A very reasonable offer from Tinubu. Less than 7 months time, Wike becomes an ordinary individual with no relevance both at state and party level. Certificate number is 0000198 and was Issued in 1984. Does it mean UNN did not produce up to 200 graduates since it was founded by Nnamdi Azikiwe in 1955 and formally opened on 7 October 1960?
