Yesterday, I posted that I had lost my dad in a very sudden way.

He was an elderly man, but he was hale and hearty. He fell while he was climbing the stairs to go to bed at night and hit his head.

We called an ambulance, but even after they made us pay N100,000, they did not show up after an hour had passed. We were forced to drive to the hospital at 12.00 midnight where my beloved father was pronounced dead on arrival.

I've been comforting my mom and siblings all this while.

It was when I went to see his body at the Mortuary that I almost lost my composure because he looked so alive. There was a smile on his face and he looked so calm.

I'm praying for a miracle of resurrection.

I know that with God nothing is impossible.

I remember how in the Bible Paul prayed to God and resurrected a man who died after he fell from the first floor of a building.

I also know our Lord raised Lazarus from the dead after 3 days.

All I ask my fellow believers is to pray for the resurrection of my father as you go for Church service this morning.

I still believe in miracles and I believe it was not my father's time to depart from this world.

Please mods, be merciful and put this on the front page so as many people as possible can see it.

I'm hoping for a mighty testimony.

If it doesn't happen, I'm willing to accept that this is God’s Will, but I first want to appeal to God’s mercy and loving kindness before I accept His judgement.

Good day everyone,

I would appreciate professional advice regarding a situation I’m currently facing at my workplace.

I have been working with a distribution company for about 8 months, performing duties in the capacity of a Storekeeper. However, during my first 6 months on duty, no stock count was conducted. When a stock count was eventually carried out, no variance was communicated to me, and the process was not formally documented or signed.

It is also important to note that although I have been functioning in a Storekeeper role, I was never formally onboarded into that position. I was not issued any official letter of assignment, nor was I given a job description to review and sign.

In addition, I did not have full control or security over the warehouse stock. I was not in possession of the warehouse keys; instead, the cashier retained custody of the keys and took them home daily. My understanding is that the previous Storekeeper had full custody of the keys.

Recently, a stock variance has been discovered, and the Regional Manager is holding me responsible and has indicated an intention to press charges. I have raised concerns regarding the lack of formal role assignment and absence of full control over the inventory, but these concerns have not been acknowledged.

Given these circumstances, I would greatly appreciate guidance on:

- My level of liability in this situation
- The implications of not being formally assigned the Storekeeper role
- The impact of shared or limited access to warehouse stock
- The best steps to take in protecting myself professionally and legally

You cannot reasonably be held solely liable where you had no formal appointment, no documented stock handover, and no exclusive control of the warehouse.

Put your position in writing immediately. State the lack of role clarity, shared access (cashier holding keys), and absence of signed stock records.

For you to be liable, you should have FULL control of the warehouse

So this is me, a 21 year old, I am 185cm (6.1feets) and very slim. I have this kind of build that can be considered ectormorphic putting on weight is very hard for me. I only weight around 66 to 68 kg. I am just simply a twink.

People always call me dogo (tall in hausa) even though I am not very tall, I hate it when people call me skinny. I started going to the gym to help matters but I can't continue the diet. I have low appetite with high metabolism.

My life is just sad.
I am introverted and I don't want to go out I just wish I am short and muscular or even fat, some people are just aggressive towards me for no reason at all and always want to make small thing big and want to engage in a fist fight with me especially shorter guys.

In short my life is just sad. I have no girl friend because I think probably no girl will love me. I always live alone and I cope with just being a nerdy and terminally online, but anyway I think probably there are people like me with the same experience with me and I just waft them to share their experiences and give me advice so I can feel related.

Shift the focus from impressing with resources to connecting through purpose. It's time to become financially celibate until marriage. Yes. Men have been programmed by society to believe spending money on a woman is how you show seriousness but in reality it shows your desperation. Like a dinner bill you normally can't afford regularly but you're using it to try to impress a woman who hasn't even earned it yet.

Just really think about this for a minute, you take her to different places for weeks, fancy restaurants you normally don't go and buy expensive wines you can't even pronounce or won't probably buy again, isn't a date but an audition. Meanwhile your savings account is looking at you like a disappointed father, your business account hasn't been funded in months but on a "special date" for her you're going all out for a banny who still introduces you as a "friend" to her people or even "maga". This isn't saying you guys shouldn't spend or be generous but also apply wisdom and build yourself.

A wise man saves but a fool and his money are soon parthed. A woman who requires your wallet before respecting your character was never interested in you in the first place. She was interested in your budget and the man who leads with money instead of purpose will always attract the woman who follows money instead of the man. Protect your wallet same way you protect your peace because both will tell you who belongs in your life and who is just a visitor.

I would rather invest in business so that I ll have more to spend
