INTRODUCTION
Healthy living is some time taken for granted by many believers. Taking care of our body is not about vanity. The decision to learn and implement healthy lifestyle is as important as the desire to prosper (3John 2). True prosperity can only be enjoyed when we are in a state of good health. Some believers get too busy with work, families, ministry, etc. and barely have time to rest (Ecclesiastic 3:1). REASONS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

As believers, taking care of our body is taking care of the temple of God (1Corinthians 6:15a) because our bodies are the temple of God (1Corinthians 6 19-20). Our bodies are precious to God and should be presented to Him as a living and healthy sacrifice ( Romans 12:1). Being healthy makes the believers a good witness of the Christian faith and an example of a true child of God ( Matthew 5:16; Titus 2:7a). In bearing one another's burden, only the healthy can take care of the unhealthy (Galatians 6:2). Believers will have more energy to do God's work (Ephesians 2:10). We should know that we are labourers together with God, created to do the things that He had planned a long time ago for us to do (1Corinthians 3:9).
We cannot do God's work at our best if our bodies and minds are not in good state.


HOW TO REMAIN HEALTHY

1. Eat Right: believers should eat healthy and balanced diets (Genesis 1:29-30). It is good to abstain from foods that will have negative impact on our bodies.

2. Personal Hygiene: proper washing of our body parts (private and public)/is essential for healthy living. Wash your underwear regularly, be well kept in and out and look neat.

3. Regular Medical Check-Up: right medical check-up is part of preventive healthy habit.

4. Physical Exercise: find time to exercise your body regularly in order to keep fit. (1Timothy 4:. You can take a walk, jog or do some light indoor games/recreations.

5. Social/Emotional Wellness and Adequate Rest: associate with lively believers, watch your mood and beware of symptoms of depression or anxiety. Take time to rest and sleep well (Proverbs 17:22, Proverbs 12:25; Psalm 4:.

6. Avoid living in an overcrowded room/environment to prevent easy spread of diseases.

7. Obedience to God's Command: the ultimate way of living well is to do what God says (Exodus 15:26; Proverbs 4:20-22).

CONCLUSION
It is wise to plan well for our health The prudent sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keeps going and pays the penalty (Proverbs 27:12).

21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

INTRODUCTION: God is not just able to do beyond what we ask, but abundantly beyond. But that´s not enough. He is able to do far more abundantly beyond what we ask for. But we still aren´t to the limit: “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.” Now, what is that what you need? I want to encourage you to pray in faith, asking God to do far beyond all that we can ask or think.

MEMORY VERSE: “Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20

SUMMARY: There is no impossible situation with God. God is Able.

I am completely persuaded that God is able.
We need to make up our minds. We can rely on God, who is able, or rely on men, who are limited in everything.

INTRODUCTION
It is not the plan of God for any of His children to be sick. In fact, God's intention are that they never have to be sick, tired or weary (3John 2). His plan is to constantly renew their strength as they spend time with Him (Isaiah 40:28-31). He wants us to have all-round wholeness (Physical, emotional, spiritual, etc). So that it will be well with us (Isaiah 3:10). Peradventure we fall sick, God has made provision for our healing (Psalm 107:20). However, divine healing is subject to a condition of absolute obedience to God's command (Exodus 15:26)

HEALING IS CHILDREN'S BREAD

Without any doubt, the wages of sin is death and one prominent agent/vehicle of death is sickness/diseases. One of the reasons sin may hinder healing is that it makes it impossible for God to hear the prayer of the sinful sick who calls for healing without repenting first (Isaiah 59:1-2). From the story of the woman of Tyre and Sidon, it is clear that healing is children's bread (Matthew (15:21-26). A child of God is clearly someone who has been cleansed from sin (John 1:11-12; 1John 3:9). He/she must be dead to sin and alive to the Holy Spirit who then sees to it that His temple (1Corinthians 6:19) would remain vitally healthy. Healing is for God's children because they are cleansed from their sins and the Holy Spirit dwells in them (Romans 8:11).

CONDITIONS FOR DIVINE HEALING

God's word is forever settled (Psalm 119:89). His desire is that we repent and be healed (Ezekiel 18:32; 33:11). Through His word, God does not only heal but also delivers (Psalm 107:20). Therefore, it does not matter what your sickness or disease may be, if you listen to Him, it would go and you would be healed (Proverbs 4:20-22). There are certain things that you must do to receive your healing through the word. The first is that you must not negate what He has said but believe His word (Proverbs 18:7; 2Kings 4:21-26, 36-37). The second thing you must do is to repent genuinely from your sin and be ready to live in absolute obedience to God's command (Psalm 119:11). Thirdly, cry to God for help (Psalm 107:17-20). The fourth is to be ready for your healing through a strong faith (Mark 5:25-29). Divine healing can be instant (Psalm 147:15; Matthew 8:8,13) or progressive (Luke 17:13-14; 2Kings 5:10). It is equally important that children of God imbibe the culture of healthy living in order to escape being afflicted with sickness and disease.

CONCLUSION
The Lord Jesus never spoke to sickness and diseases but to the people who needed healings. Therefore, if anyone will just listen to Him and obey His instructions, such a fellow can receive His healing too. However, to receive your healing, you must agree with Him and do What is right.
