photographs with them. Worse even, he allows his children to serve under them.

Aside not being as literarily sound, this two-faced nature is one of the reasons he will never be half the man Chinua Achebe was.

Chinua Achebe made his stand on issues unequivocally clear without any hues of grey, he turned down National awards based on personal principles, he never fraternized with people he believed made the country worse off and most importantly, he spoke out irrespective of whose ox it was that was being gored.

Wole Soyinka may have the unmerited award, but Achebe is the laurel itself.

How can the same people who said they couldn't trust Nigeria in the hands of Atiku "the looter" and "Made in China" Obi now complain that Nigeria is finished under their Mr. Intergrity and his Professor of Law vice?

No way.
Lalasti.clala please tell them that we must get to our Next Level, nobody is jumping off this ship.
you would have a made some point if u hadn't compare soyinka to Achebe , and your sentiment stems not from fact but ethnic bigotry, I had read all of achebe's book , I mean all of them while I only read only one of soyinka's book ...just one and yet I am from the south west but why I won't go this petty on the Nobel prize was because everyone (mostly professor who was there at the award venue that day said soyinka deserve it ) Every one knew it's either soyinka or achebe that will win and both thoroughly deserve it ...more importantly soyinka deserve it

the Bleep u are again to say he did not and achebe is the Laurel ? says who? u care to show one of your work that makes u think u deserve an opinion in this matter ?
